Had a wonderful experience with McClain s RV, the staff was very nice and Shawn Holub our salesman was a pleasure to work with. They gave us a fair price on our trade-in even though it needed some work and overall we were very happy with the deal we worked out. We picked out a 2021 NoBo we couldn t be happier with and Jim did an excellent job showing us the ins and outs of our new RV. David in finance was very fast and thorough, by far the easiest vehicle signing I have ever done. Every dealer I ve ever worked with I ve had at least one complaint, but honestly I have none with McClain s. If I ever need another RV I will be coming back!

I was honestly very disappointed about our experience. On the day we were scheduled to pick up our RV they called and asked to come in an hour later so they could finish preparation's which was fine, no biggy, but when we got there they made us wait another 3 hours so they could prepare it . Mind you we had been scheduled to pick it up for a week already. Now besides waiting 3 hours there, they also informed us a tire was low so they were going to air it up. Except the tire wasn t low , instead it had a large hole. By the time we got home it was completely flat and they refuse to replace it. Also their preparations consisted of cleaning the RV. They claimed they didn t have time to clean it (even though our whole family had been waiting 3 hours there already) so we ended up taking it home due to not wanting to wait any longer. Very displeased with this whole situation.

Hallelujah, I found the right RV place this time!!! McClain s RV has been nothing but AWESOME.I have been waiting to write this review until I experienced what kind of service I would get after the sale. So far, it s been great.Jeff Craig, my salesman has gone above and beyond. I can t tell you how many times I have called or texted him. He always responds quickly even on his day off. He has even called or texted me several times to find out how it was going and if he could help me with anything.From my first contact with Jeff Graig, to the finance department, parts department, and service department I have been very impressed. I visited McClain's RV several times before actually buying my newest RV from them. I wish I bought from them the first time. I was never felt pressured from anyone. I was always welcomed and treated with respect. My dog, Juni was always with me, and they all seem to love her. I worked out what I believe was a fair deal on a new 2023 Thor Vegas. I even bought the extended warranty based on my last experience. My new RV is a Thor Vegas 24.1 is much shorter than my last one, which is what I found much easier for me to handle. I was never comfortable driving my previous 32 ft RV, especially when I traveled alone. This one is perfect. The quality outshines my last one. What a big difference in quality and service. Once I bought it, they assigned Choe (?) to do a thorough walk through with my new RV. He answered all of my questions. They gave me a $50 gift certificate and 10% off in their parts department. After I got it home, I had a few issues and/or questions. When I called and texted my salesman Jeff and he always responded quickly even when he wasn t working. Jeff has followed up with me (I never heard from anything again from the salesman where I bought my 1st RV mistake) several times to make sure everything was going well. Just a few days after I got my RV home the front power of my RV went completely dead. Jeff tried to help, and then got me the customer service number for the Ford Chassis warranty. Ford sent someone out to jump start it, but the battery was completely dead. Ford Warranty kept wanting to send someone out to tow it, but I told them I had a slide out and it couldn t be towed. I called McClain s service dept. the next morning thinking they could tell me how to manually bring the slide or send someone out. They said they would call me be back shortly. About 30 minutes later they called me back and said that Rush s Truck Center was sending a mobile tech out to help. Sure, enough the battery was completely dead. The tech took out the battery and took it back to Rush s, tested it, got Ford Warranty department to approve a new battery. Then tech brought it back and installed it all in one day. I was super impressed that McClain s RV actually helped me with a chassis problem. My last RV customer NON-service department would have just told me we don t do chassis. We can t help you (while they laughed & danced on the roof of one of their RVs). McClain s service department is fast, efficient, no waiting months for an appointment and they don t keep you RV for months, while making excuses on why your RV is not ready. I guess while the other guys are dancing on the roofs of their RVs. McClain s RV is actually doing the work.So, if you want GREAT service before, during, and AFTER you buy visit McClain s. If you don t like good service then buy from the GOOFs who like to dance on the roofs of RVs, while telling you how they are family owned.

Alex and Johnny did a FANTASTIC job finding out what was wrong with our 2023 KZ Sportsmen heater and refrigerator! They had us bring in the trailer at 9am and it was ready by 3pm.Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable. They also gave us helpful hints on maintaining the trailer!

We just purchased a new Thor Quantum Class C Motorhome at McClain s RV in OKC. They are a family owned company. Our sales person was Jeramy. Jeramy is not high pressure type of employee, he asked a ton of questions and got a good deal of information from us then applied that to help guide us in the size and type of motorhome to purchase. He even kept communications going well after he left to go home after work. He knows his campers and he definitely knows how to fit the camper to our wants and needs. I hope that McClain s recognizes how important he is to the company. Highly recommend Jeramy and McClain s if you re in position to purchase.

Russell Faulkner in the service department was very good in keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs being made. He was courteous and very helpful in explaining the work that was done. He also helped me get hooked up when I picked up my RV. Overall good experience!

We are first time RV ers and had a LOT of questions. We weren t even sure what type of RV was best for us. It took us a while to make a decision but feel very confident that we have made a good choice. Shawn was very kind and very patient and helped us all the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After spending hours going from one dealership to another for months we found the perfect RV for our family. Our salesman, Aaron A. was not only very knowledgeable, but spent his day off coming to the dealership to assist us. This dealership, by far, is top rated! We are very happy with our purchase and will return to work with Aaron when we are ready to upgrade. Thank you McClain's and Aaron for making this entire experience wonderful!

Salesman Jeff Craig was awesome. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. No pressure tactics but promptly responded when we wanted information on a camper. We had a negative experience with an RV dealer competitor across town that we were in the process of buying a trailer but horrible communication and non-stop issues occurred. So we left there and went to McClain s and we are so happy we did! We didn t have any issues with McClain s. They are all professional and buying an RV through them was a breeze. No issues. Their finance manager was very professional and informative too.We highly recommend McClain s RV in OKC and will be referring our friends to Jeff Craig!

I m leaving four stars due to some minor issues, one of which is still being worked, during our experience. However, if you aren t expecting issues when purchasing a camper you need to do more research.Overall our experience was outstanding and everyone at McClain s RV OKC was patient and pressure free as we conducted our research and made our final decision. Our primary sales person was Jeff Craig, who we highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new camper. We also received assistance from Forest Greco, who knowing Jeff was our primary salesperson took his time to answer our questions and show us some floor plans we were debating between. We also received top quality assistance from Scott Miller, Landon Foreman, David Adams, Nick Larson, and Jason Boisvert during and after the purchase of our new camper. We returned approximately a week after our purchase to buy some accessories and everyone continued to provide outstanding customer support. The service we received from McClain s RV OKC was five stars. The issues we experienced were defects which were most likely the fault of the manufacturer, one of which should have been found during the final PDI (in my opinion).

We purchased our Solitude late last July 2023. It had several issues that needed repair. The Solitude was purchased new over 6 figures. After multiple phone calls, emails, and texts we finally picked up our Solitude on November 13, 2023. They didn t clean the unit inside or outside.We plugged into shore power and everything seemed to be working great. One of the issues was the replacement of one refrigerator door and the freezer drawer. Upon leaving Oklahoma for Florida I discovered that the ice maker wouldn t work. Upon investigation it had water in the reservoir but wouldn t freeze. I also noticed that $200 worth of frozen beef had begun to thaw. The reason as I soon discovered was that the seals were missing on the two doors your company replaced.The level of incompetence you guys display just keeps on giving! �4 months of it now.The bed was never repaired. I m not sure what was going on when you were making the repairs but the island has gouges and marks all over it. I m guessing when whomever brought in the replacement recliners they did it.Russell (Service Advisor) is the only person I dealt with that showed any professionalism. He apologized for the delay many times. He was also extremely courteous.Nick (Sales Manager) also displayed a desire to help us.Alex made the sale and forgot about us, real nice!Jason (Service Manager) is worthless. He never made one followup call to advise us of any progress. Actually no one made any attempt to give us status updates. I had to demand to see him to get anything accomplished. In fact I had to show up in person because other forms of communication didn t work. Again worthless.I will never do business with McClains again, ever. I ve purchased two Grand Designs from your store. Thank goodness the Imagine never had any issues.Grand Design has a great product. So if you want to purchase one go out of state.

Shawn's helpfulness was outstanding. He sent pictures, was upfront about unit's hail damage, kept in touch and quickly responded to all our questions. All this without pressure tactics. He gave us a drive out price which did not increase when we closed the transaction. He is not only a good salesman but also an ethical one. We left feeling as if we had made a new friend.

Our salesman Jeremy, did an outstanding job selling us our Grand Design Toy Hauler that best fit our needs. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a RV.When we arrived the unit was suppose to be inspected and cleaned.Fast forward after leaving the lot, driving the toy hauler 2.5 hours home without brake lights or turn signal. There is an electrical issue. Also we spent 3 hours cleaning it.***It s the after the sale that is concerning. We ve have some major issues with our brand new unit and at no concern or follow up from the salesman or McClain s. Very disappointing.

Poor customer service, specifically the service manager Jason. New time RV owner. I did a lot of research on what kind of RV I was looking for when I retire and when I saw that Mclain s was having a sale I decided to go out and look. They offered a deal on a unit I liked and bought it. It s the after purchase that customer service went down. As stated in the beginning, I am a new RV owner. Mclain s people were informed of this during the purchase, yet they didn t not offer any information for new RV ownership. Expecting me to know things like they do when it comes to owning a RV. For instance, knowing when the battery has been left on or how to properly use a jack on the trailer to hook it onto a hitch. While trying to hook the trailer with the jack, because of my lack of experience, I ended up bending the jack. When I took it in for help they said, It could have been prevented. That you should have called us on how to use it. My final words, they do not take the time to fully explain details of operation and did not follow through on things that were promised. Will not recommend them to anyone.

What can I say? McClain's has been my go to place for parts, and I decided to see them to move up to a nice motorhome.Jeremy was my sales rep, and he did a great job! Patiently showed me all the units I was interested in, and showed me a unit I that I ended up buying. We worked a great deal, and I think everyone did well!Truman in finance pulled off a miracle, and I had a great shakedown with Rick. All in all, couldn't ask for a better team. Well done

We we re having trouble with our Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel bedroom slide, so with a trip upcoming, we dropped it off at the OKC service department.Russell in the service dept. reviewed our issue and thought they could get it repaired in time for us to take off again.We got the call a couple weeks later it was done and ready for pickup.The slide worked perfectly but waited to write this review until returning from our trip so the slide could get an extended workout.It ran perfectly the entire trip. Thanks to Russell and the repair team that got us back in the road.Dennis

This place should be called Jeremy s RV. Unfortunately, it s McClain s RV and they have pretty arbitrary rules insisting on a WDH before it leaving the lot on your vehicle. My Audi Q7 is legally rated to tow 7700 lbs and I ve done it. Last weekend actually to KC and back with nearly 4 tons behind me. The owners manual explicitly says DO NOT use a weight distribution hitch or you risk ripping the factory tow package along with the unibody chassis. Same goes for the Porsche Cayenne and VW Touareg. Factory air suspension and a Diesel engine with over 400 ft lbs of torque does extremely well. Just a 2 5/16 ball on the factory receiver. I Towed a trailer from Georgia to Alaska and back and this little Coachmen Apex he hooked me up with is my 4th travel trailer.Jeremy made my experience incredibly pleasant with doing most of the deal through text after I saw the unit. He made it simple and painless without having to give me the mandatory rundown on how everything works. He moved the schedule around and had it ready for me at 5 o clock when I got off. The papers were signed and we were out the door right at 7 for close. He personally towed it to my place on his way home and didn t charge me a penny extra. That s a man to make things happen and I ll give him 5 stars.

Took our 2021 Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel into McClains in Oklahoma City on November 6th, 2023 with multiple issues that shouldn t have been happening to the slide, axel, roof and a window. After a LOT of back and forth with GD, lippert, dexter, insurance and extended warranty company, Russel from the service department has got the ball rolling to get most of it fixed. So far we re pretty happy. We ll update this review after we get our trailer back and use it to see how everything holds up.

I did a lot of research and comparisons. By far McClain s and especially Shawn as the sales associate were the best. Very patient and informative. I look forward to the future. Will tell everyone of my experiences.Edit: Take the time and conduct a detailed pre-delivery inspection. Dealing with repairs can be frustrating as the service department does not follow up or communicate well both internally and with customers. I get it that they are short handed with qualified techs ,but as a minimum be honest and provide service after the sale. Do your research and read reviews.

We purchased a trailer here after looking at 4 other dealers. The salesman SHAWN had to be the best guy. He answered all our questions have us every option he possibly could without being a traditional pushy salesman. The whole team was great and we love our new camper.
