my car was making a few sounds and i thought i might need new axles so i bought remanufactured OEM cv axles which they said would be ok and they'd do it for $217. great price however . IMMEDIATELY upon picking up my car i realize its undrivable unsafe for my family . when i asked them how much to undo the work he did they said $217. they are very nice but it sucks i paid just under 300 to make my car go from a small click sound to being unsafe to drive,.Update..I'll take blame because I chose to take my car here. I could have taken my car to people who would have charged me a higher price but had better business values.

Rick and his wife are great people. They fixed our vehicle quickly and didn't overcharge. They also picked up all the parts themselves, so we didn't have to bring them up there before they started working.

I was very impressed by this location. They were able to get me in last minute and were reasonable with their prices. While getting work done on your car is no fun, the staff here made it a good experience. I was recommended to this place by a coworker, and I was impressed that the staff knew him by name. I was also impressed with how they were both friendly and professional. They were also flexible with my schedule in picking up my car, which I really appreciated. I will certainly be recommending and using them in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement

My God this place was a God send. I was able to get my car drivable while we waited on parts then they went and put the parts on without any added fees.Had em look at a few other things and will he having more work done by him I'm coming future.

Tried getting an estimate from them a few yrs back on a Mazda. All he did was randomly spout off a number ($4000), without looking at my car carefully. Then he laughed saying he wasn't going to do an actual estimate claiming it was a waste of his time. The shop I took my car to fixed it for $1800. Anyone who acts like that is not worthy of your hard earned money.

Needed to get my headlight replaced and was able to walk in and out in 10 minutes. Workers were all very friendly and the service was at a fair price. Would definitely recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Great body shop. I've used them three times, and I won't go anywhere else. They were on the approved list of both insurance companies involved, so I didn't even have to deal with adjusters. Lil Rick's handled everything, from the estimate to the approval to the finish. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up. In fact, they once arranged for my rental car to be brought to their shop; it was there waiting for me when I dropped mine off. Most importantly, their work is top-notch. They take what is normally an unpleasant experience and make it easy.

*Edited Review post company response to add photos and serviceman's name corrected*Bryan was amazing! They did a same-day diagnostic on my vehicle and didn't laugh at the ignorance of it all when the problem wasn't mechanical but originated from Code "dubious operator error" LOL. The charge for the diagnostic was minimal and he even checked my battery and charged it up for me because I had drained it from trying to start it prior. Mike walked me through making sure my ignition is fully in the off position before I panicked because it is a factory security feature for theft prevention and haven't had any issue with my car since.

If you're looking for a good, honest place to get some work done on your car this is the place. No up-sale BS like EVERY other garage where you go for something specific and they tell you you need a ton of other stuff done. Bryan was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. Well done Lil Rick's, I'll definitely recommend you guys to other folks.Service: Wheel alignment

BRIAN, You did it!! The Cadillac is running great, again thanks you and rest of the Lil' Rick's Team. You saved us $100's and you spared the B.S. Finding this problem was not easy but you took your time to diagnose it properly and got creative in crafting a special tool to saved the day. That's true skill.Too bad that I wasted time and money at Gold Key "Guess-a-lot" Services. They wanted a grand to drop the gas tank. How would that fix a broken valve spring, I wonder? Glad that I passed on their genius idea.Thanks a million and see you on the next auto issue.

Went here to get my car fixed...sounded friendly on the phone and offered me to bring it by. When I arrived, I felt like my appearance determined whether or not he could work on my car. Assumed I was broke...and couldn't give me any estimates of anything. All he kept saying is it's gonna be well over a 1000. I'm like ok and that was it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And if you choose to have your business in a predominantly black neighborhood...serve all minority's. And never judge a book by its cover. I'm glad he sent me all the subliminal messages, I needed. I hate dealing with racists people...!!! Even my 6 year old asked why he was so rude...all I say is THERE JUST SOME PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT JUST DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE US. Maybe when she gets older she'll know exactly what im talking about!

Wow worst customer service ever! I don't know how he's even in business! I'll be telling state farm about this condescending rude man. Telling me my Jaguar is totalled and can't be worth more than a few grand. When I pulled it up on NADA website and nope nearly 10k then insulted me saying that I obviously can't be looking at the information right. I'm quite sure I've been able to read for ages.____________________________________________Update, State Farm looked at my car, cut me a cheque for 3300 to have my Jag fixed. So much for Lil Rick's opinion. Definitely will tell everyone to avoid the sham and rudeness here.
