I recently had my 2020 Subaru Forester fixed at this shop and I HIGHLY recommend them. As a matter of fact, I did just recommend them to a friend. They did an awesome job on my vehicle, it looks brand new. No offense, I hope I don't have to use you in the future, but this is where I will definitely come if repair work is needed. Thank you to the team at Precision Auto Body.

Apparently body shops think they own peoples vehicles I own my vehicle and I decide what I m fixing , not this is my repo lot body shop. I guess they are use to these lots ripping them off. Better not come to my service shop or Ima give you what you need instead of what you ask for. I m glad I posted this, I would have never come here based on reviews

I have had my car worked on for 2 different accidents at this body shop over the last several years. They were recommend by Jackie Cooper MINI as body shop they would trust. The first time it was repaired after being rear ended and was paid by Harbor insurance out of Tulsa. They did good paint work but I have had weird noises in the rear since and the back washer blade fell off the first time it was used after repair due to not being installed correctly. Several years later and I will say that it seemed like quality work. They also looked into the noise issues when i took it in for the 2nd repair as they said they wanted it to be done right, but it was not resolved.The second time I had work done there I was not so lucky.This work was paid for though State Farm - When the work was initially done to my front passenger quarter panel and hood everything seemed okay. Except The inlet scoop was reused and the paint did not match, I had concerns about the part being weaken due to the high heat in this area and I had concerns about reusing the part but was told it is what it is.But after a few weeks I noticed a scratch next to my turbo inlet. A clip had failed and scratched the top layer of paint off (attached Picture) when it broke. When I asked the shop about this I was accused of taking my car through a car wash (REALLY?? I do not use auto car washes EVER) instead of listening to my concerns about the clip on the inlet failing after being reused instead of a new part being used. The inlet was weak in the center and you could clearly tell there as an issue. After a bit of back and forth they discovered I was correct and it was broken but they were rude about taking responsibility. I was going to repair this out of my pocket but thought to contact State Farm about the issue since a reused part damaged the new paint. They agreed to cover it. I took my car in for this repair work and was surprised by their attitude about the whole situation. When I got my car back there was over all paint issues where they did the 2nd repair... The paint was hazy and you could see scratches under the clear coat (attached picture). After a few months the paint started to fail..... literately crack and exposing the primer areas below it (attached pictures). These areas have grown over the last year with the temperature changes and as the metal flexes. I am sick to my stomach every time I see these issues on my car. It gives me so much anxiety.The way the owner spoke to me that one time was enough for me to realize that they would not take responsibility for these flaws. I have been told by other quality body shops and by the MINI dealership that it failed this way since it was not cured correctly.Precision Auto Body, Inc and State Farm- If you would like to correct these issues I know State Farm has a guarantee that should cover the failing paint. This being said, I am, and have been reluctant to bring my car back to your shop due to the previous treatment I received by the owner and I feel like my car was repaired below standard on purpose. The person or persons responsible for the work knew it was not quality work.--The white in the last image is wax that I have over the flawed paint... I protect this area with a magnet but the paint damage continues to spread and separate exposing the primer below.

Precision Auto Body was absolutely amazing. I recently got a 2020 vehicle and not 2 weeks later, someone rear-ended me. I had called around ahead of time to find out if it would be an easy repair or not. I had been told by other body shops that since it was a 2020 it could take 6 months to get the parts in.The dealership that i purchased my car from recommended Precision to me and I am so glad they did. I had them do an estimate and once the insurance approved the repair it only took about a week before they told me the parts had arrived. They got my car back to looking beautiful quickly and they were all so kind to me. I highly recommend going here.

This is a great place to have body work completed on your car. They completed a repair I had put off for a while. I dreaded getting multiple quotes, having my car tied up for a long while, and dealing with a rental car in the interim. This team was extremely professional. Quick Quote. Good Price. Quick Repair. Text Message Updates. When I picked up my car, it was clean as a whistle inside and out. That extra touch made me feel like I had a brand new car again. I like the way they do business!

Called for an appointment and the person said. Ya no we aren t taking new tow ins I wouldn t even be able to look at your car for weeks. did not ask me the extent of the damage.. had no customer service for the fact that they deal with people probably at the lowest points in their life after a car accidents absolute trash. If you hate your job that much get a new one..

My passenger door need to be replaced and paint. I was told I have my car with in a week. Well they order the wrong door and painted it. On top of that they wanted to charge me 1000 dollars for their mistake. I told then no and if they could put my old door on so I can drive my car to and from work until they receive the right part. They told me it would be 100$ to put my door back on. What a joke I went 3 weeks with out a car and rude customer service paying 2100 for the repair all out of pocket. If you want rude customer service and get charged 4%for spending more than 1000 dollars on a repair. Come hereServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I love these guys!! They are great! I met Jeff and he helped me get the parts for my BMW X6 door handle, and Allen did a great job replacing the it. After dealing with the fact that it had been super glued. This made it hard to replace, but I have to say he did a great job putting it back together. Thank you Guys very much!!

Precision Auto Body was referred to me by Boomer Kia and they did a great job (and the staff was very friendly). The price was fair enough to where the insurance adjuster didn t even try to argue the price (I have no clue how much this stuff is supposed to cost). My car was ready on time and the pearl white paint matched perfectly. They also made sure my car and wheels were nice and shiny when I picked it up. I will definitely use them again the next time someone hits my car.

I picked my car up yesterday and it s beautiful. I feel like I m driving a new car. The staff was friendly but professional and for what is usually a difficult situation they made the whole experience very pleasant. The repair was impeccable and the paint a perfect match. Time in the shop was less than I expected . I highly recommend Precision for your next repair.

I just picked up my car from being repaired at this shop. It was as pleasant as it could be after having an accident. LOL! They truly made it a very easy process. They stay in touch with you by text message so you do not have to call them. Start to finish was great. Great job too...

Precision Auto Body OKC was fantastic to work with. We hit a deer in OK, traveling from MI to AZ. From the moment l spoke to Jeff about my situation, he was upfront & honest with the process & approximate turn around time. Amazingly, their shop completed my car in 8 days so I could pick it up on the way back through OK from AZ to finish our vacation travels back home to MI! Thank you Jeff, Carol & staff! They were communicative, pleasant & did a stellar job with the repairs!

My mom damaged her car s front bumper, and we took a chance on Precision Auto Body. I m happy to say that they did not disappoint. They did an excellent job, had great customer service, and worked with us on the price (paid out of pocket). We went in on Tuesday for the estimate and ordered parts, dropped the vehicle off on Thursday around 3PM for the repair, and picked the car up at noon on Friday. Overall, we had a great experience with Precision Auto Body, and they are highly recommended.

Considering COVID it wasn t there fault parts took so long to come in and they were booked so far out. So far it looks like they did a good job on the bodywork. My only complaint is when I picked my vehicle up, they said it started right up for them, however when I tried to start it in their parking lot it wouldn t start. They had to jump it. My Jeep is less than a year old. So I assumed if I drove my car around for 15-30 minutes it would charge that battery right up and no big deal. However after needing two additional jumps and it barely starting up I took it the Jeep dealership. I m not a mechanic so I can t speculate if it was coincidence or if it were there fault, but thankfully that battery and the aux battery were under warranty because it would have cost me $700. It appeared by what I was told by the dealership that the battery cell was dead and was completely drained, which then drained my auxiliary battery and perhaps my vehicle had been sitting half on for quite a long period of time.At any rate, the staff was nice and they fixed the Jeeps exterior, which looks great now, (a quarter panel, bumper and tail light) in 3 weeks, after waiting 4 weeks to get it in. Looks good so like I said I think the lengthy process was likely related to COVID19.Service: Body & Trim

Called a week in advance to get my car in, was told to bring it in, just to get there and told they couldn t get me in for 3 weeks because they were swamped.Went by the next day and they were a ghost town (but YES still open)The guy that looked at my car gave me some great advice and other options to go to, but the consistency and communication between their front desk and workers needs a lot of work.

Jeff was wonderful. He was super friendly and professional. Jeff kept me informed of how things were going. The work they did was awesome. You can't even tell it had work done. Afterwards they washed and vacuumed the car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is the second vehicle they have taking care for me and they take care of the paperwork. I just love them and thankful god put us in passing. Someone dented the body contour above my rear tire of my Mercedes with their pickup door. Precision auto body s courteous personnel recommended a paint-less dent repair that completely resolved my problem. The repaired area appears as new and the service was completed in a timely manor costing significantly less than other shop quotes.

Professional. Quality workmanship. These guys are the real deal.There's too many body shops in this city that will screw you over by cutting corners; this one does all the work to make you happy.Also, if there is any issue to be had David (the owner) is courteous and goes above-and-beyond to make his customers happy.Out of their 25 years of business they maintain the highest rating with the BBB.

I was involved in a rear end hit and run. My boss suggested I trust Precision Auto Body and so I did. Jeff was great and very helpful. And they got my car fixed perfectly and quickly.

Jeff and the staff did a fantastic job from start to finish, and in a more than timely manner. My silverado looks like it just came off the showroom floor, and it was just shy of totaled 3 weeks ago. Kudos for an excellent job !

one of their buildings has a sign advertising Paintless Dent Removal but the gentleman took one second to look at my dented fender and said it would need to be replaced, painted and blended, taking 2 weeks to complete at around $1200. I went to another paintless dent removal place that completely repaired my car to brand new condition in 2 hours and $200

Poor work, poor communication and everything. Was told my vehicle would be ready in a week and this guy keeps it for 29 days because he knows 30 days is illegal. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED!!!Broke my rear wiper and wouldn't fix

I m changing my review to this.I wasn t happy with some issues that was done to the car but David the owner took the car back and really made it right.I m a super ocd person with my cars and it looked amazing.I can t thank David enough for really taking care of it and didn t charge me a dime to get it all fixed .Highly recommend the place ! Thanks David!

Removing a front license plate left three ugly large holes. They did a great job filling the holes and repainting the bumper - looks just like new! And on top of that, very inexpensive!
