On more than one occasion I have taken my car to one of their many establishments and what do you know I pay for an oil change just to have the oil taken out of my car and never replaced. Basically just paid to have my oil drained and you gave me my car back with no oil in it! Thank you for making my car unsafe for my children. No oil can crack my engine block if not worse and I transport my children in that car! Won t be returning to any location of this establishment

Beware of this place. I took my car in to get a oil change. I handed my keys to the manager. He fills out my info then hand the service tech my keys. The service tech comes flying into the bay and bottoms out my car. He continues to go and then gets stuck on the ramp. The middle of my car is stuck on the ramp. He backs up and trys to do it again. I had to tell them to stop. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. They tried to get me for a $600 wheel bearing, spent all day to tell me they couldn't do it, and then come to find out at FIRESTONE, the noise I was hearing was a brake backing plate that got fixed for next to nothing and a drives shaft center support bearing along with my u-joint that i was told "came apart in pieces." Go to Firestone, they're also cheaper even with higher labor costs.. Precision also messed up my ABS and then tried to charge me $200 for their mistake..ON TOP of having to miss an extra day of work due to their incompetent mechanics... I really think I'm due some compensation. Freshly updated after the full fix for the issue I was concerned with.

Glen at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I came in for an oil change to this location usually having using other locations which I would highly recommend. He was very short with me and when I walked in he basically threw a paper in my face and asked me what kind of oil change I needed I explained to him i wasn't sure he said well that's not my problem how much do they usually charge you? Instead of caring about my vehicle and what maintenence it may or may not be needing, without even seeing my vehicle he just wanted to get me in and out. When I asked his name he said for what a bad review? And laughed. This is really upsetting and I will never come back to this location. Glen also asked me what kind of oil I needed in my car. My car only takes synthetic oil!!!! You work here you should be able to to help your customers!!! I don't feel Glen is running his business with honor and integrity. I had a air filter light that was on that they didn't even bring out to show me , every other location in the city does that even if it is good they show you. Didn't have me sign anything, ran my card without telling me a total, tried not to give me a receipt. All in all people come to you for help and pay for exactly that. You should take a long hard look at these comments and see that this is a reoccurring problem with this man. Drive the extra miles and go to the may location. The differences in customer service and VEHICLE service are night and day!!! Dont pay to get treated poorly and have your car taken back to hopefully get treated with the correct oil.

I recently went to this establishment I got an oil change and oil filter. The staff was so prompt and nice. I was in and out with the 30 minutes. The amopher was plesent.

Visiting the town. They were able to get the vehicle in and out in a timely manner. Pricing was great and the details were communicated well with what was going on with the vehicle.Recommend if visiting town & your vehicle gives out on you. Shop looked up kept.

I've been to every precision tune auto in the city and this by far is the worst !rude customer service and the guys at the desk dont even know what their doing . Drive the extra few miles and go somewhere different

Paid for oil change and fluid top off. Day after I left check engine light comes on have it checked and was told radiator is possible low its running to cool. Then my tire pressure light comes on something else they were to check. So I fill up tires and open the hood. No washer fluid added and radiator has an orange fluid in it. I call to ask if they have anything orange and I didn't get what I paid for and get told I have to pay for them to look at it. Proceeds to hang up on me. Will not be returning after years of being a customer. Do to disregard and respect for their customers

I called with my front passenger electric window stuck half way down.i took it in same morning. The mechanic drove me home and about 2 1/2 hour they came & back to get me. All done, well done. I'll use them again.

All these years never had a problem besides my car being clean! The man working on my car left a HUGE OIL FOOT STAIN on my driver's mate! They went up on there prices which is okay however I know they did not do a good job due to my vehicle acting the same as if I didn't. I did not even see them refill or check the liquids in which i payed for in the premium oil change package.staff had poor customer service. Never will I return again .Service: Oil change

I love my car getting serviced here! Didn't take long to get my AC back on, and my car got windshield wipers as well. The gentleman Glenn, was amazingly helpful, yet patient with me in explaining what needed to be serviced on my car. I also appreciate Jerald, I believe was his name. Overall, I'll be visiting for a long as my car holds up. Thanks Precision team!

Have been bringing my cars here for years for oil changes. Took my car in Friday for a premium oil change with tire rotation. My car was running just fine when I took it in. Upon leaving, I noticed my car was not running smoothly anymore and felt like it was going to die. I called them and they said to bring it back in and they should look at it. After charging me an additional $85 for a diagnostic test, I was presented with an estimate of about $840 to change 3 coils, a set of spark plugs and a set of spark plug wires! First of all, my car was running FINE when I went there. I paid extra for the deluxe oil change with tire rotation (about $80), then was charged an additional $85 for a test on my car because of the way it was running once they got through with my car! Who in the world charges almost$1,000 to change spark plugs? I'm so disappointed, this was my go-to oil changing place, I repeat WAS!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Oil change

We've always had reliable and affordable service with Precision tune, and it's our go-to place for oil changes. Some of them recently changed the times they are open but the south side location is still open on Saturday which is very convenient.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Couldn t tell me what oil I needed. Couldn t spell. Basically couldn t do his job at all. Very very unhappy with the service and employee I had to deal with will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go there. The employees name is Jared he needs not to work with vehicles if he can t do the basics of his job.Service: Oil change

I ve been getting my oil changes here (3 vehicles) for well over 10 years. The best thing about this place is, when you come in for an oil change, that s what they do. They don t push you into a bunch of small maintenance things you can do yourself. They respect you when you need major work done too. Good team and fair (upfront) pricing. Something the car repair business needs!

They aren't anything special but they did a good job for a reasonable price. I trust my car to them and I don't like wasting money so they are perfect.They are also quick. They have never over charged me or provided services I did not ask for. I frequently use reviews when choosing businesses and products so I felt compelled to offer my experiences with this business after seeing the other reviews.This is an oil change place not a fine restaurant. I don't need the white glove treatment people.

I have been a customer here for years. I recently brought my car in because it was over heating. They charged me for a radiator cap( cause they said it was missing) which I know was not. Due to me checking before dropping off. So after $100 I had the same issue and was broke down an hr later and they tell me that it is a computer issue now and there s nothing they can do. And I need to take it to Chevy to get a new computer or quote on quote should really consider selling my car . So after taking it to chevy they replace my mass air flow sensor, coolant temp sensor, and thermostat . And they recommend that I never go back to the mechanic that previously worked on my car due to issue they found from poor workmanship from past mechanic. Also my thermostat was under warranty with precision and they got me out the shop so they didn t have to fix due to my warranty expiring the next dayand when I brought it back before having Chevy replace they say my warranty is now expired when I was there yesterday for the same issue. Anyways SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME MONEY AND NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP THEY WILL GIVE TOU THE RUN AROUND ON EVERYTHING AND WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR AND SAY ITS YOUR FAULT THEY COULDNT PAY ME TO RECCOMEND THEMService: Auto maintenance

This place is absolute wonderful and the owner is one of the most honest men I've ever met and definate went above and beyond in fixing my Trailblazer extremely fast.It's incredibly difficult to find a honest mechanic and more so a business that does not try to take advantage of ladies or with what I observed . . . anybody!I definately will be going back and recommend "this" Precision Tune Auto Care to everybody!!

We've been bringing our vehicles here for 18 years. Glenn and his employees are always very nice. They explain what's wrong or right about the vehicles.They will send you to the dealership if they can't beat their prices. We are treated like family and have been since day one!

I've had my oil changed at Precision the last two times I had it changed. Little did I know that Glen and his staff do a LOT more than oil changes. They were able to do my 65k inspection which I was absolutely thrilled that I didn't have to take it in to the dealership to accomplish. Glen explained the process to me and when it came time for the recommendations, he kindly told me what I needed, but didn't pressure me in to any unnecessary repairs. As a matter of fact, he told me I could wait a couple of oil changes down the line to do what I needed.I'm so happy that I have found someone local that I can count on for expert advice and that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg! I highly recommend Glen and his staff/mechanics at Precision!

Saved me 3 grand. I never leave reviews for places. I showed up 10 minutes before close with a used car that turned out to be flooded, robbed, etc. but it was a cheap price. I thought I was getting myself a good deal if I could fix it up. The owner brought me in and 5 minutes later, told me he wouldn't pay $500 for it, and didn't charge me a dime for the inspection. He showed me that what I was buying was a hunk of **** with a bow-tie. Real good people work at this shop.Thanks again.
