Kory and his team did a truly amazing job on restoring my 99 Ranger s paint and hail/rust damage. Kory may seem firm and straight to the point at first, but once business had been discussed I knew my vehicle would be in good hands. When I saw them pull out the finished product I couldn t believe how much work they did in just a few days. Even Kory looked proud of what his team and him had accomplished, and not to mention even with the big seasonal discount I still feel like I received more for what I originally should have had to pay for. The before pic doesn t do it justice as it looked a lot worse on the roof and other side, but man they did a stellar job.

Got my car painted here last week for and they did a great job! There are a couple spots that have some drips but they said to bring it back when the paint cures and they ll fix it right up. Great customer service and they definitely have the best prices I could find!

Macco did a fantastic job fixing my little car. Kory was very professional throughout the entire process from quote to finished project. If I ever have any other vehicles needing work I will definitely return.

This was the worst paint experience I've ever had. I had to come to the shop five different times the bike parts were still not painted correctly. Some bike parts were not painted at all. Multiple runs on every piece that was painted. The manager and I were supposed to meet on a Saturday he promised the bike would be painted. I arrived when the store was supposed to open. I had to wait three and a half hours for anyone to show up at the shop. When I arrived there the bike still was not completed. I had to take the motorcycle parts elsewhere to be painted.

We we where very well taken care of, very friendly and positive about thay would do for us. We was going to just do miner repair and pain thous area's but the manager said that he would paint hole car and take all dents out for same price. I'd give a 5 star rating except for one little thing that was left undone and made a small scratch

Absolutely horrible. Took my car to them and they said it will take 2 days they kept messing up so it took a week. Not only did it take a week but the paint isn t matched on the fender, pieces are missing on the bumper, and paint is peeling on the bumper. Ig they just decided they were done fixing it and screw my 2400 dollars that I paid expecting to having a like new product.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Need to compliment the new management team of Cory and Crystal (and apologies if those aren't spelled correctly). Had some initial issues with quality and completeness of work previously when getting a car fully repainted in a new color. These two have stepped up to make things right, and really have done an excellent job reshaping my opinion.While I was initially hesitant, I will be taking another car to them for paint work, and hope this continues to move my opinion toward 5 stars. The new team has earned that opportunity.

If you can, avoid going here. Possibly the worst experience of a body shop I've had. As someone who has supervision of a small fleet of vehicles that need to make medicine deliveries, I had a vehicle in with them from back in early September 2023 and it took them till April 2024 to get my front bumper replaced. Either they are short staffed or can't keep a manager or technician there to save their life.However on top of all that, they rarely do follow up calls or keep you updated on vehicle progress. It was pulling teeth just to get ANY info from them, and if they had just kept me in the loop of things I would have been fine with the length of time, but I had to actively call them once or twice a month just to keep them working on my vehicle.EDIT after their response: Couldn't even pick up the vehicle that they were responsible for fixing up. Because guess what, they held onto it for so long I now have to have it towed to a maintenance place because my vehicles battery kept dying, and temperature was overheating. They didn't finish all the repairs of the first work order

Maaco at Rockwell was such a great experience. There has been a major turn around in customer service and this has to do with Kory and his team. My car spent 4 days at the shop and came out better than ever. Thank you Kory and his team

Wow.....I could not have chosen a better place to get the work done on my car. I have a 2024 Kia and was hit in a parking lot. I was crushed that my new car was damaged. Kory came to the rescue! He told me from the beginning that I would only be out of my car for three days where other shops couldn't guarantee anything less than two weeks! Maaco did EXACTLY what was needed to my car, and got it done early in only two and a half days! Kory was great to work with from the very first contact all the way through the completion of my job! I would HIGHLY recommend this Maaco for your body work needs!

Kory, new manager at this Maaco, was very respectful and kind. His team did a phenomenal job on major body work and paint. If we had repaired it thru insurance, they would have totalled our car. It is a 2012 that a couple of months ago just went over 100,000 miles, so it would have been a huge loss to see it totalled. We shopped for price and Maaco offered the best price. No one could have done a better job. You can t improve on perfection. Thank you, Kory and your amazing team!

I had my 1975 VW bus repainted. Chrystal and Korey were fantastic in helping choose a color that I so enjoy. The paint job was excellent and they had it done in one week. Highly recommend their services.

Went to Maaco last Tuesday to get an estimate. I talked to Rick, he gave me an estimate and gave me such a great price I took it. I took my CR-V to them the next morning to have the whole outside painted. It was finished and ready to pick up on Friday of that same week like I was promised. Everyone I talked with were all very professional, especially Rick. I will definitely recommend Maaco on Rockwell to anyone who needs their vehicular painted.Service: Painting

Let me be clear - I do NOT even rate this place one star. I had to in order to leave a review. I have been dealing with Maaco since February 19th. I needed two MINOR repairs. Small paint job on the front bumper and a bumper clip. THAT IS IT. Carvanna sent me here. Carvanna has been EASY to deal with. They approved the invoice from Maaco NEXT DAY. I never heard from Maaco. I had to call them, I had to do their job. I have never in my life dealt with a company who is lacking in all areas. COMMUNICATION. I took the lead on everything, as a customer, that shouldn't be the case. I was told to drop my car off on a certain date, when I show up to do that, I am asked to come back another day. I come back, same thing happens. You can't get any direct answers. They are not organized. You will talk in circles with them. I never got an apology, I never got a resolution, I never got any answers. I decided it was best to try and take my business elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I have lost so many brain cells over this entire ordeal. STAY AWAY.

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this location.Had a vehicle painted, and the first time they painted it was the wrong color and broke the side mirror.The manager took the matter very seriously, and we took the car back in. However,on top of all the inconveniences of taking it back to them and taking another week, they messed it up again!The second time, they advised that the paint lifted and had to wait till it cured enough to try a THIRD time.We picked the car up after the third time, and there is over spray on the tires and lots of debris in the paint, so it's not even smooth! To top it off, there are multiple spots where someone wiped the car, and it left flat scuffed spots.The car was not detailed and ready for pick up, and the gentleman who was there did not do a walk around with us, He just handed us the keys. We were so frustrated that we didn't want to deal with it anymore, so we just left.

All I have to say is that the new manager Kory is what this location has been needing. Very respectful and dedicated to his profession. My paint job was a surprise for my wife and he coordinated very well with me to get it back in time before her birthday. Thank you Maaco on Rockwell and thanks Kory with a K!

Do not use Maaco on Rockwell if you are looking to paint your vehicle. I have had nothing but issues. Terrible customer service; no calls for status, poor paint jobs, multiple staff has either been fired or quit over the last few months.When I initially dropped the car off they said it would take about a week maybe a little more. Later in the day I called for a status and they said it was getting sanded and should be sprayed early the following week. So, I called the next week and they said something happened to the paint and they would have to strip and repaint. So that took another few weeks (of which I called for status because they didn t call me). When I finally picked up the car there were multiple issues; runs, spotting, overspray.I later brought it back to have them fix the bad areas. So, again more time and follow up calls (on my part, not theirs). Went to pick it up and again, not corrected. At this point the District Manager (Troy) stepped in and began to clean house. He agreed that the car was not up to standard and would get a full repaint (for the third time). Dropped it off last Monday and was promised it would be done on Friday so we could pick it up on Monday. It was not ready as promised again. This process has been going on since July. We are demanding a refund. Would never recommend this Maaco!

Choice work here. Off muscle i was greeted and speaking with a very professional and knowledgeable staff. Korey and his crew make it easy from the walk-in, to insurance, all the way to driving off the lot.

I had a deep dent along with long deep scratches on my Titan pickup and took it to Maaco. They did such a great job my truck looks just like new. Their workmanship is outstanding and the staff was extremely professional.. I would highly recommend their service.. I used them for the price and as an added bonus i received a high quality job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I started my journey with Maaco calling them on September 29th to have my car brought in and estimated for a full body paint job and then a dent removal in the trunk. I was given an agreeable price and told 3-10 days is how long it would take. I brought my car in the following Monday and then went home. I waited about a week and went to pick the car up and noticed that anywhere the vehicle was masked they didn't paint underneath. So my car had random stripes of old paint everywhere, and I also noted pieces of tape in the paint. I requested the car be repainted and done over, and this process took several weeks. I went from 10/2 to 10/27 with my car being worked on which is beyond the 10 days agreed, called the corporate line for Maaco and got nowhere, and the manager and workers at this shop barely to never called me with updates. I would call them asking for an update, get an ETA for completion, and then next time I would call on that ETA they'd push it off. The amount of time, headache, and cost this had on me is infuriating. I should've had my car done right the first time and back in 10 days. But instead I was without a vehicle for 25 days and it cost me a lot in gas, rides, ubers, etc. Do not utilize this shop if you want things done right, and in a timely fashion.

Poorly organized, poor communication. Employees were friendly but no one is engaged. The dent that I requested to be fixed was fixed satisfactorily but several more small ones that could have been dealt with were just ignored, then painted.

The paint job was good however everything that was in my glove compartment was all over the floor on the passenger side and also the truck tire cover was off and the things that was in trunk was swerved around everywhere

I am completely chuffed. Their restoration of my car was nothing short amazing. I am completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship they employed in an effort to restore the exterior of my car. Kudos.Thanks to Troy, Gwen, Haley, and Richard.I am totally pleased with my results and heartily recommend this establishment for your body work. The had a spate of poor reviews, but a change of personnel and management, I have nothing to say other than my 17 year old car, is amazing.Service: Painting

I had to have my whole car painted. The paint has a lot of orange peel. Much more then I was expecting.They also didn't bother to tape off anything on my car before sanding. Every piece of plastic or rubber that touches a painted part has sanding marks on them. Headlights, taillights, door handles, and all of the window trims.They even sanded my passenger door window. (They did replace the window. Unfortunately the person who did it used a metal screwdriver to take off my door card leaving scratches and dents on the painted surface of my interior.)After the initial paint there was a large spot on the quarter panel were the paint was messed up. They were going to fix it for free as part of the warranty and I made an appointment to get it fixed 2 weeks later. I take the car in and they tell me that they are over booked. But they can fix the spot in two weeks on a Wednesday. I left the car with them so I wouldn't have to take off of work to bring it back. Wednesday comes and I call to ask if I can pick the car up on Friday. I am told this is no problem. I take off work on Friday to pick the car up and they have not even started on it. It took them another 4 days to 'fix' the spot. I say 'fix' because you can still see the spot if you look at it close enough.So they helped with the major cosmetic problem of surface rust but left lots of little problems in there place.It's a cheap paint job for a reason.EDIT: In response to Maaco. I sent them an email with my phone number and never heard back from them. Don't bother send an email or calling to complain. Their job is painting not customer service.EDIT: I did not pay for the 'cheap' paint job. I payed for the 2 step base coat/clear coat.
