I ve been to this location 2 time in the past week and both times I came Courtney was there to help. She was patient with me and was very respectful. She also was able to help me find the correct mirror and went out of her way to to find an adhesive for it. She has by far the best customer service I ve ever seen and provides outstanding services.

Pretty packed before the holiday, but they managed to get my car remote fixed. Other places were telling me it was a bad remote and would cost $$$ to order one plus have to be programmed if batteries were removed! Since I wasn't sure..I stopped in at O Reillys. They were (honest) and snapped 2 batteries in, and it worked. No programming needed. $10.

This place has amazing customer service always available and ready to help you. Located within a mile to two major highways 240 and I-44. O'Reilly's has everything I need for my car, they've known & had what my car needed at certain times when I didn't even know what it needed. Love this place!

Went in to purchase wiper blades for my car. Sunny helped me out with explaining the differences in the blades within my budget. Sunny even put my blades on too! Thank you for making my visit a good one! The price of products was the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Sonny is so knowledgeable treats customers with patients and respect even when there no all there with cars like me best manager lucky to have him with your company he deserves a promotion or raise ill b back a 100 times

On sun march 12th 2023 @5:50pm I seen a worker from O'Reilly's (HE WAS WEARING A BLACK HAT AND BLACK SHIRT WITH GREEN DESIGN ON THE BACK WITH DARK HAIR) walk to 7-11 buy 2 fountain drink. He put alcohol in both the drinks Then entered the store. If you can't work 1 work shift without alcohol just take the day off

When i write reviews they are only when im Absolutely impressed. Douglass is A great help, he doesn t hesitate to help or give advice or get up and come physically help me. This is 2 days in a row he has done it. And with a smile. He needs a raise if he hasnt got one by now!!! I wont go anywhere else for parts or advice

Aye Family, when I drop a review just know that it's a reflection of how I was effected by my visit! And this Big Fella at this store I think his name is Derrick! He put'a stain on my brain! I was Sooo upset that i didn't have any spare change! He was Very Patient and Respectful. It's some Really good folks at this store! Plenty Helpful! I couldn't afford to give Derrick a tip, but I hope his Supervisor see this and address it appropriately !

This is probably the worst O'Reilly's I've ever been to. I've worked for Mobile oil Change companies and technician companies and mechanic companies and we deal with O'Reilly's a lot in several different states and towns. The service in this place is ridiculous. You don't really get any service they just tell you things and then they're too busy to do any work because they're back there drinking soda or just talking or just not caring about their job. When you ask a question the person on the phone always says I don't know let me ask and then you hear in the background oh we don't have time right now. I buy everything from you including my oil and when I can't get my drain plug out you're refusing to help me? It would take you 30 seconds of your time with your tools to help me. Terrible service and if I had a different option of a different place to go right now I would but I can't drive my car so I have to deal with you people

Worst customer service ever not everyone is a thief and shouldnt be treated as so, if it is not them treating people as thieves then its slow deliver time. corporate please, this store needs help take a close look at this store. If only doug Bragg or Bill oreilly themselves would see what is going on. Just maybe the store could be turned around. Other wise it's lost my business to autozone or any other store.

The guy was extremely helpful and sweet whenever I want in here with my daughter. Answered questions had to help me find a solution offered helpful and welcomed advice. Have to say was pretty cute too. LOL

This O'Reilly's location was off the chain considering the another one tried to rob me it's so sad when an employee is so worried about their commission instead of worrying about helping the customer

Horrible experience. I took old oil to their recycling tank on May 22 2021 about 5:45 , they refused to take it. They claimed Rodney and Holden that gas was mixed with the oil. I've changed oil in cars for 32 years. Never had any problems with anyone, or any store , till I went to this store . Two young kids working there , with no clue how to do their jobs. Supposed oil experts . They need to find a more simple job , than what they have . I had been a customer there long before those two unprofessionals even worked there . Guess I'll just go to Auto Zone now . Rather than deal with incompetence.

don't rent a tool with your credit card etc. manger told me I would get my refund within 3-5 days. been past 2 weeks. still nothing. went back and got told I'll have to talk to my bank to get my refund. make no sense. this isn't the first time I paid with card to rent a tool.

Don't get me wrong by this statement. I really don't like going to ANY auto parts store.The store we go to has always been very helpfull and they are always VERY NICE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I use to go to Auto Zone. They were closer to where I lived. I quit going there because they were very rude 90% of the time.I will stick to O'Reilly from now on!!!!

They need to get all their employees on the same page with special ordered parts procedures - the young man who handled my ordering transaction assured me that once it was ordered, they would hold it until I came to pick it up with my receipt. However, upon returning to the store to pick up the part I'd paid for under a week later , the other employees winced and said it was just two days for holds.

Where I get parts. Doug is real pro. He also works at Kenworth during day. All the help tries to do their best to help get the customer parts.

Was lied to, was tricked into buying a product that I didn't want or need. The assistant manager quickly refunded me the money, but I will not trust them to sell me anything.

Bought a starter 3 days ago and they would not exchange for a new one. The one they gave me was making noise on start up. Lifetime warranty, buyer beware.

This particular visit, I was spending alot of money on parts. One of the things that disappointed me was I had to wait 24 hours later for all the parts.Second thing the next evening I still had to go to another store to complete my order.

O'Reilly's is a first-class auto parts store. If you are a do-it-yourself auto mechanic, and your car has broken down, this is a great place to come and get your part. They have a wide selection of parts for all brands of cars. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they are willing to help you get what you need.

Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Almost always have the parts on hand that I've needed. Prices are very competitive with other auto parts stores. I shop here for all my auto parts.

They've always done me great when they're hiring though they need to hire some people that are a little more experienced and have a little more knowledge about parts instead of some young kids that just need a job

07/03/2021 older gentleman, suggested a dipstick that was not for my model of vehicle. Told me I could use a permanent magic marker to mark full/add if I had the old one. I left without purchasing his dipstick suggestion. I went straight to AutoZone and left out of the store with what the older gentleman on this date screwed O'Reilly. Business is business, thanks AutoZone!

Had to get a new battery it was a good price. Let me borrow the tools to do the swap and was very happy to help me if I needed it.
