Not sure about the customer service, no one reached out to me, but it is a junkyard. I am not sure if they're supposed to be that hospitable. I didn't find what I needed but there's ALOT of diesel trucks here and parts.

This guy is extremely rude. When he answered the phone he didn t say anything. Finally I said hello and he barks at me what! I called about a 2002 Toyota Sienna for scrap. He asked what do you want for it? I told him I ve never sold a car for salvage so I had no idea what was reasonable. Then in a condescending tone he said when you figure it out call me back and hung up on me. The guy has his business name and number listed and then acts like I m bothering him when I call. I don t understand people that act like this.

Attitude sucks.Me: Hello , ......silence.... who s this? Him: What, you call so many people you don t know who you called? This after no answer and his call back after an hour. In meantime I had called about 7 places.
