After calling 6 different repair shops, Priebe's was the only one that would work on my Chrysler Crossfire. From the expert diagnosis to the excellent and timely repair, Priebe's gets a five star rating. I won't hesitate to take my vehicle back there for any future issues I have!!!

I love their oil change program. I went in for my routine oil change and this was the 2nd time they told me that I needed tires. So I priced tires at Discount and they were able to get within $40. So I went went them since I know they stand behind their work. Where else can you go that is family owned, get great service, have coffee while you wait, and sweet treats when you pick up your car! Highly recommend!

BEST auto shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They treated me like family and surpassed my expectations every step of the way-- I called at the end of the business day and they got my car in the very next morning, Robynn was patient and knowledgeable (both on the phone and in person), their mechanic's write up was thorough, & when my car was ready to be picked up, they arranged a ride for me. My inspection also included a detailed digital report that was conveniently sent to me via text, which allowed me to review their findings from home before making any decisions about how to proceed. They even gave me cookies as a "Thank you" :) I will never go anywhere else in the city!

The customer service is AMAZING! Literally the best repair shop I have ever been to. The lady Robynn at the front desk has excellent communication skills and is very detailed and informative. Not only does she know her job and does it well, she does it with a smile and is very pleasant! I will definitely continue to use their services and refer customers!

$400 is what it costs is minimum.They charged me $35 for each spark plug. I worked at a distributor for car parts in fort smith. I have seen the invoice for every auto zone in oklahoma city they are charged $35 for about pack of spark plugs they also charged me $149 for a Ignition coil at auto zone you can get one for my car for about $60. They charged me $160 tell me what was wrong(I told them what was wrong they took pictures and pluged a computer up to it, my windsheld wiper tank is leaking they labeled it as a oil leak)$120 for labor and $68 in fees because lunch was on me. They only changed 4 spark plugs and a Ignition coil. People it's not hard to change any of these things your self you can go to Walmart and buy everything you need for less than $20. Look up a video on YouTube it will only take 5min to do it your self.

This place is wonderful ! Very trust worthy and one of the only Mechnic shops that I know of that warranty their work for 5 years no matter the miles you put on your vehicle. They are extra friendly and just a great experience.

Priebe s is by far the best auto repair shop, hands down. Every time I ve gone I have experienced fantastic customer service, fair prices and great quality care on my vehicles. Getting my car repaired here was a pleasant experience: clean shop, fast, friendly service, and cookies! Please note that beyond my specific car problem, they gave a complimentary full auto inspection report with additional repair recommendations that we were free to follow, put off, or ignore. Shane is a 3rd-generation auto repair business owner from a well-respected family. His grandpa, my dad's friend, owned a shop in Muskogee, and his dad, my high school friend, owns a shop in Stillwater. Superb customer service I haven t encountered at any other shop. Shuttle ride is very helpful, inspection model helps me prioritize repairs, and feel very well taken care of here.

Can't say I don't make mistakes twice but I did with this shop. What happened to customer service ? Lady at front desk was nice but hesitant in to letting me speak to a mechanic, I have basic knowledge of auto repair so it's not like I wouldn't know what he would be talking about and unless you're upper middle class I wouldn't recommend them they were unable to give me a quote to get my vehicle at least back on the road, it was like either they fix all the issues or nothing, for a lower middle class person like me money is tight. So unless you're loaded with money I would never recommend them

Priebe s is hands down the only place to take your vehicles! Shane and Robin make you feel like family from the first phone call. They have a 5 year warranty on all work performed and they aren t like every other place and do a bunch of work that you don t need! See for yourself. I'm going to share my experiences in detail because I have had several days to think.I hope this helps others make an informed decision.I strongly advise against choosing this mechanic shop due to a number of concerning issues.#1 Priebe's performed unauthorized work on my vehicle without obtaining any form of consent, be it written or verbal. This lack of consideration for the customer's approval is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.#2 Their prices for parts and labor are excessively high compared to other shops offering similar warranties. It's important to weigh the costs and benefits when considering repairs, and in this case, the expenses do not align with industry standards.They advertise a shuttle service but it's spotty, you'll want to confirm it is available ahead of time, the SA might not ask if you need help.They advertise they are a dealer alternative, but a dealer could do recall work and keeps written records!The charge 3% extra for cards, no matter if it is debit or credit. So you'll want to bring them a roll of pennies (I mean 100s).Although Priebe's does claim to provide good work and boasts a 5-year unlimited mile warranty, it's essential to take into account recent reviews from other customers.Many individuals have complained about communication issues, and what stands out in each case is the service advisor.To address these issues, it would greatly benefit Priebe's to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for obtaining authorization from customers before commencing any work.This simple step would enhance transparency and ensure that customers are fully informed and involved in the repair process.Given my experience, I will never return to Priebe's.I feel extremely disrespected by both the owner and the service advisor. While I did not explicitly call them liars, I have begun to strongly question their integrity and ethics.Further, I have sought opinions of other mechanics I know, and they have confirmed that the exorbitant costs for parts and labor at Priebe's do NOT make sense.Despite the shop's claims regarding their warranty and service, numerous customer experiences suggest otherwise.Considering all these factors, I strongly recommend exploring alternative options before choosing Priebe's.I have email proof and even considered going to small claims court. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and full-time student. I just needed my Jeep to quit misfiring, $2900 for injectors and spark plugs? Where is that normal?I had an extended warranty and they still wanted to charge me +$1600 after warranty paid the other portion. The only reason they get two instead of one star is because they came down a little on the price.Update: it's odd Shane was able to locate audio recordings for other customers but not for me. It is a good thing I stopped pursuing (not threatening) legal action, for you. Because you had no evidence. Because I didn't consent to work.

We we re provided with exceptional service from the front desk as much as the technicians that worked on our vehicle. Our vehicle had broken down on Sunday night and unable to get it fixed that same night, we are not from OKC and were 3 and a half hours away from home so we spent the night at a hotel. Next morning we started by calling different mechanic shops hoping to get it fixed asap but none we re able too except for Priebes Auto Clinic which they were more than happy to help us out. They even offered a complimentary shuttle ride to a destination of our choice which we didn t take since the fix on our vehicle was quick. Couldn t have taken it to a better place. I recommend 100%

We have been going to priebes auto clinic for around 12 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else! In an industry where trust is often overlooked, I can always trust these guys to give me detailed information about everything and before they do anything too! Thanks Shane!

Service was good and the lady at the front was extremely nice and helpful. But I got a tire patch. For a little nail stuck in the drivers side tire. And I paid $50 bucks for a patch and they said I needed a large patch for a little nail. That is in my opinion way too much, I have never paid over $25 anywhere else. The tire itself costs $75 new and they are 1 month old. I feel ripped off money wise but the service was good. It was convenient for me so that s why I went ahead and paid it. But will probably never get that service done with them again. I called around to other tire shops in the area and all of them are $25 for a tire patch. Feel ripped off. And my Tire light is still on. For $50 bucks you d think they would have checked all of them.Service: Tires

I took my truck to Priebe's for an alignment and found out the previous people who had worked on it before had messed up a lot of components when they lowered it. They were able to undo all the mess-ups and redo it right. It was a little more expensive than I expected but you get the security knowing you paid for quality work

Put my car in their shop, solely based off of a pre diagnosis I was given by them when I called and explained my issue. Upon payment they upped my bill by $57 and never told me until I went to pay, expecting it to only be the $160 we had previously discussed. Only to be told I have to pay another $7 just to run my card for the payment. If there was fine print to read. I would have been the one to see it. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. Ever.

Customer service was great but the prices was insane. I was quoted 1500 for some work that I thought was high. I called 3 different shops and the price was over half the amount. They wanted to charge over 160 to change a air filter and cabin filter that was easy accessible. I took my car in to have the brakes worked on. After reading reviews left for several businesses I selected Priebe's Auto Clinic.Upon arrival I was greeted promptly. Courtesy transportation to my home and back while the work being performed .An overview of needed repairs was sent to me via text and I received a telephone call to further explain/approve the repairs and prices quoted. Repairs were the same as what the dealership had previously advised. The actual amount spent on the repairs was less than the estimate provided.I forgot to ask if they provide a discount for AAA members or Senior discounts and wish they had asked. They provide discounts for aAA members if they know prior to the work being performed; however, I was pleased with the work and I will use this car repair place again.Service: Brakes

Extremely professional. Provided a detailed maintenance inspection with photos, notes and recommended resolutions. I went in knowing I had a few issues, but they found a few more. They were able to explain which ones should be resolved now and those that could wait. Impressed with how thorough they were with everything. Priebes is an excellent car care center. Everyone is super friendly and they are able to offer estimates and will call before they do anything to your vehicle and get permission over the estimate price if needed. The service and care you receive is the best. This may not be the cheapest service, however you can know that your car is well taken care of. They will call for regular maintenance reminders if needed. They are an all around great group of people.

Great service! Loved that they have pickup and drop off service. My only bummer moment was the bill but the cost of everything has gone up including car parts and tires. Priebe s is honest and consistent... if you want to know what is wrong with your vehicle and want it fixed right take it here.. they are thorough. Shane is awesome at accommodating you to get your vehicle in. They have a courtesy person to take you home and pick you up. I never have to worry about my vehicle when it s serviced here. All around service is greater than 5 stars..
