I called the Petro truck shop ahead of time to let them know I was thirty minutes away making a delivery and I needed a slack adjuster replaced on my truck. Jaime, at the shop, took down all the info including year and VIN number on the truck and added my name to the waiting list since he only had one mechanic working that day and it would be at least a three hour wait. Two hours later I showed up and checked in with Jaime let him know I was here. Since he had gotten all my info ahead of time he already had the parts they needed to get me back on the road. In less than an hour I was in and out of there. Thank you Jaime for the prompt service and attention. Definitely do recommend this Petro.

Awesome, breakfast was hot and fresh, and server was welcoming.this was an absolutely Amazing place to park for the night! Super clean inside and out from the truck parking to the bathrooms. There are plenty of options in the little store if you re looking to buy anything from clothes to snacks. The bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. Amazing work at this Petro.

The truck stop was nice, but the restaurant was phenomenal. Not only was it the best food I ve had while on the road, it very well may have been the best food I ve had in my entire life. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good meal, especially truckers.

Terrible and dangerous place for truckers to stop. Lots of homeless bums, theater is closed, tv in the lounge had their remote stolen so it doesn t work, Iron Skillet restaurant is way over priced. I just had my duffel bag with all my paperwork in it and all my toiletries stolen. I tried asking the cashier to review the cameras and she said they had no manager today. Then they called the cops and had me thrown out cause the a bum said I threatened him. All I did was look towards him cause he had several backpacks and duffel bags. This place is definitely not trucker friendly.

Parked here for the weekend. Definitely plenty of parking spots to start on a positive note. However, the shower smells like sewer gas, the coffee in the gas station area was burnt to hell, and the iron skillet took over an hour to get me my order.

I had a really pleasant experience here. Miss Linda was super friendly and helped me with my fuel purchase. This will be my fuel stop now evertime I come to OK City. Thank you Linda

The staff here was so helpful I was passing through needed a bite to eat and do some laundry they have all the things you might need , best part is friendly and helpful staff, oh yeah forgot make chair while washing for laundry

This place has a serious homeless problem. I was woken up at 3am by someone asking for a ride.Also the female employee was cleaning the men's room while we were using itThe Lot has a lot of damage.

Stopped here for a reset and to see my family. When I was doin my pre-trip to head back on the road I noticed one of my tractor tires seemed pretty low so I headed over to the shop to get air put in it. The nice gentleman suggested I actually get it looked at to see what's in it. Coming to find out when they had taken the tire off I had a small blowout on the inside that I wouldn't have been able to see clearly because the tire looked perfectly fine lol so I'm very grateful he had the suggestion instead of me going and airing it up just to drive off the lot and it going flat again. They're getting me fixed up right now so I can get back to making money! Thank you so much guys!

I just left this store Thursday evening Nov 17 ,2023.The employees took sides with another customer that got offended by me standing behind at least three feet away from her saying to back up I was in her space and there was ample room between us she was mad because I stepped over to the side to look at smokes and then she, the customer said, "oh baby you have got to back up your in my space ". I said I'm not even close to you lady she said yes I have a phobia you need to back up", I said I am not close to you lady that's weird she said your disrespectful and it was the employees that bothered me knowing I was not in that ladies space started agreeing with her so now they, the employees, start taking this customers side over me a customer all the same . They should not entertain their own opinions when two customer are having words by taking one customers side never . That was horrible and they were rude to me after the fact. I have never ever been jj so shallow as these employees treated me one of the cashier's name was Terrie W. I will never step foot in that store ever again it was unbelievable how the clerks treated me over nonsense they should have stayed out of it PERIOD! Petro you need to train your employees how to keep their two cents to themselves seriously! Look at the footageyou have cameras and judge for yourself Petro! And prior to me getting in line the lady that had a beef with me in her space was at the coke machine as I walked by a couple times right by her and I was way closer then I was in line behind her and she didn't say nothing about her space at that time so hmmm and also so was that worker Terrie W.was right by her as well and yet she went along with that crazy customer and I feel it was because they are both black and I am white They are the ones that are racist not us whites. These people have chips on there shoulders and it's them not me it's Shameful!

O star I had long day off working I get the petro Travel Center and eat food and I getting my massage done than the lady security. She come flying out of nowhere. Ask me for ID to see if I am a trucker then I told her excuse me. I m trying to give me relaxing massage once I m done I will show you my ID can you leave me alone right now? Let me enjoy my massage and she unplugged the machine. Cut off my time and didn t unplug back until somebody ask her to plug the machine and I get my massage. Done very rude lady, the security lady I don t know her name i m never coming back here again and I ll be calling the The corporate and see this new policy because I never seen anywhere else in the US

The gas station employee tried running me off when I was just smoking and fixing to walk in for a cup of coffee...so rude. Like I'm in my Unifirst uniform ,ready for work . All I was doing was finishing a cigarette before heading inside . She treated me like I was homeless when clearly I'm not ..I will never step foot in this gas station again. And there items are way overpriced. But the employees at the restaurant side are amazingly sweet and very welcoming! So I do recommend the Iron Skillet!

On the app and online says that they have 16 reserved spots still available yet I get here and there s trucks in every single one . Not good when you pay $20 for one and you still have nowhere to park.

Had an oil changed by them, drove 280 miles. Their mechanic installed wrong filters, oil is running from one of the filters. I have no words to express my anger now.

I have been going to this store for 2 months and this young black cashier charge me almost 3 dollars for a refill . She is the only one that charges me this price all of the other cashier charge me 2 dollar and 5 cent. Then when I was talking to the cashier to find out why she was doing this the security comes from nowhere and say don't have to give you her discount and being so unprofessional . To be honest she look high or on some. They banned me from the store for no reason . And the cashier is the one in the wrong for overcharging me.

Absolute incompetence I lost 20 min because the pumps satellite ( whatever that is) didn t work I had to move to 3 different pumps and none of them work, wasted time for nothing now I m late for the pick up because nobody know how to do their job at this gas station

The store is pretty good. The iron skillet is actually pretty good. The waitresses are very attentive. The parking lot for trucks leaves a lot to be desired.

Went and stayed the night with my truck driving husband on 09/27/23. Parked his personal vehicle in the 4 wheeler parking lot around 6:00ish p.m., got up to leave at 4:30 a.m. and my husband's truck had been towed away along with about 14 other vehicles. Between the security gaurd, the petro worker on the golf cart, and the tow truck driver, noone could give a definite answer as to who told the tow trucks to take our cars . The store manager never answered any calls that I made today to try to get down to the bottom of the matter.

8/25/23 16:30pm - Shower room #2 has no (or nearly no) air conditioning. Must have been 80�+ in there when I walked in.All the fan did was to blow the hot humid air around. And I even took nearly a cold shower!What is the purpose of taking a shower if you re just going to sweat your butt off while getting dressed afterwards?! I may need to go somewhere else to take a shower after taking a shower here.Complete waste of $16!(I didn t have any shower credits so I had to pay cash for this one. Should ve gotten my money back!)

The shop is super slow, super expensive, rude and they will break more than they fix, they take your truck apart and not put it back together, make sure you double check the areas they worked on. The first shift mechanic is rude and talks to you like you are his endangered servant, projecting all of his life s shortcomings on you. It took them 18 hours before they told me to pull into the bay, utter waste of time and money stay far away.

I have been going to the store for 2 months now being charged the same price for a refill on my coffee which was 205 now a new person starts and they're sitting arguing with me telling me that everyone is giving me a discount which is not the case she just doesn't know which button to push it's the small coffee that they're supposed to push to charge the refill which is205 so then why hasn't she been told the proper procedure for refills I don't know but I don't need to sit in have argumentation with a cashier because she doesn't know what to charge somebody definitely needs to be retrained

Best shower ever! Very clean and water was hot. Food at the Iron Skillet was pretty good. The Philly didn t have much flavor but my salad was fresh and the server was welcoming. Overall a pleasant place to stop, better than some other truck stops in the area.

Terrible selection of water, and everything is overpriced. Shower had decent flow but the f ucking shower curtain rod fell on me. Not a very good truck stop in my opinion, totally in line with Petros standards though.
