Do not go here. I went here for years and the place has gone down hill drastically. Customer service competence is non existent. They literally have one guy working here. He turns customers away all day long because he can t keep up with the work load. Poor management. Was told to come back twice in one day. The third time the guy didn t even acknowledge that I was in line. Just pretended I wasn t there until I eventually left and acted like he didn t see me. Five minute oil change was just too much for him.

I was pleased with the atmosphere they are ppl friendly but the service was unsatisfactory. I took my truck to them to have my starter replaced and they put the wrong starter on and I immediately thought so and told them but the supervisor insisted that it was the right one and the problem had to be something else.. but he couldn't say what and told me to just drive it.... So I drove it to 7 eleven and when I turned it off I couldn't get it to start back up... When all was said and done, it was the starter and I felt like he didn't care enough bout my car to make sure it was okay, he jusst said what he thought and took took my money and sent me on my way.... I Will not go back to them or recommend their services to anyone

I took my car there it wouldn't start he was very friendly and understanding so I thought but he had my car for over 2 weeks and told me it was a couple different things which it wasn't he put a new starter on it and that didn't fix it either I ended up getting it towed too another mechanic and was told the starter wasn't put on all the way at all it was missing bolts and pieces and wires were cut so now my car is completely done for also my glove box was completely dumped out and I was missing important documents I feel if you didn't know what he was doing he should have said that!

My 17 year old son tried taking his car to get his oil change 3 times and was turned away. It was always a different excuse. They were too busy, the man had an injured leg, the air compressor wasn t working. It s probably because he was using a GRoupon coupon. Definitely won t be going back to you guys!

I purchased an oil change for here on Groupon. I went three times to try and use it and was turned away all three times. The last time I waited over 40 minutes only to be told the car in front of me was going to be the last oil change of the day. They close at six I got there at 4:05. I ve requested a refund and will not try again.

I really used to love this place. This is the only place I've gotten my oil changed since I purchased my car 3 years ago. I never had any problems until now. Super cheap and super fast. The last two times I've gone there I've had a problem. The last time I went they broke the clips on my undercarriage and it blew off on the highway as soon as I left. They zip tied it when I went back. Unsatisfied with the new employees.

Fast service and even went the extra mile or me with a question I had. Explained everything up front and was very courteous. All of this while busy as heck. Thanks for the small town customer service with big city quickness. Perfect visit.

Got oil change and tune up on my old 95 1500 aka UNCLE JESSIE. They had the spark plug wires crossed but hr later they got it right.. fast and good individuals

We found them on Groupon and we've been back several times. On at least two occasions, they had the opportunity to do unnecessary work but they didn't. They explained why we didn't need the work we thought we did and charged us nothing. We actually had to go back because the brake job they had done was having issues and they honored the warranty and did extra work they didn't have to do, all for no charge. They are honest and good people. We'll continue to use them.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

The guys at meridian lube are great. This was my first visit, I needed new brake pads. Pricing was discussed before anything was done to my car. Everything was explained to me in words I could understand and I didn't feel dumb for asking questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be back for more service. Also the work done on my car was quick and efficient.

Came in and got great service getting my brake pads changed! Friendly and quick! I came back a week later because I felt my brakes slip twice. Turns out I had mud and dirt jammed into my brake pads due to living on a dirt road. They took the time to take all of my tires off and clean my brake pads! They could have just told me that's what needed to be done, but they took care of it to make sure my family and I stayed safe. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know and come back in the future. Thank you for your hard work!

This is my 3rd time here and each time I have left here beyond impressed, not just with the work performed but also with the time frame the work was completed in and their customer service is off the charts!! They did the brakes and an oil change on my son's car awhile back and today I came in to have my brakes done. These guys are great. Go get your oil change! Very friendly, customer service is good, I went Labor Day oil change was very fast. Another employee jumped in on oil service. Yes! I'll recommend others. It's all about customer service and prompt.

Went in for a brake job. Expecting them to hit me with the you need new rotors and all the extras that most places try to hit you with. Not only did they not try to sell me stuff I didn't need they charged less than what I was quoted and had the car back to me in about an hour. I only saw one guy working in the whole place that day. I would say that was good service. Will definitely be going back.

Their prices are not that great $78.97 and they do not check any of the other fluids on your car like other lube shops do that are the same or less in price! Also if you use a credit card (which who doesn't these days) They charge you an additional 3% which 99% of business absorbed because it is the cost of doing business. And if you are paying that high of a cc fee then you need to find a new company to use, in other words you are making money off that also.Service: Oil change

I needed an oil change, breaks, and my oil gasket replaced. Jay was awsome. He was nice and curtious. The price was the best in town. My car was ready in a timely manner. By far the best mechanic experience I have had. Thank you again for excellent customer service, will be returning and highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this place to get an oil change and they forced my drain bolt into the pan and stripped my oil pan drain! When i asked if they d fix it they told me "it was the last person that changed your oil" and gave me a quote on how much they will charge me for stripping my pan. They even told me that my car will now have an oil leak because the thread isn't making contact. I later found out from another trusted mechanic that they, in fact, forced the bolt on not worrying about the bolt threads making contact with my oil pan threads and just kept tightening it. HORRIBLE service not recommended if you need good service done on your vehicle.Service: Oil change

I've been going here for routine oil changes on both of my cars for the last two years. This is literally the fastest oil change I've ever had and the gentleman that services my vehicles is always personable and kind. An opportunity arose for me to sell my older model Honda and the purchaser (my brother in law) wanted the necessary minor repairs completed quickly. The first place I called was Meridian Lube & Auto Repair, as I'd had numerous conversations with the service tech about the car each time he'd done my oil changes. They got our car in the next day and had all repairs completed and parts installed within the day and even showed my wife how damaged the old parts were and explained how they work. The car drove better than it has in years, which made me feel even better about my brother in law buying it! These guys have cemented me as a customer as long as it remains under the same ownership/ staffing.
