Overall, my experience with Patriot Liner was good, but there were a couple things that I feel could have been resolved through better communication. I had a bed liner sprayed in my Ranger and I will say that the turnaround was great and at first glance everything looked awesome, but when I looked closer I saw that the inside edge of the bedside was not sprayed. I spoke with staff about the issue and they explained why they didn t spray it and that there s an up charge to spray that part of the bed. Their explanation made sense and I understood, but it would have been great to have that expectation set before they sprayed the liner. After all, I m not the professional so I don t know the industry standards, and it would ve been a simple upsell. Also, they stuck a patriot emblem to the bed liner which I almost immediately removed thinking it would be attached with VHB tape, but instead it was attached with caulking which I could not completely remove, so now I have an oval of caulking in the bed of my truck that I don t know how to remove. It s possible that when I signed the form in the office that I gave permission for them to attach the emblem, or maybe I didn t and it s just standard practice. Either way, it seemed a bit intrusive to put something that can t be fully removed on the bed liner that I just paid good money for. Other than those two complaints the service was good, and with a bit of work on communication there could be a lot more 5 star reviews on Patriot liner.

Jack and his team did a great job on my spray-in liner! Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person were friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is they offered fair pricing and went the extra mile to make my install look awesome. I had a custom made bed that had a bridge notch protruding. Not your average install. They tackled it and hit the deadline so that I could get the truck off to the paint shop. Don't go anywhere else for bed liners or truck accessories. This is the place!

Patriot Liner used to be under a different name. Same great service and accessories are all top quality. They stand behind their work on everything they sell.

Amazing job and quick turnaround spraying an entire gator. I called multiple shops most seemed like they didn't even want to talk to me. These guys were great from the first phone call all the way through to the finished piece. No reason to call around.

Staff here was so helpful and provided plenty of good info about their bed liner product. They got me in next day for a bed liner and pricing was very fair for the level of detail and quality of the results! They took good care of me.

Staff were nice and friendly enough. The job was they did on my truck was excellent. I did have to wait on my truck which I realize most people dont. The waiting area is right there in the lobby where everyone is walking in and out. Although they had a comfortable sofa and a TV to watch, I was very cold. No hot coffee or nothing to warm you up. Maybe put the waiting area in a separate more warmer room guys and perhaps offer some coffee at least. But their work is great and they did it in half the time they said it would take them. Very pleased with the job. Thanks guys.

I setup my appointment to get my bedliner installed for 7 am on a Friday right as they opened, so I could drop my truck off and then get to work on time. I was at the shop at 6:55, which was early so I waited in the parking lot. I waited for 20 mins wondering if they were open or not, no lights on in the shop, no vehicles out in front, nothing. I finally decided I wasted enough time and left at 7:16 so I could make it to work on time and not be late. I never received a follow up call or anything. Not a great first impression, I'm sure the shop does quality work based off other reviews, but I just didnt feel like they wanted my money.

Great work done in a very timely manner! Bullet Liner coated the deck and rub rail of my new Maxxd N5X car hauler and it looks great! Their quote was lower than local competition. I scheduled a dropoff and it was finished prior to our agreed date. Everyone at the location was professional and the location was very clean. I would highly recommend them!

Took a truck here to get some work done on a freshly painted new bed side panel. We get it back and there s this mess of material on the brand new painted bed side. Their manager just insists it s not them. It was 100% them as we looked this truck over before dropping off. Some company to not even attempt to make this right if you ask me.

Fantastic job on my Bullet Liner! Drove 6-7 hours one way, after explaining my dilemma to Paul. Paul, Saul, and the whole team at Bullet Liner of Oklahoma, addressed my concerns on an existing questionable liner from another shop, and were able to remove it, so that I may get the Bullet Liner I originally wanted. The detail and work completed by this team was ABOVE AMAZING, and I would definitely make the drive from Houston to OKC again, to have Bullet Liner of Oklahoma do any future work on my truck. Thank you again.

They did a quality job with the spray-on bedliner. They were very nice and professional. After about 8 months the bedliner faded a little bit after filling the bed up with mulch. I took the truck back to them. They did not hesitate one bit and redid the bedliner with a newer and updated material. The bedliner looks great and holds up. Great folks and they honored their work.

Horrible experience! We took a freshly painted bedside to get the top cap bed lined, and when picked up it had black marks that wouldn t come off on this bright white bedside. Refused to make things right and just said find a different place to do your stuff

Had my tundra sprayed. They did a fantastic job. They even had a loner car so I could drop the kids off at school and come pick mine up when it was finished.Will definitely recommend them. They also carry a number of bed covers which will probably be my next investment.

We got a spray liner for our afore F-150 and the staff was courteous, quick and very professional. The liner came out very nice. I recommend this business in OKC.

I researched many different bed liner companies prior to using Bullet Liner of Oklahoma. They responded quickly, fair price and have great customer service . Finally their work is world class very satisfied.

These guys did a great job on the spray in liner on my new truck. I waited while they did it and I was out in less than 2 hours. Only down side is that I didn't realize I was gonna get a sticker put on my back glass. I would have declined that it if I knew they wanted to do it.

My old cover almost blew off in traffic, they were able to get it locked down. I ordered a new cover and when it came in they had it installed in about 15 minutes. Great job.

This place is a joke Paul the manager doesn t want to do anything for customers and if you ask for him an the phone he doesn t want to talk to anyone I called to have a hitch put on my van and he said immediately that they would not do it They shouldn t be called accessories if they re not gonna do it and keep their word That s false advertising

Always customer service first attitude. Very competitive prices to competitor and more durable product due to it being stronger or more dense
