We went in to sign for a car for my fianc� s daughter. We decided to look while we was there. Reggie was our sales guy. He went above and beyond to help us. We ended up getting g 3 cars from him. Everyone was very nice.

Reggie and Ian were amazing to work with. I came to the lot feeling pretty anxious about the buying process. Both Reggie and Ian made it easy and helped calm my nerves. They were kind and patient and were never pushy. They were also very genuine in wanting to give me a great experience. I appreciate them both! I should add that I showed up not expecting to be able to afford a brand new car but here I am happily zipping around in my 2024 Rogue!

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I've already recommended Orr Nissan West to a friend who is looking to buy a car soon. Our salesman, Alex, went above and beyond! Also, the finance department, I believe his name is Ian, was the nicest finalization person I've ever dealt with! Explained the process in simplified terms!

I had the absolute best experience here buying my truck! Mr. Kenny was my sales man and I'd recommend him to anybody. He really went above and beyond. Also both men that helped me in finance were awesome and worked really hard to get me in my truck. Definitely going here will be worth your time.

Stopped in to look and see what they had for used cars. Met a charming salesman named Christian running around the lot on a very very cold day, we asked him to get in our vehicle and warm up and the rest is history! We ended up buying because Christian and Austin (I believe he was the sales manager/finance guy) really went above and beyond to give us the deal we wanted. They were very friendly and courteous!! We will definitely give them our business in the future if they don t run and lock the doors when they see us coming Respectfully Debbie Koinzan

Bought a car here as a young, professional female 5 months ago. Overall I felt like I got a fair deal for the car, with just a little bit of pressure and manipulation from the staff. However, if you do business here, I would be sure to get everything they say in writing. I made a verbal agreement for a final price with the salesman, however when I went to sign the papers the price was different. This issue was discussed with 3 different employees and escalated to the manager, and they were all unwilling to honor the verbal agreement. (At which time I did tell them I would be writing this review.) They also explicitly said that all taxes and fees were included in the final price, however when I went to register the car I had to pay an additional $1500 in taxes. And then I was given a COMPLETELY inaccurate maintenance schedule. So while not my worst experience going to a car place without bringing a man along, I would just be a careful to double or triple check everything they tell you.

Met on time with me, was ready for me as I pulled in, no waiting for sa service rep. Waiting room was clean with coffee, water and a vending machine. Rest rooms were nearby and very clean. Was made aware of work to be done and it's progress. Service completed on time and everyone was very professional.

I believe the people working here are not people of integrity. I had my brake fluid and power steering fluid flushed and exchanged in Kansas and then brought it here for an oil change. I just had the work in Kansas performed in October and now here they are saying I need to do it again in December and that it's critical. That to me screams scam and people just trying to make money off me. They obviously didn't look at the fluids to be able to tell they were just changed.Also they told me I had a pinion seal leak several months ago and that several parts were needing to be replaced in correlation with the pinion seal. This was estimated at about 3k worth of work. Well the guys in Kansas said it was just the pinion seal and did it for $600. I just think the guys here try to take you for all the money you have.. as do alot of dealerships.

Our car was possessed. Wouldn't start. After a jump, O'Reillys did their scans and claimed nothing was wrong. Car died the very next day, so we took it straight here for the first time ever for service. Sadly, it was just the battery. I hate paying that much for a dealership to fix a simple issue, but they were super kind and fast with the turnaround time. And, at least our 2018 Nissan Kicks runs perfectly now. I'm disabled w specific vehicle needs, including towing & 4wd. The team worked to meet e ery requirement, and exceeded it. I shopped for 2 weeks at Honda, Kia, Ford, & Chevy. The team at Orr West, including Reggie, Ian & Alda got the perfect vehicle while getting my trade in and final cost where I wanted. The cherry on top was an excellent set of features supported by great tech staff & a simple app. Thanks

We had our Pathfinder dropped off for maintenance and Jon was very efficient and quick to take of us and our vehicle. Our only wait was for parts to get delivered over the weekend and it was taken care of ASAP and we had our vehicle ready to go sooner than we had expected.

At first, I was really excited to work with this company. They were very active in making sure they could make time for me. As I was coming from out of town. A 3 hour round trip. HOWEVER, after working with the girl I worked with, didn't really catch her name but she was Lillian's trainee. When I first got there, they did try to talk about financing, and I did let them know I was doing everything with my bank, I just needed the buyer's order. After driving the car and sorting out the details, I was offered the MSRP, not the internet price. When I asked about the internet price the girl proceeded to tell me that they only list that price to get you in the door. The only two things I requested was to tint the windows and have the alignment checked as it pulled to the left as I drove. I was told I could have the tint at an employee discount, and they could give me the internet price, but this included the doc and lien fees. They would not budge on coming down on the sell price to even match the price they had listed with the doc and lien fees. After leaving they told me they talk to "get me where I wanted to be" by offering me free tint and telling me that if I didn't come back to purchase today that the price was going up $500 the next day (today). Please keep in mind doc and lien fees when you go to purchase from them. I no longer trust this company to even purchase if they reach out to me after this. But I wanted to make sure others were aware before wasting their time like I did.

I purchased a Nissan nv 200 in 2018.I was told in the finance office that if I didn t purchase my oil changes from them that it would void my warranty with Nissan. So of course, I purchased the oil change plan so my warranty wasn t voided. I typically only have to wait the short 2-3 hours per visit before I can get my oil changed however on my 9th visit they informed me it would be a 5-6 hour wait before I could be seen. When I started to complain about the extremely long wait times for a required service to not void my warranty, they informed me the information I had originally been told was not only incorrect but illegal. This was extremely frustrating as oil changes are usually quick and easy but here I had spent over 16 hours of my time to get 8 oil changes and they wanted another 6 more to get my 9th change. At this point I learned I did not have to have my oil changed by Orr Nissan west to keep my warranty so I started the process to get a refund for the remaining 4 oil changes. I felt this reasonable as I had been lied to, had my time wasted, and 6 hours for an oil change, who has time for that? I have completed every bit of paperwork, jumped through every hoop possible, talked to many employees who promise to call back and get status but have been given nothing but the run-around. I am not asking for anything more than what is left of what I was cheated out of.
