My name is Kenny. Jimmy Roberts and the Lewis RV folks are awesome. Mr Roberts is extremely skilled at his job. He was able to resolve our air conditioner issue, repaired our furnace and completed some maintenance on our RV s roof. We just got back from a 3 day trip in the RV and everything worked perfectly. Lewis RV thanks for your expertise.. We ll be coming back to you for all of our RV needs.

BEST place in the United States to buy an RV!We drove from Utah, 1300 miles, to purchase, our Keystone RV from Lewis RV Totally worth the drive financially, and in every way.We could not be happier with the staff, the service, the care, everything that you would expect with purchasing an RV These folks do it better than anyone!Their service and their kindness is second to none. They are honest and really good people. They are the kind of people you want to be friends with at the end of your transaction. There are too many people to mention, but thank you, Rick, Artie, and Ryan Especially thank you to the service staff who walked us through our RV.We have called a dozen of times since since buying the RV with questions about different things, and their staff has been friendly and available and excited for us with our new experience.If I ever buy an RV again, it will absolutely be from Lewis RV. Watch your head. Salesman was nice but just wanted to show me the most flashy vehicles available and not what I needed.Vehicles are parked too close together, watch out for slides and over cab campers positioned poorly. I left the lot with a concussion.

Got our trailer de-winterized and Jimmy found some items that needed attention. They fixed the problems and had me ready to roll on schedule. We'll always take our trailer to Lewis RV Center.

The staff at Lewis RV is amazing! Everyone was so helpful & friendly.. any time I text or called I immediately got a response.. the Christian based company was a very welcomed surprise to me!! I will go there again on my next purchases!

I have enjoyed the RV life! This dealership is very professional and knowledgeable! Every question and request was answered and granted! The sales personnel, finance department and most of all, the service department was ABSOLUTELY incredible! Jimmy in the service department was amazing! Highly recommend this dealership!

Lewis RV is top notch for RV repair. They got me in in less than one day. Then they kept me informed at least once every 2 weeks took care of all the repairs. Can't find a better RV repair than Lewis RV of Oklahoma City.., Jimmy Roberts was the service tech and he his top notch.

Very poor customer service. Called to see if we could get a quote on replacing a roof. The only thing we said was that we wanted to see about a quote and he responded with " well I don't know off the top of my head. Could be anywhere from 10,000 to 15,000." Which we replied with, so 10,000 is your minimum? He replied with more attitude. If you need details about the roof, or how long the trailer is, just ask nicely. I've never seen someone lose a potential customer so fast.

Lewis Rv did an amazing job. They are super friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Rick and Artie did an awesome job of taking care of us and making sure everything was perfect. If you want a stress free RV purchase this is where you need to go to!

Bought our new teardrop trailer in April and never took it camping. Run the AC in our driveway and it wouldn't cool the camper. Dropped it off for its 90-day warranty service at the end of June. Four months (October) later service had replaced a seal on a window, adjust the screen door, and replace a factory recall on the propane valve. They didn't address the AC unit stating it was undersized for the camper. It as came back with a scuff on an access door. They have had the camper in their possession longer than we have since we purchased it. We will not be returning to that dealership. The photos show the quality work they do. This took four months!

Incredibly disappointed in the service department. They had my brand new trailer for multiple weeks and did not diagnose a single problem effectively. Months later, I returned my trailer to the Forest River production plant and finally got my answers.1) My trailer brakes would intermittently fail under heavy breaking scenarios. Lewis RV said they inspected my brakes multiple times and all was fine. I even bought a new truck over this because they were so convinced that my brakes were 100% perfect. My old truck did have electrical issues, but there's no excuse for what they missed on my trailer. Had they bothered to pull the tires off and inspect the brake drums, they would've found that on 2 out of 4 wheels, the brake magnet wires were completely rubbed through to bare copper, causing my intermittent short - see photos.2) I had constant electrical issues with every 12V appliance in my trailer. They were very dismissive of my concerns and chose to treat the symptoms - ordering a new inverter, and then blaming it on a faulty TV when that didn't fix it - instead of doing any real diagnostic work to find the cause. It was literally just a loose ground connection inside my breaker box. I even suggested to them that it seemed like a wiring/ground issue and they told me that there was no way.3) I complained of black tank odor. They attempted to diagnose it and failed to, so I paid them their diagnostic fee out of my own pocket, since there was nothing to warranty out. They told me to just be more thorough about dumping my tanks. Turns out that my black tank was leaking sewage at the inlet for the black tank rinse hose and had been all along. See photo.4) My trailer had major failed welds on the frame that they COMPLETELY missed. Bad enough that Forest River immediately had it returned to the factory for repairs as soon as I sent them photos. I spotted these as soon as I crawled underneath my trailer and started to try to diagnose things on my own - they were visible without removing the underbelly. If Lewis RV was really under there checking the brake wiring, why didn't they catch it and tell me? See photos....And those are just the major things. There are tons more small things - they replaced many of my blinds, but didn't screw the valences tightly into the wall so they rattled around. They screwed in the anchors for the blind strings at all different heights. On cabinetry, multiple stripped screws were clearly just screwed right back in the same way which immediately popped out again. They hacked my underbelly to absolute pieces; not cutting three-sided access panels, but removing entire huge squares of plastic and duct taping bigger squares over them that had zero chance of lasting. I was promised daily updates but had to call every time to get any info, and felt like I was an annoyance every time.I was camping when all of this happened, and I had to pay to stay in an expensive Airbnb for 2 weeks out of my own pocket. I understand that mistakes happen - we are all human - but this is simply too many mistakes to be anything but negligence. I will never return to Lewis RV and HIGHLY recommend that everyone seek service elsewhere.

They advertised this new camper, and it was exactly what I was trying to find. It enabled me to downsize marginally and yet upgrade my previous camper. Pricing was very competitive, it was priced to sell, and they offered a fair sum for my trade.

We had an inverter issue, or so we thought. Stopped at McClains, said it would be months before they could look at it and referred us to Lewis RV. From the initial phone call to our experience this morning with the gentleman behind the desk, all were top notch. Come to find out, we most likely been at a bad receptacle at the last campground. The gentleman at Lewis checked everything for us and had us on our way within 20 minutes. Cost? No charge. I would highly recommend this RV and service center to anyone on the OKC area. Center

Our fifth wheel was stolen off their lot on 1/13. Although an alarm went off the alarm company never called police. Staff at Lewis RV did not notice our fifth wheel was stolen until 5 days later

Lewis RV Center has a great staff. The sales team is informative and willing to spend a lot of time to help you understand the pros and cons. Our initial visit was just to become educated about RVs and they spent a lot of time showing us the options. When we finally decided to buy they offered us a very good price and they were very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lewis RV if you are considering purchasing an RV.

We have nothing but praise for Lewis and all the personnel we dealt with. Wesley was our salesman and showed so much professionalism along with patience with all our concerns. Stover and Nick did a great showout and Sue in parts was so helpful and Terry in service was very pleasant. Cudos to Artie in finance also. Not only did he explain everything but he also was so personable and enjoyable to talk with. A big thumbs up to everyone there. It is so nice to walk in and be greeted with sincere smiles and graciousness. This is our second purchase from this dealership and by far the best.

This was my second time there looking to upgrade our 5th wheel trailer - once four years ago, we weren't ready to up grade at the time and a few weeks ago. Ruby was my sales person this time and was great. She was not pushy at all - showed me the units that fit the criteria I was looking for. Over the next week she and the rest of Lewis answered many questions over numerous phone calls. I love the fact that this is a local family owned and run dealership. I would definitely recommend Ruby and Lewis to friends in the future. Love our new Hideout and can't wait to make more family camping memories.

Wendy, Rick, Jason, Rob, Rob, and Brandon were absolutely fantastic people to work with when purchasing a new camper. I couldn't find the camper I needed near me, and Wendy worked with the staff at Lewis RV to find a camper for me. They were willing to negotiate with me and we settled quickly on a fair price. I felt I could trust the people I worked with at the dealer, and when I arrived they made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new camper. Everyone there went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcomed and left knowledgeable about my camper. My only regret is that the dealership is too far for me to travel to for regular service. Fantastic family dealership-you won't be disappointed if you go there to purchase a camper.

The salesman was knowledgeable and correct about everything was upfront about everything. Artie in finance is an amazing financial advocate and a good person as well, he did all the leg work hooked me up with reasonable insurance company. Over all I can't seem to pinpoint a weak link. My wife and I recently purchased a Northern Spirit Trailer from Lewis RV and were very pleased with the entire purchasing experience.Our salesman was very knowledgeable and presented the trailer very well and answered all the questions we had about all aspects of the trailer and helped us in every way he could.Everyone in the dealership from the owners, sales department, office personnel, parts department, and service department was very friendly and very knowledgeable of each of their departments of the business.Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Lewis RV to any of my family and friends who are in the market for a RV.

We bought our first RV a Bushwhacker Plus and we love it. The sales experience with salesman Rick was great and the purchase experience with Artie was smooth and easy. The service advisor Jimmy did not rush through the trailer paperwork took all the time we needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Lewis RV Center for all your mobile home needs.

We started out by looking at the RV show in the spring comparing ALL the sizes/campers/brands & then found what we wanted at Lewis. Arte was our salesperson and answered any additional questions. We ordered ours to get exactly what we wanted and got text updates of the progress. Delivery was very explanatory & then we were given a tour of the entire camping store & explained the difference in one brand vs. another and best value etc. we went home and did our research and found it was better to buy the packages offered @ Lewis store w/ our 10% discount. We still had questions and got answers and friendly service. We are very happy and will keep coming back
