I spent $100 on what I expected to be a solid interior clean, was told that was top of the line. I left to get food with my girlfriend and was never called about my car being done. I knew it was done because I have GPS notifications on my vehicle. When I arrived, I wasn t satisfied. The trunk wasn t done, was not informed that was policy until I read the reviews here, and there were still stains and junk everywhere. Whatever wiping agent was used left junk all over my plastic as well, you can wipe it off with a towel but it simply wasn t done. I won t be back, $100 is a lot to spend on half job work. I have the pass and for the most part they do a good job on exterior washes. I always do my own interior but today I decided to add on and give them a shot. Payed for their highest package which included blowing dust out of crevices, leather treatment, vacuum, etc. very disappointing to get home and actually seeing the job they did. My fault for trusting them and just getting in the car and drive off. I will start looking for another car wash and discontinue wash pass with them.

Have you noticed car washes don't want dirty cars. If your car is not clean they want to charge extra . By the way, they have no customers today. They are sitting around drinking coffee.$10.00 upchargeI'll pass....

Have always had a good experience here until today. With the $33 service they say they vacuum the carpets, but not the carpet in the trunk? And they say they wipe the console, but not the empty storage compartment in the console? And after I got home I got a rag and cleaned dirt off the passenger seat.I wasn t looking for all the extra treatments today, but I expected the basic cleaning to be thorough. I just wish I would have inspected closer before tipping the guy five bucks and driving off.

Loved this car wash. I have been to others that pull you through them and had my side mirrors ripped off. The staff here was super friendly and loved that they actually hand dried the car and applied the tire shine with the Elite Wash.

16 dollars for this and paid for rim and tire..... just responding from the response of the business owner/management. Yes I d did. I pulled into a stall and employees walked around the car and worked on the tires. What a joke. Response to manager: yes I did stop and there were several employees working on the car .

I had went for an oil change and full cleaning for my car. They did a really poor job cleaning and didn t even vacuum the trunk. I had wanted them to clean the seats but they didn t do anything and shampooed the floors instead. After I asked them they quickly did the front seats but in a rush. Really poorly done.

Excited because of the great price advertised online (see pictures for Oklahoma site) but they were charging more at the location and refused to honor the price. Since it was only a few bucks we went ahead and signed up.The next time in there was a line of people waiting on the road to turn in and this privilege black benz drove right up and cut everyone. I tried to talk to them and they didn't care so I told the staff and they didn't say anything to them either. Disappointing considering a person cutting adds more than a few minutes to our wait.

I Was Very Pleased With The Friendly Service And Great Car Wash. Even Though I Still Had Some Bug Residue On My Windshield They Sent Me To Have My Car Dried Off After The Wash And Then Cleaned My Windshields Again To Make Sure All The Bug Residue Was Gone. Yes I Will Be Going Back And Telling All My Friends And Family Of The Great Car Wash I Discovered. Thanks Master's Car Wash!

I will never come back here for an oil change again. The staff is a disaster and can t communicate at all. I ve been sitting here for 30min in the bay with my window down listening to them forget if they did the safety check on the car next to me and forget the status of where they are on my car . I have absolutely zero confidence that I got the service that I am about to pay for and will NEVER be back ! Hopefully I make it to Colorado tomorrow

This place has really changed in not in a good way! $58 for a car wash is double or triple of what it was months ago. Then they added to charge $5 to wash mud off. The interior wipe through use to be one my favorite things they did. This time it was very sloppy and only half of my dash was wiped off. The mats were not really cleaned at all. It s always a long wait but this time it was just a long wait, over priced experience and poor service.

Great car wash! Their staff is very friendly and honest folks! One time the automatic wash left a spot, which the staffs were happy to run me again and hand wiped the entire vehicle.Will always use them when needed.

First of all, they charge high for detailing when they don t even do a good job, the day I took my car to them for detailing they told me it was raining and they couldn t finish the work they had to do outside, my seats were still stained and there were still major stains there, they gave me a card that I could come by anytime to have them done and I understood because of the rain and when I came back they made a fuss about finishing their job, so yeah I paid a high price to get a half work done and they lied about telling me to come back and they ll take care of me. I d never go here again.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

This was the best oil change ever! They patiently explained all my options, prices, and benefits. They were very professional at every step but best of all they are FAST! I stayed in my car the whole time. They completed an oil change and wiper blade replacement in less than 10 minutes. I'm very happy with the experience!

Highly recommend! I have a dark blue car and it always comes and clean every time. I range on the wash I get. Most of the time its just their $8 wash. The free hand dry is a plus also. Other car washes charge for that. The staff is always happy and friendly. When you go through their tunnel. It goes slower than another wash I have gone through getting your car much cleaner. It's nice not having spots on my car when leaving. Great job guys.

I was SO excited when I found this car wash! The first employee I spoke to was amazing and he had so much enthusiasm for this place. So much so that I decided to buy the monthly pass. Unfortunately, the expectation he set for me didn t follow me throughout my experience there. They say there is a 12 step process but they are not executing it very well. From the dash board (which is the first thing you see when you get in the car) to the seats and my truck they left dust, dirt and smeared fingerprints which are easy to wipe away. The services they offered seem live very great deals!! But they unfortunately are not holding up there end of it.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The oil change went smoothly. Tires, checked, fluid levels checked, and air filter checked. The guys were very nice answering my questions. The basic detailing service that came with the oil change left much to be desired. The steering wheel wasn't touched and the cup holders and dash board were quickly wiped down but corners and nooks were skipped. I recommend going else where if you are looking for basic detailing on the interior.Services: Auto detailing, Oil change

Really pleased with the value I got here. A $60 oil change gets you the full service wash as well. Came on a week day at 5 and didn t have to wait. Oil change was fast and the detail team did a great job. Really appreciate them hitting the inside of the door frames as that s often missed. I m not a perfectionist so I won t knock for a few missed areas inside. Overall you can t beat getting a free wash every time you need an oil change!

I would give them 10 stars if possible! Great bunch of friendly guys and on top of that they provide a next to perfect car wash! I've had my car cleaned at different locations all over town and none can even come close to the customer service and quality job these guys provide! Plus the management seems to be very organized and on top of things, but with a great bunch of guys like that it can't take that much to keep them in check! Highly recommend this locations for all car washes and details!

I visited this place today and paid the highest service for exterior and interior cleaning. When the car was ready I checked the front panel was full of insect marks and bird droppings. The guys did not clean them. When asked i was told that I need to tell the guy who sprays at the entrance. Next, the water marks are not wiped completely leaving stains. When I open the trunk I see vacuum has not been done thoroughly as dust and sand was there.overall, I find this place is not committed in doing a good job for the price they charge. Completely disappointed.

Our family goes here often and the quality is always consistent. I wish there was a way to tip through an app. We don t carry cash regularly, and always feel bad when we forget to grab cash before hand.
