I had an awesome experience with staff and Management. I had needed a part replaced on a friend's vehicle. And the service I received was great. I'm very satisfied with effort and professionalism from Maaco Auto Body shop. I highly recommend them to anyone needed vehicle repairs. Thank you all for your service.

I had paint and bodywork done to my truck and it turned out great! The rust is fixed and the paint makes it look brand new! Paul was great and really helped me out! Highly recommended if you need paint and bodywork.

Receptionist Crystal was very helpful. She handles everything with a positive demeanor.The paint job took much longer than originally told due to employee Paul ordering the wrong color choice after looking through several large old collections of colors. The manager Mack is great. Within a couple minutes of hearing my color choices while standing at the receptionist desk, he handed me a color selection that included my color.

They were fabulous! We turned our vehicle in (after a huge hailstorm) and needed a quick turnaround time because our daughter needed her truck to leave for college. They had so many vehicles to repair they said there was no way they could get it done in time for her to take it. Crystal helped us keep the price within our budget and get what we wanted AND needed done. They repaired the hail damage, got the dent out, got the requested color spot on AND surprised us by getting it done by the date we needed it! I don t know who was more excited my daughter or Crystal! Thank you so much Shawn, Crystal and everyone at Maaco! We appreciate everything! 100% recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First of all they left over spray all on my tire and muffler!!! Didn't put my emblems back on my car or the pins in my hood!!!! They corrected the emblem probably and the over spray paint but never secured my hood and within 15 minutes of leaving my hood blew off my car!!! Took it back instantly and they are trying not to accountability at all so I'll give update if we have to sue or not. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody

I called there have up there prices from 6 years ago to double. I only called wish there wouldn't ask me review base call 6 years ago I had my car painted poor sanding job and there miss spelling the name my car putting the letters back on but paint has not scratch. I will use them again when pocket book says yes.

Make sure you get all pricing in writing! The paint job was decent but the price was higher than what we had verbally agreed to.

I chose Maaco because they had reasonable prices, sounded knowledgeable and great customer service. That only lasted so long, I had to call constantly to check on the progress of my vehicle. They kept it way long than the estimate stated and kept saying they were waiting on some part to come in. The insurance company they were working with sent thousands of dollars for the repairs and they did even do them correctly. The sensors on my car were never fixed and when they returned my vehicle the bumper they "fixed" was a different color than the rest of the car. I let them know right away but since it was the end of the day they said I would have to take it back. After calling and going up there several times to get everything fixed that they missed the first time they kept putting it off and not calling me back. Needless to say they never fixed they're mistake. Take a look at the picture that was right in front of the building the day I went to pick it up. after I let him know that it was two different colors...the guy says "yeah its a shade or two off"

Charged exactly what the quote was. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I did research on MAACO and knew what to expect. Bodywork makes a good paint job and they do a great job of applying the paint to the work you do on the body. Will use again in the future.

Very customer friendly. Explained their paint process well to me. Provided me free Uber ride home after I left me truck to be painted. Shawn kept me apprised of the paint procedures and answered my questions. Truck looks very good...I'm very pleased with the end results.

This month marks the 1 year since I took my car in to get the hood painted. The painting of the hood took around a month and I got my vehicle back in worse condition. Both front fenders damaged and poor paint fading which they claim needed another insurance claim and ripped rear seat. After several attempts to get insurance to pay for the damage, they caused,I finally agreed to pay for repainting of the fenders myself,but told them they were paying for the rear seat. They said the seat was on backorder and would call when it came in. (That was last July). Never heard a word. DO NOT recommend them to paint anything. Another year later nothing and now they have cost me almost $200 to tell me they didn't put two of the light connectors on correctly causing light failures.

So I came into the office everybody was super professional, He came out and They did an estimate on my car. I got three estimates from other area shops,It was the best one that I got,and also included a warranty. Five days later went to pick up the vehicle and it looks brand new!!! Took my truck to 3 body shops. All 3 estimates required that the windshield be removed to insure rust is completely removed prior to paint. Unfortunately, I chose Maaco because their estimate was $600 cheaper. Was told it would take "a week or two". Three and a half weeks later they finished. They never removed the windshield and the work is pathetic!!!! Didn't even fill where rust was, just painted over it. Will add photos soon.

Talked me into a $1400+ paint job. Didn't even sand and prime. Then charged me another $500+ to sand and repaint. Truck still has tons of dents and dings. Definitely not worth $2K. Highly disappointed and feel ripped off. (6 month warranty is all?). They don't value customers any more and treat you like a # in a book. They'll tell you their guys are commission only and drive prices up for under quality work! They lost my business forever.Service: Painting

Took my Lincoln Mark LT truck in for hail damage repair, and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I'm told they can't finish the job because of lack of parts, and the sales manager Sean Gillespie tells me to come pick up the truck incomplete and pay full price and he will call me back if they ever find the parts. When I refused to pay for a incomplete job he hangs the phone up in my face,, now unprofessional is that. SMH. I don't recommend anyone use this business because now I have to get the police involved because they still have my truck and won't finish the job or give me my money back. My car looks great. With the price of paint jobs now a days (7500-12500) I only paid 1600. The people there on nice. I was at the one i-240. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because of how long they had to keep my car. I definitely recommend them.Service: PaintingService: Painting
