I needed s repair that is open weekends. I didn't know transmission flush was difficult. The nice young man at motor one was awesome fixed my car and didn't knock my head off overchargeinge me. We did not have a good outcome they reconnected a wire , filled transmission fluid and charged us $600 dollars. They didn't even call us before they fixed it so we could say yes or no because of the price. So beware they fix you car and charge you double .This is crazy Belinda Hearon Mojica

Abood, the owner is top notch!!I have been taking my vehicles here for 5 years.When I say that I have never had a bad experience. I literally mean I have never had a bad experience.They inspect the vehicles thoroughly and make sure to give you details about what is going on. What needs to be addressed right away and things to keep in mind for the future.The customer service is always friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile and feel welcome. We take our vehicles here for oil changes, tune up, ac repairs, tire inspections , tire rotations, one time I even accidentally put gas into my husband's diesel truck. They told me exactly what to do and got it to them and fixed right up within 24 hours.They are the most honest and trustworthy auto shop i have ever been to. We will forever be life long customers. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride into the work and service they provide.

I had some unusual issues, and there were initially problems that showed up after repair/diagnosis unrelated to what I asked about. The owner worked with me personally, the entire crew went way out of their way to make sure my issues with my car were taken care of. In addition, (I always get multiple estimates before repair work) Motor 1 was by far the most affordable of any estimate I received. This is a good place to take your vehicle if in need of repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Overpriced for everything!!! They are supposed to open at 8AM. I have been here since 8am. It's 8:45. The mechanics are here waiting. However they are still closed. Very, very frustrating and unprofessional. It's 9am now. Still not open!!! Very horrible customer service. Took my truck here to fix my knock sensor & fuel pump. They didn't even fix my sensor because they said it wasn't the problem. Told me it was my throttle body. I let them fix that, truck still wasn't fixed. They finally did the fuel test to see it was my pump. So I let them fix that. 800 hundred dollars later & 4 days, I pick up my truck and it wouldn't stop chiming while driving. And my check engine light came right back on. If you take your vehicle to this folks you will be costing yourself on repairs that doesn't exist. And they will tell you to leave once you ask for a refund. Getting over on folks in the middle of a pandemic!

Motor One started out pretty good with our car needs. We used them a few times for miscellaneous car repairs and maintenance; but when they quoted an estimated price of $150 before replacing the new headlight assemblies on our Lexus and then changing it to $200 after the installation was completed, didn t go over very well with us. We paid the $200, only to find out that the driver s side headlight (low-beam) did not shine in front of the vehicle, which left a huge black hole directly in front of the car. Now, it cannot be driven at night, unless driven with the high-beams. The problem was called in to Motor One and they told us to schedule an appointment and bring it in so they could make an adjustment. We dropped it off at 7:30 a.m. and got a call at 10:00 a.m. saying they couldn t adjust them because they were made wrong by the manufacturer. Why did they have us bring it in if they can t adjust them? Shouldn t they have already known that, due to them installing them in the first place? Did they not check to see if they were aligned before giving it back to the customer, before risking the safety of the customer and his family?!? They did, however, offer to install them for FREE if we were to buy the headlight assemblies sold by Lexus. That will cost an additional $1500 (the ones I bought were over $500). When we went to pick it up, we saw the manager in the garage, as he watched us enter the building. When asking the young lady, at the desk, to speak to the manager, she went out to where customers are not allowed, and came back in and told us he was on the phone. When she was asked about a partial refund, she went back out to the manager and told us he said, when we quoted you a $150 price, that was just an estimate. I asked the girl if she got that information from him, while he was on the phone, too busy to talk to a customer. Since the manager would not speak to us, I yelled loudly THIEF, as we left the building, along with a few choice words. The manager stepped out of his hiding place as I was leaving in the car. I rolled my window down and asked him if he treats all customers like this. He told me to leave the premises, or he would call the cops (LOL). I laughed and told him that if he would be honest with me and tell me that they just F d me I would leave. Not only did he oblige me, he smiled, spit in my car, called me an MF and flipped me off. But he was honest with me. And that is the true colors of Motor One. It s not a surprise now, since the girl at the desk, told us that there had been a physical brawl, between management and a worker earlier in the month. They ve done great by me. They ve installed body control modules, power steering pump, rack n pinion, climate control module (dash removal) countless check engine problems (21 year old car), replaced the ac system, diagnostics are free. Honest and friendly guys. Been going to them since they ve opened. I am appreciative of their skills and customer service. They won t speak to you like your stupid either. They ll tell you what must be replaced and what you still have a little time on...

Had transmission leak differantal leak aboo said he can fix so I left it with him he called me said it was ready so I went and picked it up and it was still leaking and pay for it because he wouldn't give me my vehicle back told me if I had a problem with the go back up there that he wanted to fight for what so you can charge me for that too

I love this place, came here right as they opened at 8 this morning, they already had coffee brewed. Service is fast and affordable. I was surprised by the friendliness and quickness of service.
