Come to this location with at least 3 hours to spare even if it is for a simple oil change. Including myself, every single guest had to wait 3+ hours just to get their car back. They will overbook folks and will easily take lot of time. Appointment doesn t mean anything to this business location. Every single other review about waiting for long time is very true. This is my first time and my last time in this location for service.

We are enjoying the car we purchased from here, but there have been a few surprises. The payments started earlier than the deal worked out before signing, as well as the salesman telling us that there are a few providers that are compatible for the cars data plan that Google Fi he thought was one of them. At&t is the only provider for this service. And our music service isn't compatible either. The thing is all three of us that were there remember these things the exact same way. O well, too late now right......

This is by far the worst service department we ve done business with which is really a shame. The dealership was wonderful when buying our 2023 Toyota 4Runner, friendly, helpful and very fair. However, nearly every time we have taken the vehicle for service, there has been a problem! Starting with the first visit, we dropped it off for service and returned over 8 hours later to find it untouched and we had to wait another hour. No big issues the next visit, but the following service appointment only took about 20 minutes and when I left, I noticed I had a low tire, so the tires were not checked or aired up, I did not have a service reminder sticker on my windshield, like I had previously, and my windshield wiper fluid was empty ( they're supposed to fill when they check fluids and tires as part of service agreement). After I got home I received an email from the service department saying I would need to replace my hubcap for $50 (no mention of that when i was there). So I went and checked my passenger side tire, and my hubcap was in fact missing. Either they did not put it back on at all or they didn t secure it properly and it fell off. I tried calling, but could not get through by phone. The last appointment I made by email to get my car serviced. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come speak to me, then tell me that it would be $80 to get my oil changed and car serviced because I ve gone over the service warranty mileage (by 1000 when I made the appointment, but again I live 60 miles away). I was not told that when I made the appointment or I would not have driven in an hour out of my way to use the service center. I was told that we had free service for a year when I bought the car. I tried to tell her this and that I ve had several problems here, but I was ignored and dismissed. SoI left and will not return. So basically do not believe the free service for a year for your vehicle when you buy a new car from Post Oak. Take your vehicle to get service somewhere else! Every person we encountered in the service department were rude and not at all helpful.Services: Tires, Oil change

Update: January 2024This service center has gone way downhill in the past year. I expected better things from Post Oak after taking over for Hudiburg. The staff is absolutely horrible and is getting worse every time I go in. The last time I came in with a flat tire looking to use the warranty I paid extra for. They refused to honor it and said since I purchased the tires from Hudiburg, the warranty is void. How is that my fault??? I will avoid this service center in the future. I'll be looking for a new Toyota soon and the service center has convinced me to stay away from the dealership as well!Always my go to for my Prius maintenance! Good prices and staff. Only negative I've experienced is some of the wait times have been waaay too long.

I was in a bad spot my engine just died in my other vehicle, I went in there that day and it was 2 sales people who helped us out ... Jamal and Will they was awesome, went out there way to make sure I was good in the best car for the best price ...Thank u again I really do appreciate you guys ....

We had a very good experience. We came home with a 2019 Toyota. The only thing I did not like is the sales person did not follow up on what he told us would happen. When we got home we discovered the car had not been detailed and floor mates were still in the back of the back seat. The scratch Mark's had not been gone over. There is no book in the car to tell/show how to do things. We hope that a book has been ordered as we were told. Great place to do business, but seems sales person just did not follow up on what he said would happen.

It's typical car dealership. They're in no hurry and when you get the paperwork it's incorrect. They had the wrong lender, and just didn't tell us . We had to catch it and make them correct it. Also the Post Oak difference is four oil changes an alignment and a window tint package the put on their used vehicles weather you want it or not. Basically you're financing this maintenance package for the lengthy of the contract. There is a lie by deception and then there is a lie by omittion. This package was added to the purchase price after the papers were drawn up.The sales people are nice enough and the finance guy, he did have a good reason why the finance company was switched without us being notified, and wasn't very helpful. Buyer beware.

Had them rotate the tires on my mom's 2007 Toyota Highlander as part of its annual maintenance on 6/22/23. The tire indicator light came on once I got on the highway. I called them & was told to bring it back in.* I did on 6/27/23, waiting 90mins for them to fix it. They said the tire pressure was low. Light came on again within 30mins (it was after their biz hours at this point) and I both called to leave email & sent email thru their site - no response. I finally got time to take it back on 8/19/23 (+ anti-theft started randomly activating that same day). Now they're claiming a part needs to be replaced for the tire indicator light to the tune of $1300. It wasn't broken before they rotated the tires! I called them 2.5hrs ago to speak with my assigned service advisor & again 15mins ago leaving vmail both times. Just got off the phone with their main #, leaving another message. Still awaiting a callback.*This isn't the first time I've had difficulty with the tire indicator light after they rotated the tires either. :([update] They revisited the diagnosis, saying only the front sensors needed to be replaced, which dropped the quote to $900. They also claimed the cabin air filter was clogged with leaves, debris, & dirt (it had been fine 2mos before & hardly driven in that time). I was charged $100 for them to diagnose the problem they caused.Subsequently took the car to another Toyota dealership/service department. There the sensors were reinitialized using a laptop -- nothing was replaced -- and the issue was resolved for free.All that said, Drake at Post Oak Toyota was professional & friendly. He seemed to genuinely want to help me with the vehicle. Unfortunately, the mechanics there seem prone to pencil whipping inspections, misdiagnosing issues, and trying to gouge customers' pocketbooks.

8/11/23 I never heard one word back from the service department. BUYER BEWARE!! I changed my rating based on a few things that happened recently. I took my car in for the 15,000 mile warranty service work a week ago Wednesday. They stated on the paper work that all fluids were checked and full. As I drove home, the warning for low windshield wiper fluid came on. It obviously had not been checked. Then I had an oil leak within days of having everything checked, so I called and their answering service kept hanging up on me (it is not a person). On the 4th try, it finally allowed me to leave a message. It has been one week as of today and NO one has bothered to call me back. They were open for several hours AFTER I left the message, and they could have called me back the same day. I will NEVER trust my car to them again. It doesn't seem to matter that I have purchased 3 Camry's from them in 3 years. I do not recommend this business.

Set up an appointment online and when I got there they told me a 2 hour wait for an oil change!! Thought the point of scheduling an appointment was so you don t have to wait. I made another appointment for the next week and before I drove all the way there again, I tried to call twice to verify wait time. Someone person answered but had to redirect my call to check the wait time. No one answered on the redirected call, so I just decided to not waste my gas again and didn t showed up. I get free oil changes there with the warranty I purchased, but I m not wasting hours of my day for a simple oil change would rather pay and get it done within 10 min. Would not recommend. I couldn t imagine going there for a more serious service issue. The customer service people are nice though, so nothing against them, just slow service for something that takes 10 min.

I have had to have my car serviced here multiple times, mostly just routine maintenance. Haven't had any issues. However, I endured a bent axle on my car recently. Whether or not there was prior damage to the car before this happened, that isn't necessarily the service center's fault. Despite the circumstances, they went out of their way to drive the vehicle to get to the bottom of the issue asap. They remained in constant contact, and Richard made sure I was updated at every step. He was able to literally have my car fixed overnight and at the cheapest possible rate, and got me back on the road and working the very next day.My personal experience here has been fantastic and I'm thankful for their prompt and professional service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I brought my car in at 9am after waiting a week for someone to even call me back to schedule the service. When I got there the guy checking me in kept saying "Oh your issues is because you hit something." I didn't know why he kept saying that until he mentioned my missing hub cap which I explained the hub cap had broken, not the car. Yet he kept trying to get me to say the hub cap was the result of me hitting something.There was no communication with me at ALL during the day on the status of my car. I called and was transferred several times to a number that NOBODY ever answers. Finally, at 6pm (one hour before the closed) I went up there to just get my car and was told I had to pay $162 before I could pick my car up. The services they said my car needed were upwards of $1700 and they didn't tell me that until I finally was ready to get my car home at 630pm (30 minutes before they closed).Now my car is running worse than it was before. I'm furious.This place is a complete rip off and VERY disorganized. It went down hill when Hudiburg sold it. I'm sorry. Don't service your cars here and don't buy cars from here. This experience has me completely upset.

Drake at Post Oak Toyota is a awesome customer service / take care of your car for you, I love going to post oak Toyota because it's convenient, they're nice and friendly, and they have my coffee waiting on me. So if you want good service and you have a Toyota going over the Post Oak Toyota, they'll take good care of you, oh ask for Drake!

Good customer service. Didn't give 5 stars because I had to go to the back and prove the threads weren't stripped on the lugs since I installed aftermarket part on my wheels. Otherwise, great people.

They are really fast at responding when you are interested in buying a car, but terrible customer service follow up after you have bought. My new 2022 Toyota RAV4 windshield cracked 3 directions after owning it for less than 2 months. The 1 year warranty policy on new vehicles does not cover this. I found out windshield for new Toyota cars cost $1500 plus an additional $450 to recalibrate the system. That s a lot of money to pay when I just spent a lot of money on a new car. I had to file with insurance for the windshield. Insurance requires I get a price quote on the recalibration prior to the service or they will not pay for it. I emailed, used the chat on the website, and submitted a message on the contact us page to ask for a price quote and never heard anything back. I used the chat feature again today and they promised they will send something - we will see if I hear anything back.

I've spent thousands of dollars at Post Oak to get my car repaired. Will never set foot in that place again. Customer service is lacking.Went to another dealer, and prices were so much cheaper, and customer service was 10 times better.

Preston was such a great service, he made me feel comfortable, calm and even help me understand what I was purchasing and, post oak decided to even work with me despite me having such a small budget, I got a great first car I definitely would recommend post oak toyota

Not a good experience at all so far. Reserved a time for drop off, was 30 minutes early, car still didn't even start to get looked at till 5 hours later (which wouldn't be such a big deal if they would have at least gave me a heads up about it). Then they left for the day without giving any type of update. I called the next morning over an hour after they opened and they still didn't have my car diagnosed. Hour later I finally get a diagnosis. Been an hour and a half and I'm still waiting for the cost of the repair. I don't mind waiting as long as you are honest about the wait time. Very very poor customer service. I will never bring my car back here again!

Apparently it's customary for the techs to take your vehicle to pick up lunch. They also never called me to confirm the service they were performing on my vehicle, and did not call me when my vehicle was ready. I had to call to find out.

I had an appointment to have my Sienna serviced today at 1:30pm. At 3:07, they had yet to do a single thing to my car, so I took it and left. I thought the point of appointments was that they could tell you when they are available to work on your car!

I've never received such poor customer service or felt more taken advantage of from a service center. I used the online service scheduler to book a specific mileage manufacturer's package. Two of the expensive and unnecessary services they performed aren't even part of this. Upon checkout, my charge was more expensive then quoted. The advisor quickly removed my quote from the receipt and made the correction - now I don't even know what the original quote was. What a racket. To add insult to expensive injury, the interior and exterior of my vehicle were coated in a volatile smelling greasy fluid. Not sure how any auto liquid would make its way to the ceiling panel of my rear passenger seats. Whatever this is stained the plastic components of my car and saturated my seat belt. The smell was horrendous. The inside of my glove compartment box was covered in black stains. I wasted 3 hours of my life waiting on unnecessary services from this shill of a service center then had to spend more time cleaning my car.

The service dept documented that they put new wiper blades on the car before I bought it but they found out that it still has the original Volkswagen blades on it. So someone got paid for blades and installation without actually doing the work. Thankfully, the new service guy, David researched and replaced my blades at no charge. I had a 3 o'clock appointment for an oil change and it took over 2 hours!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Literally terrible car service. Got here 20 mins before my appointment at 8:30 and it s 12pm and still nothing. Even asked how long it would be to the same man that brought our car in and he had no clue what car we even had. We came here to fix 1 tire and people are coming after and leaving before us. Mind the fact that we came on Monday as well and waited for 30 mins just for them to tell us we need to make an appointment.
