They answered and took care of any questions I asked. I couldnt have been treated any better... UPDATE...... The Jeep I purchased ($11000) had to be worked on same day because of engine light. Then it wouldn't start. Out of the month with the jeep, they had it a little over 2 weeks they agreed to take it back and get something else off the lot, chose a Durango (again they still had my 11000, now the Durango is running hot in less than 2 months of having it. Called to only get a portion of my money back and give them back the durango to be told that "we said we cant take that ride with you" 2 messed vehicles from the same lot within less than 3 months. They will kill you with kindness and then stab with the knife.. Oh did I mention they are charging me for the money had used to fix the jeep (by adding the amount to the durango) that never worked properly. Even when the tow guy came, he informed me that he had picked up the jeep from a store with the same issue before I bought it meaning they knew it was effed up. This is how Veterans are treated. I have yet to receive any portion of my money back. Kathryns Auto Sales however left me feeling completely satisfied with warranty and an SUV that I love. I will eventually be taking them to court but also will contact the news station so that okc can be cautious about the vehicles being sold here. Im out 11000 with no working vehicle.....

Bunch of liars, crooks, and thieves. Save yourself the time, energy, and headache. My relative paid $500 in cash on a car note and forgot their receipt. Suddenly, they owed $500.Was supposed to receive parts and never did.UPDATE YOUR HOURS!! Driven here several times on a Saturday to pay a note and they were closed when the posted hours say they're open until 5. I have complained about this more than once, and it has not been updated. Gas is too high to come over here for nothing.Won't even refer my enemies to this place.

No problems PURCHASING. BUT had issues with the title, somehow got the odometer numbers wrong & can't seem to get the information I need taken care of just so I can register my car that I bought CASH?!! 3 days & counting on the run around!

Bought a car, financed with my bank. Six weeks later my check engine light is on and within 24 hours my car won't start. Called them and asked for help, the lady rushed me off the phone and they refused. Don't go here, sblnakes and slimey sales. Just awful.

Nothing but amazing hospitality and welcoming hands. Especially Smitty, she has been the best car sales person I've encountered and that's saying something. Definitely will be coming back for my next purchase.

Best experience I have had buying a car. Vehicles are clean and dependable and all have been through a rigorous inspection. Rudy & Kurt go the extra mile to please their customers. They give a free warranty plus 3 free months of On Star & XM Radio.

The ladies in the location and mechanic take of the customers. Took my car in for repairs under their warranty they provide that had multiple issues and was told could have a temporary vehicle for the day to be able to get around. Manger chose not to honor that and instead had me sitting when I was supposed to be at a dr appointment for a mri and then work so they could patch the vehicle up and send me back off with it not fully repaired.

I judge location like this by the way they treat the employees. If the employees get treated well you will get that in return. After asking questions and talking to individual employees I knew this was the right place. And the used vehicles are in good shape

I put in a credit application online and haven't heard anything back I've emailed reaching out about it and don't even get retur ed emails submitted one elsewhere and heard back within minutes of submission

My husband was physically assaulted by financial guy named Aaron Butler yesterday during business hours in front of multiple customers. Also may i include that after he physically assaulted my huband i had a seizure. And Butler pointed and laughed during a serious medical condition plus im 7 1/2 months pregnant . smh

don't go there they stole my car out from under me and sold it I was not late on car note or anything and they report it and I am homeless now become of them am I am handycap but they don't care beware
