Went there to get my brakes replaced and oil change. I ended up needing new roators and brakes along with my oil change and new wiper blades.I took it home and the new brakes were making sound. So i took it back to them the next business day and they replaced the brakes and fixed the issue.Thank you guys for your hard work and making my car safe to drive.You guys helped me keep my babies and myself safe in my car.I greatly apperciate it.

Noticed I had a leak in one of my tires, so I decided to stop by Pat's after work one day. I let them know I had a small leak and if they could take a look. Guy at the counter mentioned they were booked into next week but could give me some air in the meantime. Declined air, and went elsewhere to get it fixed.

While driving a company car during extremely cold weather, all the low PSI tire sensors went off at the same time. Trying not to freak out, I asked a coworker what to do and they suggested I go to Pat's Tire. Not only did they fill the tires at no cost, they did it with a smile and friendly interaction. Pat's Tire and Auto Service has super customer service and I drove away with a smile and lighter heart.

I've always had great service here. They finish the work by the time they said they would. I've been several times since moving to OKC and will continue to use them for oil changes and repairs.

Amazing staff, phenomenal work, fair pricing. I never feel like I m being cheated and they are seriously the sweetest people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Third time I've used them -- they're three blocks from the apartment. In December, they fixed a bunch of stuff in less than 8 hours and charged me half of what the dealership would have charged, and they communicated with me every time there was an issue. Today, they fixed two things that were basically wear-and-tear, and thanked me for my patronage without charging me. Hospitable, friendly, fair, trustworthy, professional, prompt -- not words I typically use with a car repair joint, but I'll be damned if they don't give me hope for humanity.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Pat's Tire and Auto in downtown OKC (Goodyear) is amazing! I have been in to their center for multiple issues on our cars, and they always treat us well. They are up front with their diagnostics, and their costs are affordable. They really do go the extra mile in customer service. They even offer rides to and from my work when my car is being serviced. They recently repaired a flat tire on my wife's SUV at no charge! Absolutely good people. I highly recommend them!

My wife had a flat tire due to a nail and she was thrilled with her service she received. She said everyone was kind, friendly, and they helped her get her tire fixed despite them being close to their closing time. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future. This place works with SSVF to repair mechanical issues for veterans according to SSVF guidelines and approval they provide transportation where you need to go once you drop off your vehicle AND pick you up and take you back to get the vehicle once repairs are done. I've never had service that felt so personalized because not just any staff member handled my repair from the time I walked through the door for the first time until my repairs were completed. Every call every detail was directed straight to the same gentleman and he kept me up on every step of the process and was eager to get it done. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever experienced I definitely felt like my vehicle was a priority even though it looked like every bay was filled with vehicles as if they were swamped. And the repairs didn't take that much time. I highly recommend this place. The smiles and good attitude among the staff was very apparent and genuine.

My experience with Pat s was nothing short of exceptional. I had a screw in one of my tires and they worked me in quickly and had the repair done a couple of hours later. The level of professionalism they showed is really rare and their work was top quality. I ll definitely start coming here for all my car related needs in the future!

I became stranded at 2 am in need of a tire repair. I called my insurance company as my policy includes towing. The tow truck never came. My sister and son were with me. We sat in the car for 5 hours until 7am. Luckily I was stranded 1 block from this Goodyear. I was their 1st customer that day. After a very trying night, the manager, Sam, made sure we made it home safely. He told me not to worry about my car as he would take care of it. True to his word, he phoned me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready. I highly recommend this Goodyear. They have a new customer for life. Thanks Sam.

This morning I saw a great ad for Pats tires. It said they were local folks cheap and great service. I called the downtown location and spoke to someone about getting a service completed. Not only did he lack the customer service skills and enthusiasm displayed in the commercial but his quote was literally 30% higher than the highest quote from a huge chain. I loved the ad but as expected it was nothing like reality.

I came in get some work done on my car. CV Axles, I was quoted $535.00, but after the work was done, to my surprise, when I looked at the receipt, it was less. They treated very well. Excellent customer service. No one was just sitting around, they all were working. And that's something that I really liked. All customer's were happy with the service and the work that was done on their cars, including me. Thank you Pat's Tire & Repair you are my new mechanics for all of my vehicles. And thanks for the fixing my daughter's car too. You guys are awesome!!

My tire pressure system kept going off one evening. The next morning, I took it to Pat's and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Amazing. They greeted me immediately and took a look at every single tire before airing up the one that was running a little low. All the guys working were professional and courteous, which really is rare these days! Thank you guys - I know where i'll be taking my car next time it needs service.Updated Review 7/20/2020 - I've taken my car here twice now - once for new tires and most recently for an oil change and filter replacements. Still the most friendly and polite service of any auto service place I've been to anywhere. Sam and Carla are awesome. Thanks, guys!

Great shop. Honest people, they do good work, and are extremely courteous. I had an issue with my transmission and they did all the legwork getting the warranty on it figured out and have fixed several flats on my fianc� s and my car for free. They offer to give you a ride to work/home if you have to leave your car there for an extended period of time.

My car was having issues and I work downtown, so I thought I would take it to Pat's. They came highly recommended by coworkers. As I described the noise and what my car was doing, they were attentive and did not talk down to me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or uncomfortable at all. I left my car there for the day and they offered me a ride to work, no charge. It was a pretty day, so I walked. They called to let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to fix. The price was reasonable and they didn't try to up-sale or find something else "wrong" with my car. It was fixed and (knock on wood) I haven't had any issues since. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT ANY AUTO REPAIR COMPANY! I will never go anywhere else, as long as Pat and his team is here!

It's hard to find time to take your car in for service when you drive it every day for work. Pat's makes it easy with shuttle service to work and back if you drop off your car! I was very impressed with the customer service I received when I called and they even offered to pick me up from work as soon as the car is finished. I will definitely come back for future maintenance!

They had me in and out in less than 24 hours for repairs, and were so incredibly kind, friendly, and professional! Their location is also great. After our car broke down Friday night and had it towed to Pat s, we were desperate Saturday morning for help. The general manager Monty answered the phone before the business even opened to help us. He was able to get our car looked at quickly by the amazing Ernie, get the part that we needed, and even get us from our hotel to the garage to pick up our car (thanks Carla!). The whole team was absolutely amazing. As we were traveling all the way from Virginia, we don t know what we would ve done without them. We can t recommend them enough!

I was on a trip to Missouri with my 87 year old mother when my tire pressure light came on. Wandered around until I found this Goodyear shop. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Discovered a small screw in my right rear tire. Service tech checked and filled all the tires, then pulled the right rear. Ended up the screw was very small and in the meat of the tread. No real damage. He pulled the tire off the rim to be certain. Verified i was good and put the tire back on. I worried this would be an unexpected expense. They smiled and told me to have a good trip. They charged me nothing. I cannot say enough about the guys at this shop and how friendly and customer oriented they were. Made that mishap nothing but about a thirty minute lay-over.

I got a flat tire while in OKC for work. Pat s fixed it up within a couple hours and got me rolling again in great time. Service was fantastic, everyone was easy to talk to and courteous. Prices extremely reasonable. Very highly recommend.

My family and I have been taking our cars here for YEARS. Through that time they have taken care of us in the best way possible. I trust their judgment, their service is top notch, and communication is great throughout the whole process. If you are wondering where to take your car for routine maintenance or if your check engine light comes on, go to Pat's.

I pulled in after my tire light came on. They immediately checked and filled up all four tires without appointment or charge, and notified me that one tire was significantly lower than the other. Two days later that tire was indeed low again. They took my car, again without appointment, and patched the damaged tire, again at no charge. Fast and efficient. And great customer service.

Had to go pick up our father's cremated remains and as we hopped back on the highway hit a piece of tire and blew out a tire. Drove right over and they got right to work to get us back on the road. Had time to kill and got a great recommendation for lunch from the guy who fixed our tire. He was super friendly the whole time and the price was awesome. Definitely would recommend

I am not from OKC and was in desperate need of an oil change. I didn't know where to go for the best service, so I took a chance with Pat's and was delighted! Everyone was so lovely, including my salesman (#007, sorry I forgot his name) who went out of his way to make sure my car was in its best condition. I will be going back in a few months for additional services and will be recommending their business to others.

Do yourself a favor and put this address in your gps and just start heading this way. My wife and I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue that had two simultaneous problems happen and were about to pay Bob Howard Nissan in Edmond an outrageous amount of money to fix the issues we were having with our car. My dad recommended Pats and we immediately picked up our car and headed this way. The issue was fixed in 3 hours and total cost miraculously went from us about to pay $700+ to less than $20!!! Best decision ever even though we paid $150 to Bob Howard for a diagnostic already. Knowing who is trustworthy and going to take care of you is priceless.

This place is great! While driving into work this morning, I managed to pick up a rather large chunk of metal in one of my tires. It was bad enough that you could hear it leak. Luckily, for me, Pat's is conveniently located in downtown OKC so I was able to drop my car off within walking distance of work. They're also open early so I didn't have to wait. I thought for sure that tire was done for, but they were able to get it patched up within the hour. The employees were friendly and they even offered to drop me off at work. I will be using this place for future services after this experience.
