Highly recommend getting your vehicle from this dealership, Ronnie was absolutely amazing and worked with me via phone for weeks until I was able to come down to the city. I came in on his day off (I didn t know this) and he still came in and met with me and then other sales team members helped out with the process which is very nice to see. Being a young female it is sometimes worrisome to go to dealerships or mechanics but I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of what so ever. I will definitely will be using them for all my future purchases. Thankyou!

These overpriced cars are not worth it. We bought a brand new discovery sport and had to replace the engine 2 times (3 engines total before 35,000 miles). They still thought I should pay for something and didn't stand behind it. They did not have a loaner vehicle available and I had to rent a vehicle for weeks, even though, when you buy a new vehicle from Bob Moore Land Rover, they tell you that with any service needed, you will have a loaner. They are great to look at, but if you want reliable transportation, steer clear.

We had a great experience with the sales team and process. We also had a great experience with the maintenance team and process. Unfortunately the downfall was with finance. I would recommend getting pre-qualified with your bank before purchasing so you can bypass the finance part. We have recently refinanced with our credit union because we were lied to about our credit score, lied to about what our rate would have been if we finance with the credit union we are currently with. We were offered Gap at 3x the amount we are currently at and heavily pushed on additional protection we did not need. We do recommend Bob Moore, but highly recommend bypassing the financing side if possible.

Ask for Joe Box! Joe took great care of us. The buying experience was very smooth. Joe is so knowledgeable and professional. From the first time we met and after the purchase, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Best car buying experience!

Bought a 2019 Range Rover and was told several times all maintenance had been preformed. In 2K miles the oil change light came on! When I called Oh no that was not done. So I took it in they took over 3 hours and charged $300 for an oil change and handed me a list of things that need to be done(I was told it was done before purchase). Over $2000...When I called around I was told not one of the "Needed immediately" services was due.. $200 to change a $20 cabin filter. They didn't even wash it, even chevy washes my truck with a $45 oil change.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 Stars) - Haven t been pleased whatsoever with the service department at this dealership. Had our vehicle for nearly three weeks. We had to take it to dealership for a computer programming repair because it has to be done there. We ve tried to pick it up 2 times already and broke down a few miles down the road or would not start in the parking lot! Had to have it towed back again. We leave messages for various service department workers, no one ever returns the calls. Plus, like I said, three weeks later and not repaired nor is anyone calling us back to discuss the issue. Terrible management training to not check in with customers who are leaving messages. We are losing our trust of the services there and they know we have zero other options when there is only two service centers in the whole state. Not much we can do and I think they know that.UPDATE 1: (Lowered down to 2 stars) - $4000 later and having the same problem we took it in for. Seems to me no one there knows what they are doing, the managers should involve themselves. I ll drive to Tulsa before we take it back to OKC! Just so this is a fair review, we do have an older Range Rover, a 2003, and we ve done a lot of work on getting it back to last and is still a great running nice looking car, as shown! Then, we had the issue we were physically unable to do on our own, which had to be programmed at a Land Rover Service Dept. I didn t want anyone to think it was a new Range Rover they could not repair. To me it doesn t matter, most the time, mechanics are able to repair cars and if they can t find someone there who can.UPDATE 2: (Down to 1 star now, can you do negative stars?) - We took it from Land Rover and towed it back home when it broke down again in Newcastle. We decided to change to max air flow sensor just because it was not a high price part, it hasn t broke down once since we made the repair (3 weeks ago) The dealership should have found this when they had it at their service department and $4000 we spent to bring home not only to break down once again! We spent less than $200 to repair. It s a terrible situation. I think they owe us money back! I would pay for parts they put in but absolutely no labor.

I previously left a 5 star review, but now their true colors have came out once I signed on the dotted line.1.) The ad said the pre owned F-Type I was purchasing was Certified. (I kept a copy of the ad) and told it was a one owner car. When I asked about the 7 year 100k mile warranty I was told the car was previously sold as a CPO, but not by their dealership and they "think" there is some warranty left. Welp this means it's a 2 owner car IMO.2.) I come from another luxury car company and every CPO car I have ever purchased comes with 2 keys. I got one with mine ($500 for a second if I want one).2.) The finance department forgot to give me a copy of the deal sheet with my loan terms when I left the dealership. (I live out of state mind you and had just drove a uhaul with my trade in inside it for 12 1/2 hours). I have made a couple of email attempts, a couple of text message and a phone call to retrieve this document but have yet to receive them.3.) Now I am back in my home state I took the car in for a once over. The tires are below the minimum wear line (safety issue) and the front brake pads are also below the minimum wear line (also a safety issue). So after just buying a car from a LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP, not Joe's used car lot (Sorry if your name is Joe and your reading this) I have apx ($3,500 in parts to buy and labor costs on top of that, the car has Ceramic Brakes), I still have no deal sheet and no one has made an attempt to send me one.4.) After getting the carfax report I am communicating with the original dealership that sold and serviced the car in California. Thank goodness they have went above and beyond to help me. They told me a complete service history of the car over the phone. They confirmed it was a CPO and has the remainder of the 7 year 100K mile warranty from the CPO date of 2016 and have contacted the DMV on my behalf to confirm if it is a one or two owner car. They also let me know Jag covers the first 5 services (Mine has had 3) on an annual basis, so that just saved me the cost of 2 services. Why Land Rover Oklahoma didn't share this useful information with me just blows my mind. I drove 12 1/2 hours to purchase this vehicle from them and in the future was going to buy a second vehicle as my wife has been eyeing an F-Pace. I think we will have to take our business elsewhere after this experience.5.) I am contacting Jag Corporate office on Monday with my issues to see if they can offer some assistance with my deal sheet and the safety issues Land Rover Oklahoma send the car out with. I'll update the progress as it unfolds.Follow-Up: I appreciate the reply but over the phone you said you would look at it and discuss with your maintenance team. What I need is not to look at, but to correct the mistake. Here are the same pics I sent you. As I put my entire savings down as my down payment I will buy a tire a month and then save for the brakes, the battery and then tackle the rust issue in the boot. Maybe by fall I can enjoy the car.

I called the service department and spoke with Bumper, she was super kind and told me to swing by so they could check out what the check engine light was identifying. When I arrived, they were quick to review my car assess the situation and get it corrected. I was in and out within 35 minutes. The whole time they kept me informed on what was happening. I was very impressed by their customer service.

Jordan was great to deal with and very knowledgeable on Land Rover products, I highly recommend asking for him. Everyone was good to work with and worked fast, they were fair on our trade in as well. The wife loves her new Range Rover.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS SERIOUS WORK! I'll start off by saying I love the sales and finance team. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Land Rover OKC and dealt with Sean and he's an outstanding, honest guy and great at his job. Here's the problem: Michael in Service. EVERY SINGLE issue I've had with this place, he's been involved. He seems to never know what is going on, he has THE WORST customer service skills I have EVER experienced. So incredibly rude and no help whatsoever. I have had to get Sean in sales involved to fix every issue. I have tried to go through Dylan or Bumper but always seem to get Michael. PLEASE put him where he doesn't have to deal with customers. Its extremely frustrating when you purchase a vehicle this expensive and have to deal with that for service rep especially when you cant talk directly to the service techs.

Never used this dealership before, bought a Land Rover for daughter and took here for simple repair. They rushed me to get vehicle there to just sit there. Been a week with no vehicle and starting last Thursday I was told I was next and line and would get a call the next day, never happened. Their biggest issue is communication...

I never write bad reviews but it's a shame how they are treating their customers. Sent my car servicing for an engine issue and they had it for month and it came back with the scratches on my bumper, back door handle not working and a metal plate around the interior screen warped. The servicing department needs improvement and accountability!

I scheduled a annual service for my wife's 2012 Range Rover on September the 20th the first appointment available was for October the 26th. After speaking with Bumper who was very helpful and kind about a loaner car she said they did not have one available. I secured a rental for the time the car was in the shop. My wife's car was there Thursday and Friday26th/27th. On Monday the 30th I called and asked for a time-line update and was informed there were still 4 cars in front of mine. I chose instead to pickup the vehicle and take it to Eurosport in Norman. Dropped off Monday at 4pm and picked up on Tuesday at 10am.

Terrible service after the sale. Multiple warning lights on dash after 15k miles, dealer trying to charge to 7k fix sensors saying they are not covered under warranty. We have had to fill the coolant reservoir up 3 times now, and the dealer says this is normal, these cars use coolant SMH. Go buy somewhere else. $70k brand new junk car

The whole buying process was smooth. Everything from meeting Tyler, who helped me find the car I wanted, to finalizing the deal with the finance manager. I was met with respect and professionalism. The easiest process I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I didn t experience any misleading sales tactics or over sales on products I wouldn t need. I feel like I walked away with a fair purchase agreement which made me feel confident in both myself and the whole team at Land Rover Of Oklahoma City. I m a very happy customer! Thank you!

Just bought our first Land Rover from here and we love it! We dealt with associate Joe Box who is awesome! He answered all of our questions, and worked with us to find exactly what we needed. The finance department was very kind, and worked hard to get us a reasonable payment that was within our budget. I highly recommend Land Rover of OKC if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle.

AVOID this service department if at all possible! We brought our '17 Range Rover in for simple battery replacement. Service rep Dylan suggested we should avoid future issues and replace the right valve seal. There were NO LEAKS prior to battery replacement, but we reluctantly agreed to the preventative maintenance. The day after we picked up the car, we noticed significant electrical issues - yep, you guessed it - the alternator is now soaked in oil and ruined. Bob Moore Range Rover Service (Mero) denied the obvious fact that the oil leaked onto the alternator resulted from the service they performed. And we would need to pay another $1740. The only question in my mind is "was it deliberate or just incompetence?" But, we like Bumper.

Absolutely wonderful service from Bumper!! She kept me informed the entire time my car was in for service. She was always quick to get back with me about EVERYTHING. Worker and part shortage are a real issue everywhere right now, but they did great with getting me a loaner car and even working well with my warranty company. I feel like customer service is terrible, Everywhere you go now. So I was super grateful that I received such great quality service.

People are nice and want to do a good job. However, they claim they have no loaner cars for owners having their vehicles serviced. The process of getting service done is complicated and seemed disorganized. Items were not completed and communication is predominately through texting so will not earn a 5 star review.

My service advisor, Micheal was awesome and a 5-star. Got a 4- star because it s ridiculous owning a $150k vehicle and can t get a loaner and I planned it out 3 weeks in advance. No excuse, LR should have loaners. Pretty simple.

Elizabeth worked hard to get my car fixed as quickly as possible so I could get back to my usual routine. And she made sure I had transportation to and from the dealership since I had no one who could drive me there.
