Kev and his team did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. I went to the shop but they'll come to your house, your car, wherever you are!!! We have two small pugs that shed like crazy and they were able to get a years worth of puppy dog car rides out of the car. It looked brand new. So thankful for him and the job they did!

Made the appointment online. Received confirmation and a calendar invite for the appointment. Went to the appointment on time, which was just before a road trip with friends, only to find out that he wasn't taking appointments for the next 2 weeks and forgot to take the website down. And because I work overnight until 10am, and we're leaving later today, it's too late to find someplace else to do the detailing, and I'm stuck with an SUV with a year's worth of dog fur. This is not how you run a business.In response to being told as an answer to my review that I should have called to confirm the appointment, that information was nowhere on the site, and I received an email confirming that my appointment had been accepted. This email was received on the same day the appointment was made, and stated in large bold letters "Your appointment has been accepted." Where in any of that exchange should I have had to understand that I needed to call to confirm? Also, why make the appointment booking an online option if the customer is just going to have to call anyway?

I just pull up and they take care of EVERYTHING else! Professional, courteous and so much much attention to detail! Kev and his staff have done an amazing job with my oversized SUV each time I have visited. Kev and his team were very professional with the utmost respect. Quality work done in a timely manner. The mobile detailing service left my car looking great & smelling better! Kev always does a phenomenal job. Doesn't charge a lot (he really could charge more), comes to me when I can't get to him, and the finished product is terrific. I tag him on FB all the time when someone is asking for a car detailer.
