I have personally used this company to service the forklifts at the company I currently work for as well as the company before that going back 10+ years. I highly recommend talking with Chris in the service area or Cody. Cody had been a tech that worked on all of our lifts for years and I hear recently was promoted so congrats to him. Working with Medley to make sure what needs to be done can at times be a little challenging but talking to these two will definitely get things done. In the end your word is your bond. Thank you for helping with the PM s and future repairs.

Called in for emergency repairs.Philberto and Cody came out and made the repairs. After hours.I ve purchased a forklift and I contract with Medley for maintenance and repairs.I highly recommend Medley!Evans RoofingOklahoma City

Medley has easily some of the nicest and most generous employees I've met! The employee who helped me was extremely friendly (he even said hello when I saw him around town around Christmas) and is great at what he does.

I called this company for a quote. They insisted they send someone out. After the guy gets there he says they need to email me a quote. I then proceed to get billed $120 for a quote. This company then tries to justify it by saying, "well, some people just take our quotes to someone else to have the work done." Maybe they should tell potential customers they are going to get charged $120 the moment they ask for a quote?

Brittney Roehrig and Patrick Seeley have both been great to work with. Responsive to our needs and communicate very well. We appreciate how they have handled our account from a capital expense to our PM's.

A bunch of crooks! Sold us a used forklift with a beautiful new paint job and jerry rigged to run without the belt tensioner and brake cables nearly wore through. This piece of junk x50 has cost me thousands! Good luck with the 30 day warranty!
