I purchased a diesel truck from this business. Due to the cost associated with oil changes on diesel vehicles, life time free oil changes was a big selling point.I just had my first free oil change done. The salesman had told me no appointment was necessary. The service rep advised me they do prefer appointment but he could work me in. It would take an hour and a half to two hours to do so. I opted to make an appointment the following day to avoid this lengthy wait. My appointment was for 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:15 and was told there were six or seven customers in front of me and it may take two hours. At this point I was wondering what good did it do to make an appointment? How did these other customers get in front of me? Do they routinely schedule more than they can service? Anyway this was my second lengthy drive for this service so I stayed and got the oil change done. My truck was delivered back to me at 12:15pm. Three hours after my arrival and two hours and forty five minute past my appointment time. Excessive for an oil change.If this is typical, I would like to know so I can make arrangements for a ride to pick me up while the service is done. Sitting in a waiting room for three hours is not the way I intended on spending my day.

I bought a used car after being ensured (with an attitude) that it was in good condition, that they had done their pre-check to make sure it was in working condition. I took it home and the next time I drove, the check engine light was on. I understand you run the risk of having issues with used cars but not even a day after I bought it is frankly, ridiculous. I haven t even drove 20 miles with it.

Brought my truck in for scheduled maintenance and some recalls, and mentioned a few other things I d like to have checked out - problems with my brakes (a relatively common issue, according to other owners of the same make/model/trim as my truck) and with the entertainment console, as well as two specific parts that I needed to order. The only thing that was ever even acknowledged was the service advisor telling me the brakes work fine. I was a bit frustrated to flip through the service report after picking up my truck to see that none of those problems were looked into - even something as easy as ordering a couple snap-on parts.To the shop s credit, they did get all the work done faster than the estimate, and all the scheduled work seems well done. Pick up and drop off was a piece of cake. It takes a lot of shuffling to make these service appointments fit my work schedule though, and I wish they d been able to take care of - or at least acknowledge - the other things while it was in the shop, especially considering the chunk of change I had to drop for my scheduled maintenance. I m definitely going to see if the service is any better at another Ford service location next time.

Just purchased a used car there 2/22. We drove 4 hours to get to the dealership. We were assured it was in good condition, no problems, it had gone through inspection and was good to go. We go through with purchase, had dinner and within 2 hours of our 4 our drive home, the check engine light came on, for an issue that definitely did not just happen in the few hours we had it. So disappointing, we now have to spend God knows how much money to fix it to make it safe to drive.

Took my 2020 F150 Raptor in for service and the communication and service was top notch. I dropped off and went about my day. Metro Ford Auto Service communicated when they were done and responded timely so I knew when I needed to pick it up before they closed. No waiting in line, they had everything in order and were polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

I bought my third car at Metro Ford because I knew they would take care of me. Our salesman, Charles, was very knowledgeable and made our experience a pleasant one. We bought a 2024 Mustang and are very happy with our purchase.i would highly recommend Metro Ford and Charles!

Service department has always been friendly. But when I make an appointment to get an oil change with my oil changes for life (actually only 7 years) it takes 1 hour to 2 hours depending on the visit. I would think with a reservation system they could knock out an oil change quicker than 1.5 hours. Most recent one was 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I had a recall issue addressed while I was at work. The tech showed up promptly and was very polite. When he was all done he texted me to let me know and I went down, got my, keys and said thank you. One of the easiest service calls I've had.

Very unprofessional and worst communication I ve ever experienced from a Ford Service Department. Manager/Team did nothing to make it right even after I complained except get my truck back that day! They didn t even offer to comp my $20 tire rotation as a gesture of their empty apologies for the lack of professionalism. They had my truck for a week for front break pads, oil change, and an air conditioner issue. Also when I get there to pick up after having had a very bad experience the young lady asks one of the runners to get my truck. One of them was elbow deep in a bag of Cheetos and the other was complaining that he pulled the last vehicle they argued about this right in front of me, an already disgruntled customer! 99% of the communication was initiated by me. I understand things take time, but you should communicate a timeline and give updates when the timeline is not met. The customer should not have to call at 4pm and see if they need to make transportation arrangements or if they are going to get their vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and terrible experience!

Terrible to deal with. Not only did they not honor their advertised price, they would have the salesman seem to make a deal and then send in the sales manager to completely start over by over $2,000 difference. It was maddening. Went to competitor closer to my house who beat their publicized price by a grand in 30 minutes. Don t waste your time.

Best team in the business! Don t waste your time at other dealerships. Brian Chan my sales person was top notch. He gave me the best vehicle demo, showing me all the new tricks and gadgets I just purchased. Then to cap it off the GM Matt Randell helped navigate the entire sales process. 5 stars all the way around!

Had no complaints until after I purchased the vehicle. Salesman was friendly and seemed to want to make the deal work. During the negotiation process, I was told by my salesman as well as the sales manager that if I ever needed work done to the truck, I d be able to get a loaner. I specifically asked this question because in the past, other dealerships have told me I couldn t get one. They both assured me quote, That ll never be a problem. We have plenty of loaners. Here it s been about 10 days and I need to take the vehicle back for something that was supposed to be fixed already and they tell me they re 35 days out on loaners. So I text my salesman and he tells me he needs to talk to his manager and he d get back to me. It s been 2 days and I still haven t heard from him. Metro is no different than any other dealership. It s all about getting the sale. Lesson learned. Get everything in writing.

Service advisors and techs are always very nice and very communicative. But I have never had routine services done in less than 2-3 hours. That s my biggest complaint. I give 5 stars because of quality of service.

My Service advisor Mathew did everything he could to please me while waiting for my vehicle. He let me take his vehicle to lunch while I had to wait for the mechanic to get back from lunch to correct a slight issue he caused accidently. I hose under the engine cover cracked due to age but he did not know it because it was a hidden plastic hose. He repaired the hose and get me on my way. Excellent service department!!! I will be recommending Metro to all my friends.

I called to schedule for an oil change and tire rotation and had no problems. I went to my appointment and was greated with a smile from a nice man asking what did I need. I told him my name and was here for my appointment. He showed me in to where the waiting room was and said we will get started soon. About 45 minutes later he came back and said your car is ready. I said thank you. I went to pay out and the lady was so nice. I will definitely be back for further service.

Had my oil change and tire rotation a couple weeks ago as I have many times before. This time there was was careless work while rotating wheels and some damage was caused to my wheels. I brought it back and called attention to it for the service attendants. I was happy that it was taken seriously and a plan was made to make it right. A couple weeks later I dropped it off and within 4 hours everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I m happy that it was corrected and someone learned to do better in the future.

I would never take my Mustang to another dealer, they are the best. But I also take my wife's expedition there for maintenance and repairs. They recently had to help me catch up on it. They replaced a wheel hub, fixed the timing cover seal and the front main seal on engine. I still say they have the best staff in OKC.

NO OIL CHANGE SHOULD BE 3-4 HOURS, it doesn t matter how many you have on a weekend, that s a you problem hire more people, I can do my own oil change in 10mins my wife waited 4 hours and so did my mother in law DO BETTER

They always take care of our needs. My only frustration would be that sometimes the service for an oil change can take hours. So release any expectations before having vehicle work done. It s not always their fault as sometimes parts and such can be back ordered or wrong. Other than that they take care of you.
