I have only good things to say about Metro Mobile RV, LLC and Derek Mason. Derek responded promptly to my call about the electrical problems I was experiencing with my Motorhome. He correctly diagnosed the problem with the batteries in my coach and replaced them and also located several blown fuses and replaced them. He had my coach up and running in a matter of days. I will definitely recommend Metro Mobile RV, LLC to anyone needing RV repairs or service.

Had a intermittent lighting issue inside my coach. Found Metro Mobil RV while searching for an RV Mobil technician. Scheduling with him was easy and professional. He showed up on time and went right to work. He came up with the problem rather quickly in my opinion. He repaired it and is ordering a connector and will replace it when it arrives. He's very knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to repairs. I'm so glad to have found him. He will be my go too technician from now on. No more having to deal with dealerships and then waiting and waiting and waiting longer for repairs and being hit with crazy prices to do so...Thank you Derek, I appreciate you.Service: Electrical

Derrick is a great technician and follows up really well. I haven't had to call him for an update. His rate is reasonable and the pricing is explained upfront and in detail on the MetroMobileRV website, so there's no surprises.He also has a great personality.

Derrick did an exceptional job of installing my second battery and inverter. He knew exactly what i needed to be done and did it very quickly.This is the second time i have used him and i will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommnd him for any RV work.Services: Electrical, Battery

Derek came out right away to do our rv repairs. Reasonable pricing and does good work. I would recommend him if you have any problems with your rv. The best repairman we've found.

Derek at Metro Mobile Rv is a pleasure to work with. He showed up early performed The AC preventative services quickly and made a few recommendations on how to get the AC to operate more efficiently. Also requested a few additional quotes for other things on my fifth wheel and he seemed to have the skill set to perform them. Very knowledgeable about all things RV

My experience with Metro Mobile was similar to that of getting a speeding ticket. I ordered a replacement window that I knew wouldn't fit (it was the only one available of similar size) and requested Metro Mobile to come out and made modifications to fit; after about 30 min of looking at it, he stated the obvious that it would not fit and offered to find a replacement... oh and $219 "ticket" to add insult to injury on it not fitting. Yet still never got a replacement.Service: Body & Trim

After a torrential rain, I had water on the floor in the kitchen that came in along the slideout. Derek checked it out and immediately knew what the problem was. He fixed it and was almost positive he solved the problem.Well, we had another rain storm, and no leaks. I did have a leak at another slideout, which he suggest it may happen. I opted to leave it as is, since we seldom go where heavy rain is a problem. I wish I were back in OKC. I would make no hesitation to call Derek.He's a rare tech who anyone can total put their trust in. Thanks, Derek

If I could give more stars I definitely would. Can call or set appointment online. Prompt , courteous service. Arrives and quickly goes to work. Diagnosed and repaired problem efficiently. Stored in my phone . I will always use this RV Mobile Service when in OKC area. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Metro Mobile RV to extract and install a new water tank in my 2014 RV. The tech arrived on time and was very professional! He did not poke around this job taking his time. He moved with PURPOSE and focus! Even with a small hiccup, he was able to successfully complete the job in a timely and fair fashion. I will hire Metro Mobile RV again for their services.
