These people were absolutely great! I was driving my little sports car on a road trip when I was going through OKC. My car started cutting out real bad while going down the highway. And I was fairly certain it was the fuel pump. It was a Saturday afternoon and I didn't have the tools I needed to fix it myself. Just by luck, Mike's is actually open on the weekend! I spoke with them over the phone and got everything set up. Then had my car towed over. They got to work on it first thing Monday morning and I was ready to go. The best part is, they didn't rake me over the coals! They charged me an extremely reasonable price to get my little car on the road again!Unfortunately, I'm not local to the area. However, if I ever need a mechanic when I'm around OKC again. I will definitely be going right back to Mike's!

I received a call this morning (Thursday in February) from my son who said his engine blew up on the highway. (turns out the heater hose connector broke ) I am on the opposite side of the state from him. I spoke with him and performed a Google research for an automotive place near his residence and found this one. I called and a lady named Holly answered the phone and I asked if she worked on imports, and she said yes. We used our emergency roadside service to have the car towed to Mike s automotive service center. Holly said she was the owner and manages the company and that she would take great care of my son. Holly is a mature woman who is a lady to her word. He received excellent service at an excellent price, and he also decided to have his oil changed at the same time, they gave him a ride home as he lived close and he was able to work from home for the day and they picked him up and brought him back to his car at the end of the day. This kind of service is the service that you look for especially in a Mechanic. I do not have any pictures of the place (probably looks like heaven) but my son said these are great people and they did a great job. We highly recommend them.

This was my first time taking my vehicle in. I normally take my cars in to a shop in Edmond. I thought I would give these guys a shot. I first took my car into AutoZone and had them hook it up to the machine. They told me it was spark plugs and ignition coils. I then called Mike s Automotive and asked if I could bring it in. They told me to bring it in on Monday. They told me they would have to do a diagnostic. My first thoughts were yes of course they re going to say that so they can hit me over the head with more costs. They explained to me that they wanted to do that so they could properly diagnose the vehicle. I took it in at 8:30 on Monday and by 10:30 they had called me and told me it was something completely different. They actually saved me a ton of money. I m 100% grateful that they were honest. I will forever be a customer here for that reason and I will recommend them to anyone. These guys are great!

Lionel & his guys were a huge help. They were very friendly. I had a check engine light come on, they diagnosed the problem quick, double checked the job, let me know a price, which was very fair & got everything done within a few hours.

Life is good when you have people you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly. I had my car towed to Mike s Automotive Service Center for a new battery replacement, and they delivered such wonderful customer service. The manager and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle both delivered honest, prompt, and efficient service. Not to mention personalized as well. They don t do any work that isn t necessary, which I highly appreciate! Overall, my first time experience with them was a great one, and I plan to go back in the future!

Fast friendly service and makes every reasonable effort to insure customer satisfaction. Not my closest choice for automotive repair but my first choice. I don't mind a little drive to go to someone I trust.

No concern for your problems as long as they get their money. They even let the car battery die while working on it. Had to get the battery jumped twice after leaving the shop.

Holly and Lionel were very kind courteous and helpful. We purchased four new tires for our Ford F-150 and they put them on aligned and balance them. We are very happy with their service and will tell others about them!

Lionel was the best he was so great! I went to Walmart to get an oil change then went to Mike's to put on a starter on my truck. Walmart didn't get my truck done right. They never tightened the oil pan or oil filter and he fixed it on the spot. What great service from him. I will for sure go back and recommend anyone to him!

My sister was traveling thru OKC and suffered alternator failure. It took a while for Farmers Roadside Service to get the tow done, but, Lionel and the team got on it late in the day and finished before closing time. We appreciate the last-minute efforts and I am relieved she didn't have to stay with me for the night. Phew! Again, many thanks!

I had just taken my Toyota to the dealership for an oil change. I told them to check EVERYTHING! A couple of weeks later. I have car problems. I took my car to Mike's, they said my battery was bad. I will never take my car back to the dealership. Mike's will be my car repair place in the future!!!

They were very professional honest kind respectable and consistent describing what was exactly wrong with my Honda Civic they're repairs and replacement of parts TimeWise was excellent I would highly recommend them to anyone honestly from my heart to repair their cars or trucks

The absolute most horrible service I have received from a mechanic shop who claims they do everything. Long story short. I had my vehicle towed there for a blown head gasket. They said I might need another motor because it may have caused some more severe damage. Given my financial situation and their recommendation I paid for a new motor which they replaced. This took approximately two months because they said they were short which they didn t disclose to me until they had already started working on my vehicle. When I got the vehicle back it began to overheat the first day I had it. So they paid to have it towed back to the shop to fix. They fixed it but the vehicle was still making some weird noises after the fact which I brought to their attention. Nothing was done and at this point I didn t feel comfortable with them working on my vehicle anymore even though the motor had a warranty. Throughout this process the customer service was absolutely horrible and the owner was incompetent. The whole staff including the manager just made excuses the whole time. They couldn t provide me with any documentation or Information about the new motor they put in my vehicle which was sketchy as well. I can t speak on their smaller jobs like oil changes or brake jobs but if you need a bigger job done I would suggest finding another mechanic shop.Services: Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

Warning: Do not use them. If I could select a 0 I would. I brought my vehicle in because it was stalling and wouldn t go and it was the closest place to my location. After having my vehicle the 1st time for well over a week they charged me a diagnostic fee and told me that I had an oil leak. They also told me that they didn t know why the car was stalling. They fixed the leak and then told me that they think that probably actually fixed the problem because there was a lot of oil that had leaked into the spark plugs. I had the vehicle back for approximately 1 week. The brand new air conditioner I just replaced was no longer working and was driving down the road and it was stalling again. I took it back to Mikes automotive and they had it for about a month this time. They couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Then decided it was a fuel problem and wanted money to drop the tank . Then they replaced some fuel part they told me they were sure it was the problem so I went ahead and paid them and ordered the part. After replacing this part and it not fixing the problem they had a new set of eyes look at it and said that I needed a new engine. That they apparently didn t do the most basic check. At this point I m disappointed but they refunded me for the fuel part. After discussion of whether I wanted to put a $3000 part into an old vehicle I said I would come get the vehicle the next day as it was closing time. While still in their possession that night someone cut out my catalytic converter from the vehicle. They have seen the video and that it did indeed incur while there. They are refusing to pay for these repairs telling me well it needs a new engine and I shouldn t be driving it anyway. Then they said well we have a sign that says they aren t responsible for theft. Hmmm

I took my 1993 Jeep Wrangler in for an alignment after installing a lift. Took the extra time to get it exactly right. Tracks perfectly and steering wheel is dead on!!! Lionel is very helpful and will take great care of you.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Everye I spoke with about my car was very pleasant. My car gave them a bit of trouble and was being stubborn. It took a little while to get fixed but to no fault of their own. This is the best place and I high recommend them! From the work they do to the employees. I had major damage to the driving parts of the wheel. Lionel told me it was unsafe, didn't want me driving it. Even offered a ride if I needed. Long story short, they replaced the parts and it was a BEAR to align so Lionel took it on himself. Given enough time, I knew he would get it perfect and he did. This is not the only great experience I've had with their service. They have my business. Thank you Mike's Automotive Service for getting me on the road.

The shop manager was great, very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated not being pressured into buying extra services I really didn't need. They went above and beyond to help me out when another mechanic had over tightened my oil drain plug. They were able to replace the plug and give me peace of mind. They are also very reasonable on price, they offered a full synthetic oil change for nearly $5 less than Walmart wanted for a semi synthetic. I am absolutely coming back to this shop!Service: Oil change

Called Mike's to get my brakes done and they were able to get me in the same day. Also had a leak in my tire and they were able to patch it where a different mechanic said I needed a new tire. My husband and I left our house to run some errands with our 1 year old son in tow and ran over a nail in the neighborhood. One of our tires was losing air fast and we went straight to Firestone. They told us our tire was punctured in an unfixable location and that we would have to buy an all new tire but they couldn t assist until the next morning. We did a google search and found Mike s. We got there and within 10 minutes they patched our tire and we were back on the road!!! 100% honesty and compassion when we would have bought a new tire no question knowing we had heard this from Firestone. This is the place you want to go to if you have an auto need, you won t be disappointed!Service: Tires
