Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because we do get our glass when we order it.Every single possible other thing is terrible. I dread having to call them for any reason, whether its a credit or trying to do a return. I can call 3 times in a row, talk to 3 different people, ask them each the same question and get 3 different answers.I have been ordering from them for about 6 months and they never would put the price of the item on the invoices they dropped off, so I would have to call each delivery to get a price. I get at least 1 per week. Last time I called, I spoke to someone and they said they could adjust my account to add the prices on my invoices. I cant believe I had called 40 times for prices and not 1 single employee adjusted that until the other day.Getting ahold of someone in the credit department is essentially impossible. I've requested call backs from our sales rep and been sent emails instead. I have spent 25 minutes on hold this afternoon to ask about 1 credit being fixed.I had to email to get my other credit memos, and they sent them in a format that took me 10 minutes to fix before I could print them.The customer service offered by this company is absolutely terrible. The ONLY reason we still use them is their prices, but if I keep having to spend so much time getting things fixed, it is soon not going to be worth the price difference.I had gotten a glass delivered damaged that had a huge freight charge on it. We should not have to pay a delivery fee for damaged items, and I definitely shouldn't have to spend my ENTIRE afternoon on hold trying to get it fixed with no resolution.I have no other vendor who gives us this hard of a time getting paperwork and getting questions answered.

I am beyond disappointed with the customer service, or rather COMPLETE lack thereof of this company. Do yourself a favor and order from Mygrant if they have it in stock because PGW finds a way to screw up every order I place somehow.So much of their glass comes scratched, clammed with stickers covering it, or with brackets or hardware falling off that's it's more common for me to give my customer a discount due to their terrible glass, or just reschedule the job and order it from a decent vendor (MYG) where I know they will give me a decent piece of glass.And what set me over the edge to finally write this review after over a year of frustration, in the middle of December I ordered some glue and primer, which the glue expires in mid April, that really sucks. But the primer expired on Jan 8th after being ordered on Dec 13th. Less than a month. That REALLY sucks...I did not think to double check the expiration date on the rest of the bottles I ordered, as I would expect any company selling products in a safety based industry would keep a close watch on the expiration dates of the products being sold. Assuming that they would have ANY KIND of quality control was a huge mistake, and I learned my lesson!And when I called expecting them to replace my primer bottles that were dumped on me, I was told that they would not replace the bottles or refund me for them after ripping me off a month ago. WHAT A JOKE this company is.EVEN BETTER, I have a recorded phone call from the rep in the warehouse telling me to use my expired primer they sold me to install windshields! "My coworker in the warehouse said you can still use it." So on top of everything else they do, now they are ADVISING me to break the law! Wonderful!They have the worst glass in the business, they will give you all of the materials that are just about to expire, and you're lucky if your order makes it to you in one piece. The only time I order from them is when it's the only option, and they find a way to run my day EVERY single time I do.

Great service! Donna and Christy make sure the warehouse guys have the information they need to stay on top of their job. I come to PGW almost every day, very rarely is there a wait or any type of problem.

Kristi and Donna take care of ShinePro Services time and time again. They even deal with my crazy wanna be installer. Thank god they are there when the other glass distributors aren t.

I was offered a job interview at PGW Auto Glass for a possible job in Okc. I had to turn it down due to the Coronavirus. The job required that l would be exposed to the general public by delivering windshields to various customers. My health is more important than that.
