ordered several parts to a vehicle all but one item was correct when I ask to replace it with correct one Employee Jeff agreed to replace unit with the correct one since it was there mistake even after I explained I didn t have the wrapping he said it it was okay since it was an error in there part. When driver came to shop he said it was not correct, he could not swap item out, so I called them and trying to explain everything again how Jeff had agreed. They said no, policy is policy so then they proceed to hand my call to a Spanish speaker to see if I was not understanding them in English maybe I would understand in Spanish. Very bad business.

My husband and looked for a month for parts for my Nissan...every part we found was priced fair but shipping was 3x the part price or it was out of stock!! We were happy when we found this place and they had the part I needed in stock and it was a simple drive to pickup!! We are extremely happy with the parts price and service!!!

Phone service is terrible, parts are as expected. Everything is fine until you need to return something.

Part was not in stocks, paid for the part and they shipped the oversized part to a business near me. Saved me a 180 mile round-trip drive and $9 tolls. Thank you Yovana.

For the part I was looking for, it was cheaper than keystone but higher than Certifit. Definetely smoky inside.
