Me and my daughter stopped by today for some interior cleaning supplies, I got everything I needed and more and the service was great, one of the employees was very nice, he let my daughter pick out some hats for us and she hasn't taken it off since! Thanks for a great experience!

Called needing a headlight bulb for a 2014 Rover Sport didn't figure they'd have one. Rover dealer wanted $250 for the bulb so it was worth a shot. The guy on the phone was surprisingly knowledgeable and had two options and multiples in stock. I drove over to the store and the employee that had helped me on the phone instantly recognized the Rover with one headlight out and met me at the door. I had opened the hood not knowing just how complex these lights are because they actually turn when you turn the wheel. I later learned the employee's name was Nicholas. This guy was awesome... helped me remove the old bulb in just a few minutes, the old bulb had actually blown apart. Removing this bulb is a fairly complex procedure... Seriously it would have taken me a couple of YouTube videos to even figure out how to access the bulb, then unplug the ballast, then remove the bulb without breaking anything. Nicholas was awesome and when the new bulb didn't come on after being replaced he spent another 15 minutes helping me and my wife locate two of the three fuse boxes and tested all the appropriate fuses with a tester trying to figure it out. Ultimately we decided to leave and fuss with Rover at home in a well lit garage instead of the parking lot at O'Reilly's after dark. Nicholas was even willing to mach prices on the bulb with a competitor parts store saving me over $165 bucks compared to the dealership. We left O'Reilly's and stopped to fill up with gas. When we restarted the vehicle the new headlight was on and working, it matched the factory unreplaced bulb perfectly. Clearly it had reset something by shutting off the vehicle. Nicholas had knocked it out of the park!!! It's extremely difficult to find good help!! This guy is a shining example of what customer service should be... and the killer thing was he enjoyed helping us!! FIVE STARS!!! Someone needs to give Nicholas his own store, Seriously

Ordered a part and was scheduled to pickup on Friday. On Saturday, I went to pick it up and it took a manager of 8 years several attempts to find the order in the computer, eventually said it should be there. Spent a half hour searching the store for it. Couldn't find it. Then said they had 2 of another brand in stock. Couldn't find those either. Completely incompetent. A waste of a week of time. Will never return.

I am not from Oklahoma City but I came on a business trip. The manager Phillip was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and friendly!! Thank you Phillip you gave the best customer service I have ever experienced

The kid at the register asked me to leave my backpack at the counter. I told him no, but that what I wanted was right at the front and he could watch me if he wanted or I could leave if that wasn't acceptable. I went ahead and bought the items I needed just because I was already there. I've been to O'Reillys lots of times and I've never seen a cue of purses and bags at the front waiting to be claimed. No need to worry about my bag again I wont be back.

I'm not well versed in mechanics or car issues...I'm a put gas and oil in it, it should run kind of guy...I've been to AutoZone and other O'Riley locations and never had an experience like I have 3 times at this location. I don't know the gentlemans name but he has a full beard and works the front counter...he came out and ran diagnostics on the car, looked over the motor and explained in easy to understand terms what the old car I drive needed..helped pick out the products and gave me information on where to go for service for reasonable prices and how to not get railroaded.. outstanding and unheard of customer service and knowledge... recommend highly!

I couldn't tell ya. We have a w a whole aisle of paint....... We also have a paint dept but that guy's gone for the day.Me: Uhhh, do we need him?? It's just clear spray paint thoughBarrett: well, like I said, we have a whole isle of different paintI thought, well maybe they're short staffed and he's REAL busy, so I went to go see for myself. At least 3 dudes working there and I was the only person in the store. Happens every time I call no matter who I get Anyways gave em 2 stars bc they actually had what I needed #imnotbitterjustdobetter

Being a Mobile Auto Mech i am in and out of really every parts store in the surounding and greater OKC area.myfavorite ORiellys Default no matter where in the city ,there coverage has been high 80's% instore stocking.

This Location has Always treated me well. I cannot say the same for corporate or the Western and 24th location, however Amazing customer service and support, towards my small business has kept me because they always go above and beyond. It is also the only store and the reason I still do business with O'Reilly's. And it's because of the 4200 N. May Ave location. From Phillip, Ray , Nick and everyone I forgot to name but works at that location has always treated me with respect. I highly recommend them for anything you may need in your vehicle care and maintenance as well as accessories.

I will always choose O Reilly s over the others but this location went above and beyond. Jessie helped me out with a new battery for my 4Runner and even helped install it, was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Great staff, very helpful!

This is the worst automobile parts store in the city the employees are rude and egotistical will not help anyone with anything unless it has to do with them you would have a great staff if you get rid of all of them but the store was impeccable the staff should be replaced especially the manager I didn't get his name but it was a big guy with a beard very rude

The kid Jessie help me with a personal problem, the other day when I was in there and he went above and beyond his job. I'm so very grateful for the help he gave me and my girl, with a serious problem we were having, he save my girl from danger. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

Definitely recommend getting the lifetime brakes warranty! I've already made my money back! Forever grateful for mechanic Brothers and the good mechanics still out there! O Reillys always does me right and gives me more knowledge than I came with! Thank You!

What a clown show. Had a battery under warranty that would not hold a charge, and they wouldn't exchange it. Do yourself a favor and go to Autozone. At least Autozone will provide a base level of customer service.

I called & was (I believe accidentally hung up on) and then I went into the store. Jesse had yelled at someone "Don't take a break without asking me first & just leaving.) Very rude and unfortunate to walk into. When I mentioned I was hung up on, he cussed at the other man and asked why he did it. It's not okay to speak to someone like that especially when they're trying. It made me very uncomfortable to be around.

I bought some wiper blades for my 20 Challenger widebody. Stephanie the employee was extremely helpful and even installed the wiper blades. She showed me the rewards program and I signed up. Great service!

I have to say outa all the stores this one is my favorite . I just like the way they handle your needs and advice on what to do when my Nissan 2013 needs something. Love the wipers they put on for me. They clear the water and everything i get there is the best. Good job guys. Darlene

I was looking for a NC momentary switch. I was told it was a special order item. It was almost closing so I would have to wait. Not a big deal, but it seems almost every store only has basic stuff on the shelf, and has to always order what I need. I do understand why that is, it just a pain because everything I need has to be ordered.Friendly staff, clean place. Thank you

Decent selection of audio accessories interior and exterior pretty good selection of cleaning supplies as well and very helpful stuff good recommendations and more than willing to help you out when you need to plus as always O'Reilly's has always a good selection of Auto parts as well definitely recommend going to your local o'riley stores

I'm worried for the local parts stores like this one. Their prices are typically double or more what you can order a part for on the internet. And if the local store doesn't have it, you can usually pay for overnight shipping and get it just as fast and still save a bundle. I'm afraid these folks will go the way of the shopping mall if they don't figure out how to compete a little better.The guys who work this store are nice and helpful, so for that reason I give them three stars.And just a side note, don't try and order paint here on a weekend. If their one guy who mixes paint doesnt happen to be on shift, you're not getting it!
