I m from Stillwater and Went in this store Monday Feburary 19th for battery check and Manager was the one that helped. Couldn t have been any nicer and helpful. Helped my elderly uncle and aunt very much. Just want to say thank you and keep up the good work.

I purchased Rainx Vintage wiper blades on Wednesday. Could not do the self install on Saturday. Called the store to ask for assistance. Shawn said come to store and they will help me. In the pics: Shawn is training Alex. Both men were motivated and made experience pleasant. And, I got points with my BFF GFF! Thanks men.

Theses employees where very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I wish I payed attention to the 2 young men's names that helped me with my car battery and freon. Excellent customer service I'll definitely go back. This location was on south Western.

A big shout out to these guys they save me 1800 bucks Hibdon s wanted 1852 to fix my truck well come to find out all it was was the rotors needed to be turned took it to this place O Reilly s they turn my rotors for 25 bucks Problem solved.

Normally these guys are great, my battery light came on so I had one of the guys check it, he said battery was ok so he checked the alternator, said alternator was ok. He then said he thought it was probably the heat causing the issue. Alternator died next day leaving me stranded. :(

Super polite and helpful with some auto body issues as the result of an accident. Can't say enough great things about the young man who went out of his way to help me hold my car together while I wait weeks and weeks for a new car to arrive.

Wow! Go team! Chris, Sonny, Paul, anyone who helped me get my battery changed and then troubleshooted for 2 days!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this S Western O'Reilly's! How impressive these gentleman were.... Hands down did everything they could to help me figure out how to get my car started again! My new auto parts home store right here! I'll never forget you guys... I can't wait to come back! Very very good job!

Charging 10% markup, I can understand...but 50% to 75% to even 100% on some things. Yes they had it in stock after the other stores closed, but could have got it for almost half the price waiting till the next day...

It's 9:45 pm and we're out for a leisurely motorcycle ride when the headlight decides to quit. We're miles from home and it's dark! Lo and behold, O'Reilly is open until 10:00 pm. WHAT!?! Kenny and Graham were fabulous to work with! Got us in, out and back on the road safely. Two big thumbs up!!

O'Reilly's is a great place for the do it yourself mechanic. They have a vast selection of parts for all makes of automobiles. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick and courteous. The staff has a great deal of knowledge on all kinds of auto repairs. If you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist.

I went to O'Reilly's because I needed a new battery. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. This is definitely the store I will go to anytime I need something for my car.

They stock quality parts with warranties. If they don't have the part in stock they check nearby stores and their local warehouse for the part. They will also match the competitor's price.

O'Reillys has always been my go-to spot for vehicle parts. Seems they have a better understanding of additional things you may need for a certain repair that you may have forgotten than their competitors. For example buying a water pump, they would suggest getting the gasket as well. Always friendly and easy to go to for questions or services like Check Engine Light codes.

These guys are very helpful and nice. I go here often for run of the mill parts and random needs. They almost always have what I need in stock.

Alex in O reilly help me with my breaks and battery problem made sure everything was working right and they had the tools and parts in store to make sure everything was working right

got in there they gave me the wrong battery, I think they baked my computer because of it. then sold me 2 wrong alternators, the 3rd was right and now still have problems cause there screw up.
