My car and I are regulars at this location and we just had a major service done (tune up). These people took great care of my car at an affordable price. It's hard to beat efficient, cost-effective service, especially in this economy.

$1500 and two trips and my car is leaking oil for the SECOND day in a row when it was NEVER leaking before! They told me different prices on the phone and then hit me with a higher charge when we picked it up ($1011/$1117 and $278/$315). They also didn't screw the splash shield back on. I'm disputing everything with my bank and will be seeking additional civil relief for the damage to my garage..ETA: The response by the business is beyond laughable. I've added additional photos to show the Kia dealership/mechanic comments regarding their subpar work and a screengrab from the video I took as Precision handed me the parts of my car they "forgot" to put back on. There is no telling what other damage they caused my vehicle as it ran low on oil and water was able to splash into the engine.Service: Engine repair

I got an oil change in Nov. 2022 this was the last place that serviced my vehicle for an oil change. I went to Honda 2-18-2023 for a new oil change. I was at the Honda dealership for 2 hours trying to get an oil change. Honda told me the reason they were taking so long with my vehicle to get a simple oil change. Precision tune put an incorrect bolt and it messed up my oil pain and left threads in there. I went to Precision tune as soon as I left Honda. Spoke with the owner Prentice who said that he would get back to me by 2-20-2023. I reached back out to him then and he told me he couldn't get in contact with anyone at Honda. fast forward to today 2-22-23 and I called and spoke with the rude receptionist who hung up in my face as I was just trying to get an update on the situation. I feel like no one is trying to help when they are the ones who caused the issue. I tried to be nice, and I was trying to let them handle the situation professionally, but I haven't gotten any of that. the receptionist was so rude I came to google, and I never do. I would rather get the situation handled properly. The damage to my vehicle is close to a THOUSAND DOLLARS. My car has been parked because of this issue. I'm not asking for free work. Just simply asking to make things right. If I could give 0 stars I would due to the lack of them being unprofessional.Service: Oil change

Good service. Always transparent communication in regards to repairs and payment. Repairs are always done in a timely mannerLyft driver also said he used this place and also had good experience! Can't go wrong here

Shop was very unprofessional, I went to the shop 3 times for a pricing on a part always agreed to get a call back with the price never happened. Little did I known and against all reasoning, I decided to tow the car to the location, spoke to the owner I agreed on a deadline because was planning a trip across the country to deal with family matters, my car sat at the shop being moved in and out for over a week. At which time the mechanics or whoever decided to help themselves to about 8 dollars worth of coins in the car...and that should tell you everything you need to know about this place. Moving forward on this experience I guess had spoken to the owner 3-4 times throughout the time to follow up on the progress I was assured that everything was on schedule. That was until Saturday as you know the don t open on Sunday and they ve had my car since the Monday before and I needed it by the coming Monday, well when I spoke to him on Saturday he goes I ll have to check on it for you. The day of my trip came and I when I went to pick up my car and they hadn t even touched it and ....after having me sit in his lobby for over an hour he agreed to work on the car that same instant, yet did absolutely nothing. So to summarize they had my car for an entire week and only touched it to move it in and out (which by the way resulted in a couple door scratches). Upon taking the car to the dealership it actually ended up being a completely different issue which resulted in another delay of 3 days. I m honestly completely thrown back by the lack of empathy for the me as a customer especially with how understanding I was. Or the fact that they had scratched up my entire rear bumper and dented it. If you want to go for a oil change and have no urgency I m sure this is the place for you. Other than that wouldn t recommend it to my worse enemy. I ve ended up missing a court date and at the time when I explained that to the owner he simply said... yeah I m sorry you can take the car if you d like. Honestly if you need anything major done to your car, you d have a better chance going on google or YouTube how to do it yourself than take it to this guy!

I always take both my cars here for an oil change, but the past 2 oil changes for both cars I ve been needing to take it every 2 months instead of 5 months because the cars oil change lights light up. I always ask for full synthetic but that s not what I ve been getting. Today I needed a battery and when I opened the hood I realized the break fluid cap was missing, first red flag, then I opened my air filter and it was completely missing, second red flag. I check my oil and it s black and almost empty and I still have 3000 miles to go for another oil change. I won t be taking my cars here anymore. They have too much work and the techs seem to not care anymore. I ve seen the other reviews here and they all seem to have a similar experience. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

NEVER GO HERE. These people took advantage of my little sister and had her pay to get a new battery and battery cable knowing her transmission was done for. Crooks. The epitome of sleazy shop you wouldn t send a woman in your family to.

The people at this facility were wonderful at getting me in fairly soon and quickly fixing my problem. It always costs more than I want for a car repair, but if you have to pay you may as well take your vehicle to this business for such outstanding, friendly service!

Took my car in for a battery change. I'm female, so I need an honest mechanic. What I got was a new battery for $588! I feel cheated and like a dumb girl

My experience with Precision Tune is one of mixed feelings. I have taken my cars, two of my kids have taken their cars there and we've all been happy. I had taken a minivan in to have it inspected and make sure it would be road worthy. When I got it back a couple of days later, we went for a short drive. Short was what we got. Five or six miles down the road, we broke down in rush hour traffic. I contacted the he young lady at the front desk, and said that I wasn't mad, but I was definitely not a happy camper. I believe that mistakes happen. They generally are not intentional, and the best thing to do is take it back and give them the chance to get it right. That is exactly what happened. The mechanic was able to go through and fix the issue as best as he could until we were able to have a friendly conversation and determine the next step. I'm not writing this to "rag" on a business. Instead, I want the reader to understand that everybody at this business takes it as personal as if it was their own name on the building. They apologized profusely and made sure to make it right. 5 stars from me.T.

My family has brought our vehicles here for over 10 years with no issues. Today I went in for an oil change and an inspection of brake pads which should be free with oil change. Man at the front (not the owner) told me the price of the oil change and inspection was $100 (immediately a red flag) so I called a friend who is a respected mechanic in OKC and he told me to leave so I told them to just do the oil change I typically do for $50 and they told me I was putting the wrong oil in when my mechanic told me it is just fine. They also did not change my sticker and did not reset my gauge. All around a terrible experience. I took my truck straight to my guy where he checked my break pads in 20 seconds for free. Don t let yourself get ripped off.

Don't go here. They said a new battery and cables would fix my transmission issues. This place has no idea what they're doing besides scamming.

If you ever want to be able to change your own oil again, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! They replace your drain plug with a rounded one. Ensuring you cannot get it off again without returning to them. Then they charge you for labor and an extra 20 bucks to use your own oil. This establishment is absolutely ridiculous and would NOT recommend having your oil changed here. Terrible business and will not be returning.P.S. Angie (receptionist) is absolutely disrespectful and should not have a job working with the public. Horrible customer service representative and had a very snotty attitude.

Im highly satisfied with the service i received, the mechanic is very knowledgeable. Ive also been watching his shop for a while since im in the area and he stays busy cars in and out all the time, if you have a car issue and dont know what to do, let him help you!

Took my van in for an oil change. The mechanic messed up the.pil pan and had to replace it. Went to O'Reilly's and ordered one. Went to pick up my van and was charged for the oil pan again that we supplied them. The receptionist Angie? Was the rudest person and very disrespectful. Threw the keys at my husband was told leave. We didn't haven't an attitude. This place is shady. Do not take any vehicle to this place!!!.

Fantastic staff and service! This was my first time here, but the desk staff knew their repeat customers by name, offered rides home for longer services, and overall cared about their customers! THEY ROCK!

I took my SUV in because my car coolant was leaking car over heating. They did a diagnostic test and for to check for the leak in the hose were the coolant runs through they stated my car was running good and it wasn't, I took it back and the owner charged me again for the mechanic screw up. I told the owner of the shop he should do good by his customers and he did not. I spend close to three thousand dollars, and my car is still not fixed well. I do not and I mean do not recommend this place to no one

Nice, friendly and fast. Went in for an oil change and was out the door 20 minutes later. I absolutely LOVED that the invoice listed out there recommendations for additional services AND the price but did not verbally try to up sell. This way I can show my spouse and discuss without feeling pressured onsite. Will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I go here all the time for repair work and maintenance. They are always kind and professional and priced fairly. They can do specific maintenance items that you might think you have to go to the dealer for, but they do it for maybe 20%-30% less than what a dealer might charge. It's really great to have a single place for almost anything automotive related.I absolutely enjoy this place and I trust the people who work here. For years I have taken of all my vehicles here, and for years they have provided the exact same excellent service and value. It hasn't changed one bit. I don't have "a guy" anymore that works on my car like back in the day, but this is as close to a small town shop as you can find in the city.

First I want to thank everyone there, especially prentice. Such an amazing team! They went above and beyond for me, I had an issue with my car overheating. It took a little work to find the issue, but when I tell you they went above and beyond by helping provide transportation to be able to come get my vehicle to how when I took it to the dealership for a diagnostics they physically went up there and spoke with them to make sure they knew exactly what was going on (dealership didn t listen, that s another story) anyway! Ultimately my car has gotten fixed, thank you all again for working with me and going out your way to get certain things handled. Customer for life!

I got an oil change with topping off my fluids included in the price. I know that they did not touch my windshield wiper fluid as it dry to the bone. Now I wonder what did they actually do? I m not sure but I will not return!!

BE CAREFUL. My dad brought his car in because it wasn't accelerating and told them he needed the transmission checked. They said that wasn't the problem, fixed something else in the car, charged us $500 and the car still won't accelerate. Then afterwards, told us that we would need something done with the transmission and it would cost even more. Don't ever go here, they will rip you off and not fix what you came in for. Oh, and they kept the car for 2-3 weeks.They could've told us upfront if they couldn't fix it, but they chose to lie.Service: Transmission

Everyone that I have encountered has been nice, courteous and professional. I've been looking for a mechanic that is trustworthy and does what they say they are going to do and they haven't done anymore than what I've needed. They are also quick and efficient.

I called and got a quote for oil and spark plugs. I dropped my car off and went to work and had my husband give them the keys. When they called my husband for payment the price was almost $30 more than what they quoted.I went in the following morning and explained the situation. The man at the counter was SOOO nice! He immediately apologized and refunded the difference. I really was expecting to have to argue about it, but was so pleased that he made it right without any issues.He had noticed something leaking and quoted the fix on my invoice. He explained more about what was wrong. He was very honest about his recommendations and even recommended against the service since I plan on selling my car soon.I was very impressed with how honest they were and how quickly they fixed their mistake. I know now to request a written estimate before brining my car in, but I trust that they will take care of things honestly.

Love this place! They are super friendly and nice and professional. The service is great and reasonably priced. They don't try to upsell me or suggest "repairs" that they "found" like so many other oil change places. I visited this location thrice to get my car's oil changed. The wait time is usually short, the staff is friendly enough, and the location is tidy. They also provide you with water and free Wi-Fi while you're waiting. The gent who changed my oil was quite flirtatious and trying to continuously force conversation while some of his co-workers not-so-subtly watched in amusement. Also I believe this location recently raised the price of a standard oil change too, so I'm definitely not wanting to pay more to deal with the same semi-uncomfortable visit.Update: I visited again for an oil change and within 8 minutes they told me that the oil change has been completed and even bragged saying "fast, right?" I immediately took the car to my boyfriend and then to a mechanic and was told the same thing. That Precision Tune didn't let ALL of the oil drain from the car AND the filter was most likely not changed at all. I just paid them around $23 for this. Never again.

Clean, organized, very fast oil change. I appreciated them laying out my options, and not pushing me to spend anything extra. Being a female, it happens a lot. Oh! I work right down the street, and mentioned I may need to come back for my car if it's a long wait, and they offered to give me a ride. I thought that was very nice of them.
