The young lady at the front desk was sweet but unfortunately this is unacceptable for a belt change I literally almost hurt myself driving cause it came off soon as I left the shop I really wanted to find a home shop but this will not be the place the work was unacceptable for something that simple you gotta be comfortable with where you take your car and unfortunately first impression is Everything bad experience but they did fix it again edit 3 weeks later it s now squeaking again, so it was never fixed

Stopped in without an appointment, Heather was very helpful and was able to get my car in. Juan did a good job getting the A/C running cold again. I'm sure I'll be using this shop again. UPDATE, I had to be towed into the shop, again Heather was able to get me fixed up, she even gave me the option to get my own parts if I felt I could get a better deal. They have my business in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

One Stop Auto shop is amazing, Juan is my mechanic and Heather is always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable., They're becoming more and more like family with every visit.Couldn't have found a better shop to take care of my vehicular needs...

A car that was purchased from a family friend for me. Was taken here by my paralyzed sons common law wife. Since she was no longer able to negotiate the work, the owner was not clear as to the ownership because the car had been contracted under her name only. My son had contacted the owner but had became agitated and hostile because she was not informed well about the ownership. Needless to say, she didn't want to pursue business and told us to pick up the vehicle. I took a chance in going to talk with the proprietor and she gave me the chance to explain. I found her to be an individual with insight and compassion. The shop was clean, and her representative was very polite. I hope we will use her service, I believe it will be great service at a reasonable price. I have never had a mechanic, have only had shade tree types. From speaking with Heather, God has blessed me with a service I feel I can trust. Thank you again Heather, YOU were an inspiration Heather, I like you so much, you are awesome however. I am dissatisfied with the service I received. Perhaps, I hold standards too high for mechanics. I put my faith and trust in you to find a working motor, paid you $1,200. For the motor and then paid your labor cost. You told me that you traveled out of state and that the motor was good despite being used, that it had 44,000. Miles on it. When you gave me the paperwork it started it had 77,000. Miles. I found motors for $700. That had a 5 year warranty on them. You, gave me 30 days and I almost paid double. I trusted that your choice would be a good one, however, you allowed me to leave with an engine light on, that you said your mechanic had just failed to clear. I immediately took it and had it placed on a computer which read five problems. I feel like your mechanic should have put it on a computer and atleast given me the information that something was wrong. I had already given the automobile back to you when it fail to accelerate. You again said the mechanic had to adjust a belt, and resent the transmission. Then I paid you $300. To replace the light and that was not a problem. After paying you almost 3,000.00, I did not know I would have to have the car placed in another mechanic shop. What person would choose a bad engine and pay that price knowingly. Your Personality is good, Customer service is good despite you said you were going to detail the car because you wanted to do something nice for me but you also didn't do that. And, you allowed your teenage son to drive...what was the purpose in that. Who allows their teenager to drive a customer car. The automobile is now in the shop, it drove horribly... I am very dissatisfied with the service and work done... I feel taken advantaged of... Not in you personally. I don't know what I am going to do... You even had to show me how to drive, you were fully aware that I knew nothing about what your mechanic was doing. Another expense that I can't afford, a must that I need. Your mechanic gave $1200. In free labor... But failed to render work that was paid for... I question the integrity of the work done. Thank you for your kindness... But all I wanted was a drivable vehicle. no...you NEVER made Any Offers...and YOU NEVER GAVE Me NOT EVEN ONE OPTION. IF THIS CERTIFIED MECHANIC FINDS ANY THING RELATED TO THE WORK OR THE ENGINE... I AM GOING TO SEEK COST COMPENSATION. IFI have to try alone...I am... because I see what this was all about...not great service but get the money. Honest labor, honest service is what made America great.

I have nothing but great things to say about One Stop Auto Shop! First of all Heather who runs the office is so knowledgeable about automotive issues! She is very thorough and has a great and friendly demeanor and really works with her customers, and then there's the head mechanic Juan, who in my opinion is a mechanical genius! He really knows what he is doing, they have a great little auto shop, very clean! I think they have the best prices, and if they can't fix it for one reason or another, they will let you know, in my personal opinion, I don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. One Stop Auto Shop is the best auto shop in town!

Literally all work that they did on my trailblazer had to be redone by another mechanic within months. They put a rack and pinion on my truck that did not fit and caused problems for me later. Do not recommend

Don't use this place I dealt with them for 2 years and I am still experiencing the same problems and when I take it somewhere else they tell me the parts hasnt been changed and that if they did its not new parts. Save yourself the headache they are not worth it they seem like they care but they dont. They put 6 to 7 motors in it and 2 or 3 transmissions and im still having transmission issues was told they put rubber lines on it which now is leaking. I could go on and on but things because like I said over 2 years. I dont want to give no stars but wont let me post if i dontServices: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My wife had her car repaired her after the front tire came off on the highway. The owner came out of pocket for a fender which was awesome. I ended up taking the car back because of a noise. They perform a free inspection and did not charge me for the fix because it was a plastic tab rubbing against the tire. They did exactly what they said they would do and went beyond.

Repairs were not completed as promised. Was told to return Saturday morning at 9:00. Waited until 9:35 and no one showed up. Called the office a little after 10:00. Admittedly I was angry but the female that answered the phone was aggressive and used inappropriate language several times. Was afraid to return but went back Monday morning. Was not confident that completion of project was possible so nothing else was done. Will have to go elsewhere to get truck fixed

Honest people and good mechanics, rare to find these days. Took my car in with multiple issue and was honestly expecting a salty note but to my surprise the repair was bellow my expectations with a good break down of the bill.
