They tested my battery and alternator. Battery tested bad and the alternator tested good. Less then a week later, I had to replace the alternator and spent over $800 at the mechanics.

Well, I tried calling and was out on hold for 20m. So I went to the store and missed the paint guy by 30m. Called the next morning and asked if they could have it ready for when I got there. NOPE, gotta pay for it first, but it will only take 15 minutes to mix. So I came back up here, paid, and then was told it would be 30 to 45, and I could wait in my car, and they would bring it out to me. NOPE, an hour went by, so I went back in, and the guy could not find it at first. It was still in the mixer. They act friendly, but their action speak a different language.

I got service immediately and the person seemed to know what she was talking about when it came to batteries and helped me make the right choice. Was in and out pretty quickly.

We had to order 1 out of 3 parts so I could fix my girlfriends car after a minor wreck and Alex was super helpful and professional. The part was delivered on time and all parts were correct. Even though there are part places closer to me this one is my new go to!

I have been here twice in a relatively short amount of time. Both times the employees were friendly and they didn't talk down to me like often happens when a woman goes into a car parts store.

Knew that I needed a new spark plug, asked if they had a spark plug tester. They said they had one that I could purchase but not one they could use on my car.This would of been a fine answer; however, the two boys at the counter included the other two boys they were helping then proceeded to badger and pester me and acted like I didn t know what was wrong with my car. They started asking questions like are you sure, do you need me to run an engine diagnostic, is the engine light on, etc. The boy at the counter that didn t even work there kept asking me if I knew what was wrong with the car, was the car driving a certain way, stalling etc.He didn t even work there and I just wanted him to stop talking because I know what s wrong with my car and he was making me feel very annoyed. I didn t need four BOYS to act like I didn t know what I was doing because I m not a man.Everything about this experience was disgusting, unprofessional and they were acting like complete sexist.They need to do better.

Went in because i needed assistance with getting a new bulb. I didn't receive the help I needed. I do not know much about cars and the guy just gave me a number for the bulb I needed. Except when I tried to look for it, there were many with the same number. I didn't bother to ask for further assistance because of the lack of help. I left annoyed and went to a different store and they were much more attentive compared to O'Reilly.

I had to get windshield wipers and I have no idea how to put them on and the guys that work there were not even busy and supposedly they couldn't help me put them on.I even asked nicely..never going back there.

I had really great service here. I had some complicated questions and the guy went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. I really appreciated it. I think his name is Nestor. Thanks for everything. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The employees were very nice and helpful , but the manger David is a total d*ck. I m a 22 year old woman who works on her own car. I cried underneath the giant price match guarantee sign while listening to David tell his employees not to sell me anything price matched. I had already gotten it matched at another location and was here to pay and pick up. David basically told me to F off. Eat a d*ck David(:

I am so grateful with David today he helped me so much he found a leaking hose. If he wouldn't have checked my engine I would have been in trouble on the road. Thank God for people like him that want to help and he went over and beyond to help me. Every time I go to this Oreilys the enoyees are always so helpful and have patience with me. I diy alot and they always make it easier.

This arise is a disgrace to the franchise the young man was so worried about his commission instead of giving us the truth brother to get turned he said he couldn't do it brought it to another O'Reilly's they did it with no problem

Most of the employees don't really know anything about automobiles. They're helpful but this one young man who was helping my husband acted like he was being inconvenienced because my husband was asking a relevant question. If you're looking for more than just a part for your vehicle that they can look up on their computer you're wastin' your time.

My daughter called me to let me know her car was running hot. I told her to go to the nearest O reillys or Autozone. She informed the manager she wasn t able to drive it any further. And would it be okay to leave it there? He granted her permission to leave the car. I came up to the store the next day. When I entered the store . I asked one of the workers if he would check the oil level. Due to the low oil pressure light was on. The worker informed me that they aren t allowed to check the oil level. Lucky I know how and checked it myself. Very poor costumer service and we will never return back to the store. I say all this to say. Just stick to Autozone lol

My favorite Auto Parts store around here. They don't give me the WRONG part like most of the others, Better training???. The quality of the rebuilt auto parts is the same wherever you go, except AutoZone =Poor quality. they keep my rewards info in the computer and send me a $5.00 coupon ever so often without being prompted. They will Price Match all the surrounding stores so check everybody before you go in. I've saved almost $50.00 on a single item. The employees and David, the Manager, treat the customers like friends and neighbors, pleasant to find today.

I like the guys at this store. I went to get an alignment on my car only to be told my upper ball joints were bad. This is frustrating because I had just replaced both lowers and installed polyurethane bushings, new struts and springs with poly bushings and bump stops, ergo the alignment. Upper ball joints are like 10 times the price of lowers and I didn't have $250 (versus $30 for two lowers) to replace them. The manager there that day understood and called his boss. When he got back to me my price was $120 for both. You can't beat service like that. He saw and understood the situation and the importance of the new ball joints and acted accordingly. Thank you much, my man!

Kevin is the man. What I was gonna buy he told me I did not need . Then he called around and got me the name of a reputable mechanic and saved me $200 dollars for the work. Shop here. Very nice and helpful.

Great service and great accessories. I've been looking for a unique antenna to replace the broken one on my car and he showed me the 50 Cal antenna and I had to have it. And it was only $20. I have always liked O'Reilly's.
