I went in the place uncertain about what I wanted to do. Our salesman Chris was very patient and helped us out. I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty to really make sure that we had a good experience. I also enjoyed my experience with Patrick, the finance manager. I ended up purchasing two vehicles. Overall, I couldn t be happier about Chris and Metro Ford! Thankyou

Actually did not end up purchasing a car from here, as we were never able to get to a price I was comfortable with. HOWEVER, dealing with them was great and they communicated very quickly. John Harvey was the sales rep, and he always responded and had the vehicle out and ready when I went to see it. Will definitely try again for the next vehicle.

I located my truck at this dealership searching online i knew exactly what i wanted. Called twice with questions. Made the drive to purchase and let me tell you I definitely recommend Linda and Paul I call them the dream team. I absolutely love my truck and they were both so fun, professional and kind. I did not get the deal I prayed for but I got a fair one. Patrick in finance in short is amazing. So literally 1 month and 15 days later I start having issues, locks don't work, exterior damage to sunroof i noticed, and tires should have been rotated before sold, oil should have been changed, back window situation. So of course I call schedule a appointment to get this fixed thinking surely they will make this right I have only made 1 car payment WRONG. Service department is less than desirable. Justin has 0 customer service skills and lacks in professionalism and should not answer the phones honestly. Bobby was some what helpful. The cardboard box on wheels loaner I received had 15 miles of gas in it when I received it after much aggravation in getting one to begin with as they knew i was coming from a long distance i called. They both spoke and treated me terrible as if i was inconveniencing them. Took longer than quoted was charged more than quoted. I so badly wanted to leave a great review because my buying experience was great. I had to make 2 two hour trips one way because they didn't leave my keys. I love my truck I have wanted and worked hard for for a very long time this dealership has some amazing inventory, sales department, and finance. I don't suggest you use this location for anything other than that. Definitely take time to nit pick everything about the vehicle before you drive off the lot and consider it a as is sale even if they don't advertise it that way.

Metro Ford was great. Especially the salesman Eeron and Patrick in finance. They stayed late to get my deal done and made sure everything was done to my truck before delivery that I asked to be done.

My car buying experience at Metro Ford of OKC was the best car buying experience I ever had. Special thanks to Salesman Brian Benson. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and took me on a test drive to check it out. Brian was most helpful in answering all of my questions before purchasing the vehicle. Very happy with my vehicle purchase at Metro Ford. I will be recommending Metro Ford to everyone I know telling them if you are looking for some great deals on either new or used vehicles to please check out Metro Ford First. Went in there last night with a buddy he s looking to buy a brand new truck. He s ready to buy drove all the way across town because the price is what he wanted to pay for the truck. and take the vehicle out for test drive and when we go to purchase the vehicle we were told that that was an accidental price and the new price is this amount and so we just change it on the website. Don t recommend doing business. Those guys are really go to another Ford dealership that is more honest and takes care of their customers.

I recently bought an F-150 at Metro Ford. I worked with Brian Chan and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I live out of state and traveled to OKC because of the outstanding deal Metro Ford was able to offer. Brian made the process easy and quick. I was at the dealership for about an hour from start to finish. Brian took the time to show me all of the features on my new truck. He even called me that evening to make sure I made it home safely. Brian Chan and his team at Metro earned a customer for life.

I was posting a review earlier, and it disappeared. I apologize if this is a repeat. I purchased a 2023 F-150 Platinum from Metro Ford on February 10, 2023. The sale associate that assisted me was Brian Chen. I found Brian to be both genial and knowledgeable about the product. My overall experience was good. My only niggle is the website price is with all applicable rebates applied. To their credit, this is disclosed in the fine print. Before you start your negotiations, I would advise to find out exactly what rebates you are entitled too. I would recommend Brian Chen and Metro Ford.

Metro Ford was so easy to deal with. I was an out of state buyer on a premium vehicle and they made the transaction seamless. From securing the vehicle while it was being built to sending the paperwork to be virtually signed. Cheers guys and thank you

I was very pleased with communication and efficiency from Chance and his team at Metro Ford. My truck was towed in, diagnosed, and repaired within 48 hours. I am blown away by how fast this Service Dept ran. I had text message communication throughout that was quick and accurate, I wanted to review the bill and I had it within minutes.I'm sure I will be coming back for future service. Keep up the great work!

Great overall experience. Giovanni found exactly what we were looking. We will be doing more business here.This new 1 star rating is for service department only.I made an appointment for an oil change a 1:30pm. I show up early at 1pm. Walk into service area not one of the 4 people in there acknowledges that I'm in there. 1 person talking to mechanic for 3 mins finally ask what do I want very rudely. I say I'm here for an oil change I'm early. She says we'll we are running 2 hours behind. Why wouldn't call customer and let them know or offer a loaner vehicle. So I canceled my appointment.

These guys are awesome! I am from Colorado and I just purchased a new F150 Black Widow. Metro OKC saved me roughly $10K over my local dealership and had a far better inventory selection. Erron, my sales guy was great to deal with, and Patrick in finance made this sale incredibly easy. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new truck! Thank you Metro for making this a easy and enjoyable buying experience.

Service Center - I had never been here before but it's conveniently on my way to work so made an appointment in their service department for 3 issues that were more of a nuisance but needed attention. Dropped off early morning knowing they'd need some time to check everything out and get back to me with an estimate. They had it all day and I didn't hear a thing. Next morning I got a call they were emailing the service estimate for me to approve. It was nearly $6500 for 6 items that needed immediate attention. Got a second opinion and can get 5 out of the 6 issues taken care of at my usual mechanic for almost half of what they quoted. Authorized 1 issue for them to repair. Then got a call that if they fix that, they really need to fix one of the other things at the same time. Fine. When I picked it up, after they had to hunt for my keys, no one was there to open the overhead door. Had to open it myself and drove off. I will not be back. Absolutely awful service.

I have had a very positive experience working with Metro Ford of OKC and their reps.The salesman I worked with Daniel Byrd was very helpful and prompt with answering any questions I had both before and after I purchased my vehicle through them. Matthew in management was was a big help during the purchase agreement phase of the experience.Also a big shoutout to Patrick in finance. Very helpful and did a great job breaking down the all the paperwork I was signing, as well as reminding me what options I had while signing said paperwork.I'd definitely work with them again if I am having to look for another vehicle in the (hopefully distant) future. Work with these guys if given the option.

It was an easy process and I didn t feel pressured at any point during my vehicle search. They worked with me on price so I could get the dealt that suits me best for my budget. The sales transaction was easy and painless . Except the car sales man who sold me the car doesn t work there any more . Car was sold to me stating new tires were put on and oil change was done . Rear tires are showing a lot or wear and only have had the car for only 3000 miles . Oil was at 77% and was stated it was changed and to not worry about and just reset the oil life . Car doesn t have the tire slime kit with air compressor or any type or tire tools to change a tire if needed. I ve even went in the location and got no where no manager or anything came to talk with me . Also left a voicemail to the used sales car manager and still nothing .

I just love Metro Ford of OKC. This is about the 4-5th vehicle that I have purchased from them over the years. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased, working with John Harvey. John was very knowledgeable, considerate and gave me 100% of his time. John is a true go-getter in the car business. He made this whole experience a truly pleasant one. Michael Wilkerson in Finance finished off this experience with the same standards that John had set. I truly appreciate the wonderful effort both of these men put forth on my behalf making buying a car a truly enjoyable experience that car buying ought to be.

My time with Zach and with Vinny on location was phenomenal. I had seen the vehicle listed for several weeks, and scheduled a time to check it out in advance. Yet it was still in the same grungy condition from trade-in.The website's listing had it as automatic when it was actually a manual, and neither that detail nor the mileage has been updated since my visit.The vehicle I was interested in was extremely barebones, not in Metro Ford's target demographic of customers, and likely taking up space better used for more attractive inventory. The asking price was absurdly high given the dip in wholesale market, but I understand dealerships are generally in a bad position lately. The sales manager seemed more concerned with the company loss on the strange car than the liquidity of their assets, which seemed a bit odd to me. Granted, I am neither an employee there nor do I have access to all the data they may consider.When it came down to the localized sale experience, it was the usual keep customer in a seat as long as possible kind of thing and end with a high pressure situation. Zach is an exceptional salesman, I can see why he is loved by both customers and his workplace, at least judging by our conversations and the accolades in his office.My interpersonal experience with Metro Ford was outstanding, however interfacing with the website and looking at the dealership systemically from a customer's point of view, I see unprofessional inconsistencies. Overall, human contact is above par, professionalism of product was subpar, and sales experience is the mess I'd expect from a dealership. All kind of averages out to 3 stars for me--as expected. However, if you generally enjoy dealerships, this one does seem to be a cut above.

Went there on Sat. while it was raining. Fully anticipated on buying the 2018 Raptor. Test drove it, loved it. My son was excited I was gonna buy it. Shane was our sales rep. He was awesome the whole time. I didn't buy it because I didn't realize they don't do well pulling heavy trailers everyday. No fault of Metro Ford but I didn't research enough.

I went in with the hope on test driving a Hyundai I had seen online and our salesman Daniel Byrd was awesome!! He let us test drive a couple other cars and would quickly inform us on the Carfax information. He was patient and super easy to work with. Vincente in finance was also super patient in answering all my questions i had. He ended up finding me a better rate than what i had initially. Everyone was friendly. Much thanks again!!

I went in there to buy a 2023 Ford Explorer ST. I showed him the Internet price. They would NOT sell it to me at the Internet price. They started off at $68,000 the starting price with a trade-in. I took my trade-in out and they brought it down to 57 and some change, but would never come down to their Internet price of $55***. They said they can t make money at that price with the 1.9% interest but yet they listed it at that price. Just a way to get people in the door. Unfortunately, I was willing to do it at the $55,*** but one of the managers even came out to tell me that they could not do business with me because they could not sell it at that price. He did act a little nervous, and I m not sure why maybe because they are not being honest to their customers.

I went in to look at a specific car, liked the car and price, could pay cash, but wanted to see what they could work with financing wise.The finance people couldn't exactly speak on numbers, which was confusing. I told the salesman, Erron, that I just need to know what numbers I am working with and I can, but they couldn't even tell me a trade in price with the car in front of them. It seemed that they didn't exactly give the salesman tools they need to make a deal. I just needed to know a final number, but the finance guy couldn't explain any numbers. Trade-in or total car cost. But hopefully the salesman and finance guy are new and just need teaching.

The dealer is very transparent with pricing and offers / discounts and goes by the book, which is rare to find among several Ford dealers with false advertising. Trust the dealer 100% in transaction. Quick process, timely delivery. I purchased new F150 from Metro Ford of OKC coming more than 200+mi. Great place , people and process.
