Roman an his team were fast, the quality of customer service was superb!!! There cost of repairs were extremely fair an no hidden adgendas here. Highly reccomend. Definitly goin to keep them in mind for future reference and knowledge. Thanks for all ur help Mr. Transmission!!

LIFE SAVER!!! Lauren & Roman we re so professional, kind, honest, hardworking & they make a great team. Got my car up and back running in no time, worked with me because it s not always a breeze getting and picking your car back up! But please check them out for any issues you have with your car. Professional, friendly, reasonable, and they go the extra mile. Repaired an oil leak that left a redneck trail of shame in my driveway.They gave me a ride home and did a follow-up examination after a week to make sure all was right. Bonus points for having a shop cat.

Roman, Ricky, and the lovely lady who worked at the front desk were godsends. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment with them multiple times yesterday as the used car that I was supposed to send in for an inspection was brought up by another person. They were very kind and flexible in helping me check out two different used cars within an hour just before they closed up for the day. Not only were they able to identify the problems with those two cars within tens of minutes, but they also offered very valuable advice on not purchasing those cars as well as which dealerships to avoid going to. And what I was most grateful for was that they didn't even charge me for the two inspections, even though I had been very inconvenient to them. They have done me good, and it is only fair that I return the favor as well. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy mechanic with excellent customer service.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Roman and Paisley were great to work with. They were honest about their lead times and thorough with their investigation on the noises my car was making. Replaced both front wheel assembly s on my 2013 Prius at a reasonable price. My car is nice and quiet again.

I went to Milex yesterday in a pinch while in the process of buying a used vehicle around the corner. I desperately needed someone to do a quick inspection on the vehicle I was interested in. I waited less than 40 minutes and they were able to give me a complete run-down of what the vehicle needed. The inspection ended up being free and, best of all, they saved me from buying a lemon. Thank you to the guys (and girl) at Milex!

I called to get a quote to replace a 2012 Dodge charger s transmission. This lady told me she d charge me $45,000. I had to confirm the price she was giving me was right by repeating it and she clarified that it was no mistake, it would be indeed $45,000. As a woman it's hard to find an auto repair shop you can trust. I trust these guys. They have been reliable and honest. I've been going here for a couple of years now and won't take my cars anywhere else. Their also friendly and reasonable. I'll be coming to this mechanic for the rest of my life. They are dependable, fair, honest, and don't talk down to you. They helped me pick my most recent car based on my needs. So far it is cheaper and more reliable than the Toyota I used to swear by. I was prepared to sacrifice on either cost or time for repairs, but honestly they are fast and do not overcharge.

I'm not usually prone to catastrophizing, but when my 20 year old Corolla (which I still love) lost all its gears, I 'knew' I had a major repair on my hands. After calling several well known transmission shops, which were not particularly helpful, friendly or forthcoming, I called Mr. Transmission which I had never heard of and spoke to Roman. He clearly laid out the possible options and also asked good questions, so I decided to have my car towed there. I'm glad I did. It turns out it was a much less expensive repair, which their technician Ricky fixed quickly at an affordable price. From here on out, I will definitely be taking my car to them and would recommend anyone looking for repair shop give them a try.

I have never needed Milex Mr Transmission's service but if I do I will use them. Why you ask? Because Roman is a very Professional guy in his everyday activities. He's the type of man that does good when nobody's looking. That's my kind of company.

Mr. Transmission had me back up and on the road in no time. Other places were charging more and I was going to have to wait 2 WEEKS! Mr. Transmission had me back on the road in half that! I have used these guys for all of my repairs (large and small) for the past 3 years. I am so glad I randomly found them. They are totally dependable. My estimates have always been exact. They willl usually get me in within a day or two, and rarely have my vehicle more than one day. All the guys in here are really nice to talk to. Husband needed a certain Ford part and had to wait over a month for it to come in which wasn't the company's fault, they were also exasperated waiting on the part. Once they got the part in, the truck was ready by the next day. Very friendly and kept us updated on what was going on with getting the part in.

Excellent service I have been going to Mr Transmission Milex for years and they have repaired my entire family vehicles over 6 of them. Very honest Roman is great. I only trust our vehicles to them.

Very professional in everything they did. They kept in contact with me and gave me best case and worst case scenarios. My transmission gave out in OKC Sunday at 8pm. On a leap of faith from Google reviews i had the tow company bring here. They were curtious and understanding of every thing i had going on. They fixed a couple other problems i had along with my transmission and kept it a reasonable price. Biggest thing to me, they kept in contact with me on every step. I just barely got it home to Indiana this evening and my truck drove like a champ. Better than it did when I bought it.Services: Transmission, Auto engine tuning

This review has been a long time coming. I can't say enough of the work, the timing, the integrity, and professionalism of the Milex team. After going several weeks with a freelance mechanic who promised to solve my issues, I was beyond frustrated. I was throwing more money at him, only to have him misdiagnose my problems and do repairs that weren't necessary only to have the problems persist. Unbeknownst to me, the rear differential I had received from this mechanic was bad, as it had a bent rear axle shaft. However he was now diagnosing my problem as a bad motor mount. I was 3 days away from my family needing to leave the state for the Holiday road trip, and after 2 months my vehicle was still making unnatural noises and not functioning safely. My boss, who had used MIlex for over a decade, referred me to their team and insisted they would do me right. Those boys made my vehicle a priority. They quicky and CORRECTLY diagnosed my problem, and set out to do the repairs. They kept their shop open after closing time so that I could personally deliver the part it needed (long story, I had to source it from my freelance mechanic, who was now eating crow) and they repaired my vehicle in 24 hours and literally saved our Thanksgiving vacation cross-country commute. The vehicle worked perfectly, and my family of 5 felt safe and comfortable for our 18 hour journey each way. I absolutely trust the Milex team with any repairs I need going forward. I know they are honest people, skilled automotive technicians, and some of the friendliest guys you'll meet. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them.

Roman and Curtis were great to work with... I had to reschedule my drop off due to weather, and they were still able to keep me in the weekly schedule. Most shops will bump you weeks if you miss, kinda like the Doc's. Promised repairs were completed on-time, and on-budget. Named a Transmission shop, but they do it all very professionally. Thank you Gentleman.

I've been coming here for years, always the best service and quality. They just recently looked over two of my cars and instead of just fixing the cars they looked them over and suggested I do not fix the cars due to the year of the cars and price it would take to fix them. They suggested I take that money and buy something different that wouldn't have problems like those cars. They actually offered to sell me car cause I am looking for one unfortunately I couldn't purchase it cause I need something that's going to be better on gas. I will always highly recommend mr transmission! Curtis and Roman are always looking out for their customers and always call before dipping into your wallet. Hands down the best place to have your vehicle worked on. Thank you guys for the help will definitely bring the car I look at buying into guys to ensure its a good car and give me peace of mind purchasing the car!

The team at Mr. Transmission are really great to work with. As my truck has reached 150,000 miles it has needed some maintenance and an odd repair. Roman and his staff have been great to work with and I feel like a valued customer every time I'm in the shop or they call to discuss an issue with me.Their hourly rate is very fair and unlike many shops they offer the ability for you to purchase the parts yourself and they'll install them for you.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change about 4 to 5 days in advance, then called the day before to ask how much time would be needed (so I could schedule my work day accordingly). I dropped it off, and came back an hour later (as I was instructed), and they hadnt even STARTED the oil change...or called me to ask for authorization to upsell me on another service (which was apparently their intent). At that point I didnt have time to wait another hour for them to do their job, because I had to get to mine. So I left and took my car to a more reputable company later. Dont let these guys waste your time!Service: Oil change

This is a great place to get your car repaired. I started going to them last year after being disappointed with AAMCO. They beat AAMCO's price by over $1000. They're always courteous and they do professional work.
