DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE ANY MAJOR WORK DONE ON ANY VEHICLE HERE, OVERPRICED, SHOTTY WORK. MECHANICS CANT EVEN PROPERLY DIAGNOSE A CAR, took my 650 BMW there, 3 months and $3000 later I now need another $3500 worth of work done to repair issues they overlooked, this place should be closed, I only gave 1 star because that was the only way to leave a review. There is a special place in hell for them

I suggest to everyone will not come to this place, they destroy my vehicle !! P-l-e-a-s-eI'm just did treatment of oil change in my car, then I was surprised that the vehicle warning lights and security lights.I went back to the place and Justin (the manager of the place) said that my engine was broken before!I immediately went to the dealership of Lexus, The manufacturer told me that when the engine oil was replaced they fitted me with a filter that was not suitable for my vehicle so they did damage to the engine. I back to Justin the manager, and he did not want to take responsibility for the damage to my car!!!I swear the god that was there fault. I bought the car two months before this oil change treatment.I will never forget this store and this story in my life.

I went here today and their compassion of getting the job done correctly is overwhelming. With a Great attitude and Excellent knowledge of all types of vehicles. Caleb at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable of my Volvo when I was concerned about something. He assured me that there's no doubt of what I needed. Then here comes Mike the mechanic. He was quick and went over and beyond his job duty. These guys definitely got my business because there has to be trust and Great service. Thank you Precision Tune for hiring such a Great team. This is the worst place I have ever encountered. I have a suv. All I did was chenge oil for the first time with them. And usually I do an oil change next to my home. When I got out of the garage, three warning lights went on in my car. And one of the bulbs says there is no oil in the engine. If you want to destroy your car it is definitely the right place to get to.

I really like this place, the employees are very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Precision Tune over Jiffy Lube any day, I arrived here around 8:45 am. They had me out right before 9:00 am. That's the kind of service I like, the prices are better than Jiffy Lube also. This is where I'll be bringing my cards from now on

I went to this shop in March to have my oil changed and for them to check my front tires. The Mechanic then said I needed over $2000 of work done. I don't have $2000 to fix anything. I check to see if they really changed the oil and he didn't put the oil cap back on, it was sitting on top of the motor. I was concerned with my lugnuts because I was told that whom ever changed my breaks broke off a post. Well today I took it back to Precision, there's a new manager andmechanic . Kaleb found my paper work and said they would take care of it. The Mechanic, Charlie put my car up on the rack. The manager came and took me in the shop and should me that there was oil on the underside, and it could be a headgasket. (It was from the other man that didn't put my oil cap back on). Both Kaleb and Charlie were amazing. It's so very nice to go to a shop you can trust. They want me to come back next week so they can make sure everything is still working properly. I was just so Thankful for the professional experience I had, I will continue to take my car to Precision on Medrian for all my car problems. Their stand up men and they won't lie to you. Their making a big difference in that shop. Go see them for your car care, you will be completely satisfied

This will be placed on my reviews.Dear Sir,I find this email that saddens my heart to report. I have been a loyal customer for years but Monday January 2, 2023, the oil change was all I wanted. On the way to work it seemed running off! On Thursday January 5th black smoke came out of the car and had no power. Engine problems =my mechanic. He said the old oil was not drained and the new oil was added. He said there could be more damage. The place would not take responsibility! They CLAIMED they have VIDEO but will NOT send it to me so we can have access to it. We are out over 300 because of this mistake.Sincerely,P.A.C.T.

These guys are the reason nobody can trust a mechanic. I took my car here for check engine light sluggish, all around poor performance. All he cared about was getting me to give them 100 to run a "real diagnostics test. I had already had it looked at ny2 other ah Dr

They were shorthanded but got my oil change done within an hour. That's some great work by these gentleman. They also let me know ahead of time and keep me informed on where they were at. These men really deserve a raise if the positions can't be filled!

Lucy & Craig are very professional. They got me in and out at the end of a very busy Saturday. We had some miscommunication regarding my file, since I had work done at one of there other locations. They cleared everything up and handled business professionally. Clean atmosphere, lobby is comfortable and everyone in the garage are very kind and prompt. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Lucy is a very friendly employee and very helpful! She wants everyone to have a good experience and tries her best to make sure we do! The service was very fast and cheaper compared to Jiffy Lube. I went here because my roommate had mentioned it and decided to give it a try. The lady running it now is awesome and she knows exactly what she doing. The store business is picking up now, The store been doing better since Rhonda been running it.. She needs a BIG raise and she needs that manager position. Y'all be lost w/o her!!! A1.. also the manager has refused medical treatment to 2 employees and didn't call 911 when asked to do so.

My son took his car there for breaks . They claim a picture that was a some employees phone was of my son's car. The breaks squeak more now than before. They took advantage of a young adult. Then when I told them I wanted a refund, I was told no because he put on new parts. To that I made the comment then put the old ones back on and give me the refund and was still told no. So either they lied to my son about what is wrong with his car or they lied about the actual work and new parts the put on. Save your money and find a HONEST SHOP.

Great services at a great price. Fast, friendly, and very reasonable price. Took my car to the dealership for service. They quote me a price of $621. I pass. Went to Precision Tune Auto Care on 2324 N Meridian and they charged me $225 for the same work. And it took exactly 1 hour. Keep up the good work. Awesome team they have! Kudos!

Used to come here for years when they had employees that could service your car correctly. I always wondered why my car was overheating after getting oil changes from here (it doesnt overheat when filters and oil are changed properly, I go to other places i know do the job correctly now.) Plus I'd pay for the extra service like wiper fluid to be added and that doesnt happen either. Sales crew used to not push unneeded repairs back in the day when I used to shop here. It's gotten malicious now. As for WHY I think they push for extra stuff that doesnt get done anyways, they are probably stealing the funds and pretending to do the work. I dont know if management is aware of the issue or if they are also culprits. I just dont/cant shop here anymore, and if you read this you shouldnt either. Watching a youtube video is more reliable alternative to make sure your car is getting its fluids. Theyve been like this a handful of years now and I'm sick of it not being addressed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance

Great place! Friendly, fast, and affordable. I had what I thought was a misfiring cylinder, turns out it was worse than that, and they had my car back to me and purring in less than four hours. Checked it over with my mechanic dad after, and he said they took great care of me, too- this is not the kind of place to tell you that you need a headlamp fluid change. :)

Had work done to my car years ago and they ruined my car. I got a coupon for a free oil change so I thought I'd give them another chance. Not only did I end up spending almost $200 on other things I'm not sure I really even needed, but my car now is once again ruined. I totally regret giving them another chance. If I'd gone somewhere else and paid for oil change my car might not be in a bad shape. Very disappointed!!. Never again. This place should not be in business. I feel like I've been scammed!!

I ve been here for an oil change ever since I got my first car at 16 so I know what it s like here with their business flow and customer service. This time around... something is different. Not sure if they re under new management but it s just different. I bought my car brand new 7 years ago. I came in and was told I pick the wrong kind of oil change today and that I needed synthetic. I told him pull up my record. His eyes got big and said you re right. We ve never done synthetic on your car. So at this point I m not sure if it took them 7 years to realize I needed synthetic oil or that I don t actually need it but they were trying to upsell. I m confuse myself but just told them to stick to what they ve been doing to my car the last 7 years and don t change it up. I m not sure if they know what they re doing anymore, every single Face in the building was new. Might be time to just take it to my dealership.Service: Oil change

To me what distinguishes a business is not whether they make a mistake, (mistakes happen for any business), but what the response is. I took my car in to fix the alternator and afterward, my battery light kept turning on. I took it back and Precision Tune was able to address the issue without charging me extra. They were friendly, professional and timely. Ronda at the front desk is very friendly and polite and speaks very good Spanish. Zac and Zeek were both really quick fixing my car and Zeek even gave me a ride back to Precision Tune from a few miles away. Very good customer service.

8/04/2020 went in for a oil change tech left filter loose drove approx 6 blocks car quit. Carry mgr told me nothing was wrong. Went to 2 regular mechanic who stated it ruined my crank shaft bearing. Motor was replaced by precision tune got car back 8/24/2020. Numberous calls to corp. Now 9/08/2020 back for them to replace a motor mount. This has been a long frustrating process because mgr Carry continues calling me a liar stating it was not precision tunes fault. This vehicle has had regular maintenance and had NO issues when took in for a regular flipping oil change. He acts I am at fault because they ruined my vehicle. This mgr should not be in charge of any buisness. And he is refusing to make good the other issues that resulted due to their neglegence. I would not recommend this place on meridian to anyone.Service: Oil change

Was a great place until they left one of my hoses off and my car kept overheating. They denied it but my husband actually let the guy know to pull the dipstick you need to pull the hose but it definitely wasn t us the guy on the phone kept repeating, even an apology would have done instead of lies. N the waiting room stinks and is very dirty STAY AWAY

DO NOT GO HERE. Avoid this place at any cost! My husband took his truck in yesterday for an oil change and paid for the "upgrade" to include tire rotation, fluid top off as well as replacing the windshield wipers. After waiting an HOUR, they pulled his truck around and told him it was ready. He noticed right away they hadn't rotated his tires (bc last time he was there, they put one of them on backwards and it was obviously in the same place), but decided to let it slide since it was dinner time and he had already worked a 10 hour day. He made it halfway home and realized they had kept his wheel key.. so he turned around and went back to pick it up. Unfortunately, it wasn't until he made it all the way home that he checked everything else. Oil level was fine, and they did actually replaced the wiper blades, but fluids were not topped off and tires not rotated. He decided to return to the shop to ask for a refund (since he had paid for the "upgrade" service and did not receive anything close to an "upgrade"). The shop hand only rebutted once and quickly gave a refund since there were several customers in the waiting room and he didn't want them to hear my husband continue to complain. This morning, my husband got up to go to work and was greeted with a puddle of oil that runs down our entire driveway. The oil level in the truck is so low we can't even drive it to pick up more oil. Now, not only do we have to figure out how to remove A LOT of oil from our driveway and replace the oil (which apparently we just should've done ourselves in the first place), but my husband has been penalized for being late to work and I will miss an entire's day work since he had to take my car. Seriously STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I came here 2 yrs ago I thought it was a good place! I am here right now! They had a clipboard on the top of my hood and the lobby was not clean tables, chairs or doors! Im not gonna even try to use the restroom! They could atleast keep things clean because of covid! a little rude too! I will not be back to this location ever! So My vehicle is done the guy who changed my oil was nice gave me some details about my car that I already know! There was black fingerprints on my hood! Update!!!They striped the bolt on my oil pan an told me nothing when I had got my oil changed again we almost didn't get it off!!! You cannot trust anyone these days for nothing!

I've always had my oil changes done here for vehicles & never had an issue. I take my car in yesterday to have the brakes checked & they tell me I need front & rear brakes pads, front & rear rotors, & both front wheel hub assemblies. Wanted over $700. I can't afford that kind of money. So I buy the parts myself, have my car towed to a friend's (because now I'm scared to drive it), we take the wheel off & the rotors look almost BRAND NEW!!! Barely any wear at all!!! The brakes didn't even need to be changed yet, had over half the pad left. Luckily my friend knows a mechanic with his own shop. My friend & his buddy are replacing the wheel hub. NOTE: THIS mechanic said yes, the hubs were going but not the dire situation Precision Tune made it out to be. I won't be back, EVER, not even for oil changes. You're not going to try & screw me out of MY hard earned $$ & expect to keep my business.

Went in for an oil change and my oil leaked out at the auto body shop I took it too the exact next day. All my oil out of my car and then Sarah tells me that she has no record of me getting an oil change there when I sat in they building for at least 30 mins while they changed my oil payed in cash with 3 $20 bills and received change and they give me a receipt and I don t notice until I have to call and tell them they messed up my car that the receipt they gave me is just an estimate so Sarah basically calls me a liar saying Well she has no record me getting my car serviced and I have sticker on windshield and all but she states they never service my car and further tells me that Corp will not do anything but call her. I will be on the phone with Corp and my lawyer Tom because precision will be paying for my damages

I have been using Precision Tune Auto for over a decade, their service and quality is good, definitely go on a weekday morning as they get busy later in the day. This poor review is inspired and caused by the fact that when I went there today, all of the workers were not wearing masks, including the person who spoke to me face to face multiple times during the process of having my oil changed.People who don't wear masks during a pandemic that is the size of 9/11, every day, are psychotic, and/or, narcisistic, especially when the law requires the wearing of a face covering... according to Newsweek, and Psychology Today.

My wife took her car in for an oil change yesterday and when she got home I saw the sticker that tells that tells you when to come back was set at 2000 miles later. Everyone knows you bring in your car every 3000 miles at the minimum and with synthetics you can sometimes go to 5000 miles. They did this because she's a woman. Typical scamming car place. Ladies beware!!!! Don't go here alone! Bring a man with you!Service: Oil change
