Good Stay: the Indian lady at the front desk was very helpful and courteous! The room was a little musty like specified in reviews going back several years, but it wasn t over bearing. We sprayed the room and that helped with little to no odor. The real issue is the building maintenance. Going back on the reviews customers have noted the buttons on the elevators not working. We were unable to get to the second floor from the first. We had to take the stairs due to the elevator buttons not working. Customer Service TELL Management to do their jobs. Get the places fixed. It is obvious that you are making money off this property. It is sad that you just don t care. When and if you respond to this review your first course of action is to point out something positive. I get it. Just FIX the STUPID Elevator!!!! Do Your JOB!!! TY

Nothing ever works here. The best employees are the 3 African American employees. The house keepers walks in the room without knocking. The bar is closed at times and extremely expensive. There is no night life here and the food has no seasoning plus really expensive. The water comes on and goes off during showers and they are just not hospitable

We stopped for an overnight on a drive through. The staff was wonderful; the hotel was very pet-friendly, the rooms were clean (and smelled clean!), the Wi-Fi worked great as we had weak cell service, and the rooms were lovely and the beds comfy. They also saved us some time by having a late-night snack shop. It's an excellent option for OKC, and I wish I had stopped here on my way through before. Thanks for a wonderful overnight!

We stayed the weekend here. I was kind of disappointed with the room. It had a lingering smell that never went away. We also did not have a fridge or microwave in our room. I can say that the beds were very comfy. I took my grandson to breakfast and spoke with the GM. He made sure a fridge and microwave were put in our room. Thanks Russell. I would stay again if i go that way again.

We stayed there for I believe it was 4 days. The hotel was great. Beds were soft & comfy. Pool was nice & relaxing & the restaurant had really good food. Most of the staff we encounterd were pretty nice. The manager guy, D, was very unprofessional & he lacks some very much needed customer service. We heard him talking very rudely to one of the room attendants. It was quite disrespectful to say the least. We needed a refrigerator & when going to the front desk to inquire about one, the manager told us, "Sorry, but unfortunately not all our rooms come equipped with refrigerators or microwaves," Then he grabbed some papers & walked away. But the lady that was there at the front desk, told us to give her just a little bit & she would make sure one was brought to our room. Tracy was her name. Shortly after going back to our room, the maintenance guy brought one to us & even did something to the air conditioner making it a lot quieter. We even got a follow up call from Tracy, checking to make sure we didn't need anything else. It seemed as though everyone was trying to accommodate us & our stay, except the manager. I can't believe someone even put that guy in charge of anything. He was very rude. But we do appreciate everyone else that helped accommodate us. & The older gentleman that drove the shuttle, Mike, we thought he was awesome too!!

I ve been staying here for a week for work and the employees from the front desk to the maids and shuttle service have been fantastic. I only have one issue the food at the grill inside the hotel is way over priced.Safety: GreatFood & drinks: Drinks are great but the food is overpriced

Rooms are very clean and updated. My only problem is the beds are too tall. I'm 5'6 with osteoarthritis in both knees. It hurts me to climb into these beds, as comfy as they are. I've literally got to lay half my body on the bed and roll into it, which isn't that easy and definitely not graceful. If they offered foot stools at the front desk, I would pay to rent one for the entire stay. Other than the height of the bed, or my unfortunate lack of height required to get into the bed, my stay was delightful. Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel is quiet for a Friday night, and the location isn't too bad at all. I would for sure recommend to all my tall friends.

My first interaction was with DeMonte he treated me with a nice cold water bottle at check in after a long day of flying . DeMonte even arranged for me to be picked up from the airport through the hotels complimentary shuttle service. Very respectful and friendly made me feel as if we were family with how welcoming he was to me. The shuttle driver Mike is also a true gem I forgot my medicine and he ran me to CVS to get my prescription. The customer service is amazing and I definitely will be back to stay again. I definitely would recommend. They definitely care about the guest experience. Thanks for hosting me this Labor Day weekend I look forward to staying here again . Thank you DeMonte & Mike!Rooms: Rooms are okay comfortable bedsFood & drinks: Restaurant downstairs has amazing foodsNoteworthy details: The employees care about the guest needs

Very unimpressed by the entire experience with this hotel. Water pressure is non existent, no breakfast. Stay anywhere else, for the price it lacks a lot of quality and amenities. No refunds booked thru choice hotels.Rooms: Very dated, in need of remodel.Safety: Safety in the area is very questionableWalkability: No sidewalks or convient way to get off the interstate, wouldn t recommend walking.Food & drinks: No breakfast included.Noteworthy details: No water pressure.

I stayed here while my truck was in the shop. Initially I was prepared to give a bad review after how rude a couple of the staff were upon checking in. Almost as if my company paying for the room was an insult and getting upset because they couldn't charge me any extra fees. Then later that night the same woman and her friends decided to have a shouting match in the hallway for a good 45 min. However, later that evening the young lady at the desk later that evening was super helpful and friendly. And when I came down to check out, the manager created me with a friendly smile, inquired about my stay and even made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my company to send a car to take me back to my truck. Mr. DeMonte even offered to have the shuttle take me to the shop if my company was unable to get me a car. The room was clean, the beds are super comfortable and I truly believe the manager saved my trip. Even though I was checking out by then, he made me feel welcomed and it just goes to show how much a genuine smile can truly turn someone's experience around

1 star due to our experience. The overall clientele and noise at the hotel was the main issue. The room and hallway wreaked of weed plus kids running up and down the halls at midnight and sleeping in the hallway. Staff was kind enough to try to accommodate with the circumstances. My only warning to someone possibly booking is this may be the norm here.. unsure if the hotel is in a bad location but just be weary spending the money for a nice hotel. Not too sure if you ll have a nice experience!

From a distance this looks like a nice hotel but the longer you're here the more you find the deferred maintenance is everywhere. TV remote in the room but it doesn't work. Room phone was sitting where it belonged but was not connected. Giant nugget of what looked like a piece of a wax ring stuck to the shower floor. Towels that look like they were from the dollar store two years ago. Down elevator button on the second floor broken.

OOF. Go somewhere else if you can!First room we got had greasy mystery stains all over the bed and linens and the bathroom door was hanging off the track. In the second room, at least the majority of the stains were located on the walls and not the bed. I ve stayed in motels that were cleaner. Drippy gross stains on literally every wall which I dare not wonder the origins of, the AC unit in disrepair, a crusty booger left swiped on a picture frame, the shower floor grubby and brown and begging to be scrubbed. The towels were so rough the local ER could probably use them to debride wounds (if I were an optimist I d say they were wonderfully exfoliating). The bathroom door would not fully close and left about a four inch gap, so everyone in the room (and in the hallway for that matter) will hear you christening the porcelain throne in high definition.Smaller gripe: No mini fridges. Obviously that s my fault for not checking and just expecting, but tbh I ve never even had to question whether a hotel room would have refrigeration, to me that s like a universal basic standard of hospitality.Really cool bathroom mirror though. The one caveat: the attached grill/bar made literally the best fries I ve ever had. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Wings = delicious. Yes it took like 2.5 hours to get the food but waiting so long in a grody hotel for such weirdly amazing food was strangely cathartic.

No bath tubs whatsoever ever means no relaxing. 10 dollars for a plate for their so called breakfast buffet that other hotels give with rooms. Barkeep/waitress/cashier rude and is angry to serve you people. Too bad she must not like working in a public setting. Room had a musky oder, bad for anyone that has to use inhalers. Price does not reflect conditions. I am sorry that us people make her angry by asking questions like can I have a bowl for my oatmeal, or another person asking for new eggs when it's empty. Won't be staying here ever again. I never have trouble with people, at least till they start using the you people thing.Rooms: Comfy rooms but this room has a musky oder probably from past petted guests.Safety: Away from major traffic, told to wear shoes at all times, kinda makes you wonder. Seems like a safe area.Walkability: 2 blocks to busy street with lots of things like restaurants gas stations and such.Noteworthy details: Manager was a really nice Gentleman, kudos to him for talking with us. Staff that checked us in were nice people.

This hotel was really interesting to say the least. I honestly think ownership and management got a raw deal. So the building itself is only 4 years old but at first I thought it was just renovated. Before I go on with the negatives I do want to say for the most part the staff (Night shift manager who was retired at one time I believe) and the shuttle service was excellent. The contractors in which I heard took 3 different ones to finish the job, did a terrible job on this building. We tried to check in literally 45 minutes early (2:15pm)but the lady at the desk didn't want to budge. She said they allegedly been have any rooms available. So we came back at 6:30 p.m. and our rooms were still not ready because they were supposedly short staff. We had to be put in three different rooms because the AC was not working properly and either of the two. Our third one had broken pieces of tile on the floor, the bathroom shower doors look like they were put on wrong and there were water stains on the shower ceiling with mold. Mind you this building is only 4 years old. There was black duct tape holding on metal trim that surrounded the bathroom sliding door. When I went to iron my clothes there was a old iron board with no iron so again the manager had to search a few rooms and Rob Peter to pay Paul... The only good thing about this room is the bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The pool had a lot of bugs floating on top and sunk at the bottom of the pool and the pumps were barely working. All this and they had the audacity to ask me and my wife to pay for the breakfast buffet in the morning. However when I informed them of everything that happened and the condition of our room we got a "complimentary" breakfast. This is all unfortunate because the location is good and the first floor rooms for the most part looked great with the high ceilings and they felt really big. This hotel has really good potential but I kind of feel like they need to start over from the ground up.
