we took our BMW x3 to Auto Penn to get it serviced-. great job! They told us in detail what needed to be done this time and what should get done in some time, they didn't even try to sell us some expensive services or parts. Will definitely come back next time, thank you!

The people over at Penn Automotive are 10/10!! Super knowledgeable and super helpful! They fixed my BMW 3 series very quickly and for a really good price in my opinion. Will most definitely start coming here for all my mechanic needs.

Been looking for a place to work on my German cars and I have found the right place. These people are exceptional in every way. From the ladies up front taking calls to the mechanics and their work. We have used them for 9 years for our BMW 3 series. They have provided excellent and honest service at an affordable price. Sadly we are selling our BMW and will miss having this good of a mechanic in the future.

Would highly recommend Penn Automotive. Took my 18 X3 in for brakes. I thought it needed brakes and rotors. After driving and inspecting they weren t really sure it even needed pads but changed them at my request. They didn t try to upsale me or anything. I will go back for all my needs. They communicate and keep you in the loop and their prices are great.

There is no better place to take your BMW or Mini. You might have to wait a few days to get on the schedule, but they almost always get my car back the same day. The pricing is unbelievably fair and reasonable. These are the nicest people who know what they are doing and are quick and efficient. Cash or check only.

Phen and his team are the absolute best in OKC! They ve worked on my E46 M3 for the last two years and my experience at Penn Automotive has always been exceptional. Penn Automotive is a very honest shop that communicates well with their customers. They are up front about issues that they cannot fix and offer solid recommendations for other shops when needed. I highly recommend Penn Automotive for your BMW maintenance and repair needs! Definitely call ahead for an appointment a couple weeks in advance, their services are in high demand.

The BEST shop for BMW hands down. They will always take care of you here! Phen and his daughters are always friendly, caring and extremely honest. Any time I have an issue with my bmw (new driver first car) I call and speak with one of his daughters who help get me scheduled. Once I m actually at the shop Phen takes his time explaining what s going on with my car and what he plans to do to fix it. I just had a flat and a bent rim a few weeks ago! He helped me with it. This man is PHENomenal!!!

I have had extensive experience at Penn Auto over the past decade. They are fair in price and give honest evaluations. Primarily works with BMWs if that's what you have, but also works well with others.

Update: I've had to go here a couple of times now (not their fault, my car is 20 years old and things are starting to wear out). The owner, Phen Ma, is an incredibly nice man with a great deal of integrity, as is everybody else there. If everybody were like him, his family and his employees, the world would be a much better place. If your vehicle needs any kind of service, you should definitely be going to Penn Automotive!Nice, honest people. The owner explains what's going on, is extremely reasonable

Owner operated service and repair of BMW, told by AAA driver that it is best shop in OKC for all things BMW, will update review when I get car back.Got car back 2 weeks ago. Fixed battery holder in trunk, in cabin lighting and inspected whole car. Great shop, owner operated exceeds all expectations. Wouldn't go to dealer unless I had to with Penn acailable.

I have used Penn Auto for all my BMW repairs, for over 10 yrs, and thru 3 different Bimmers. I was referred to Mr. Penn many years ago, by a BMW tech at the BMW dealer, after I had paid $120 for a (wrong) diagnosis and a failed repair.Mr. Penn knows Bimmers, has many years of experience working on them. He is a no-nonsense, truth-even-if-it-hurts kind of guy. I appreciate that honesty in my mechanic.His daughters help with phones and admin, and are also very knowledgeable about bimmers. They make a great customer experience, as they call me and explain in detail and can answer my questions before proceeding with anything that will cost me money. I appreciate the heads-up from my mechanic.Penn Auto has been working on my bimmers and always work with me, to accommodate my needs, even on the day before thanksgiving, when my engine light came on as I was preparing to travel for the holiday. I called, and Mr. Penn said bring it in ASAP He took care of in time for me to hit the road.Overall a great business, I fully recommend it, specifically for BMW owners.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The only place i ll be taking my bmw from now on! Customer service was great and they kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Prices are fair. These people are honest and do great work! 10/10

Great business that is run by a friendly and courteous staff. Needed assistance with plate issue, and the owner came to check out the car. Quickly deduced a simple solution that simply came from experience. Can not recommend enough.UPDATE: had oil leak problem. Scheduled diagnostic appointment. Quickly but accurately diagnosed the problem. Quote was very reasonable price and car was repaired the very same day. Not only that, cleaned engine area of excess oil from leak. Incredible price and service

This man must be protected at all costs! My first time here after dealing with the dealership.Took a few weeks to get my car in because he s so popular.Got worried after seeing all the cars in the lot but he got me in and out the same day after replacing a sensor I thought would cost me a lot more.He was very nice and explained every thing happening to my car in layman s terms.I did do my own research so I understood quickly.My only regret is that I didn t come here sooner!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Great work, honest, fair pricing and genuine customer service. Penn's was the only repair service we used before our 2000 740iL was totaled. Will definitely be our mechanic for any future BMW's and everyone who needs repairs.

Phen and his team are amazing! Always extremely honest and forthcoming with their information and the prices for service are beyond reasonable. Just wish I knew about them before I wasted $200 getting an OIL CHANGE at BMW. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Penn Automotive has been recommended to all of my friends

Listen, if you care about your BMW you will bring it here. The owner of this shop is not only a magnificent mechanic but he also loves the cars and cares about the customer. I brought my car in twice now and he has helped with things that I didn t even bring up. He just does business the right way. Excellent service every time! The kindly owner takes time to explain everything about the entire process, always an accurate time line on repairs. The only thing I can say bad is being a bmw shop I can't bring my Mercedes here too. But at least my 01 330ci has always received the best service!

Exceptional service and integrity! For nearly 20 years, I have encouraged my whole family and extended family, as well as my best friends and their families to use Penn Automotive to service their BMW's. And I can honestly say, each and everyone of us have been happy with Mr. Phen's quality service and kindness. Most of us live 200+ miles away (round-trip) from Penn Automotive. In fact, some of our family live in Colorado and they each drive BMW's too. We will continue to use Penn Automotive, despite the distance. When you find an honest mechanic they are priceless. The wrong mechanic will cost you far more then a long road-trip and/or a plane ticket. I have owned BMW's for over 30 years and I'm very thankful to have Mr. Phen keeping them healthy! I only wish I knew him the first 10 years of ownership. I am thankful I can count on him.

I've been taking my '05 325i here for over 2 years. Fantastic customer service, quick response when I call about problems and they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. Price is great for quality service. One thing I didnt notice until recently is that the mechanic writes the dates and service he has done under the hood near the brake booster on the driver side! Just popped the hood recently and discovered it, thought it was very interesting.Many times I have gone in with an issue, they have discovered another issue with a cheap/easy fix and just serviced that issue for free along with the original fix! Very good mechanic, highly recommend

I bought used 2007 BMW X5. Penn Automotive was the only one to work on it. I recently total the X5 and the insurance company offer me $10,000 for a 10 yr old 200,000 miles car. I attribute it to the excellent work the shop has done on the truck. I am shopping for another used BMW only because I have found the best shop to keep it running strong. On a side note I will never take my car to Jackie Cooper BMW for anything.
