Eric and his team took great care of my wife's car. They went the extra mile and drove to pick up a part when they found out the delivery would take four days. I will forever use them and recommend them to anyone I know.

They went Above and Beyond in the service and care for my vehicle. Also the knowledge was second to none. Very professional, very honest and made you feel as if you're a vehicle was their vehicle. I will be returning for a future services. Treated me like a person and not a number

They really helped me out with several different repairs on my Chevy express 3500. They were able to properly diagnose the problems and get them fixed in a timely manner. They had opportunity to perform unnecessary procedures and repairs, but did the honest thing.

I made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done for 9:30 in the morning. When I made the appointment I was told it should take 2-3 hours, great! When I dropped my car off I was told they would call me when my car was done. I finally called at 1:30 that afternoon and I was told my car would be done 30-45 minutes and he would call when it was ready. Almost 2 hours pass and I called back, no answer so we just went up there. My car was still being aligned. I was told my car was being difficult to be properly aligned and that s why it was taking so long. We didn t leave until 4:30. A 2-3 hour job turned into 7 hours. The owner did apologize for it taking so long after everything was done. One of the guys working on the alignment was smoking in the shop and I am extra sensitive to smoke so it could have just been me but my car smelled like smoke when I got in my car. My carpet and seat on the drivers side had oil or grease all over them, so that was great. I did take a picture and send you the owner of that and he offered to clean it but after my experience I didn t want to be without a car for another day while they cleaned it. I was told it would be $25 for each tire to be mounted and balanced and I was charged $30 for each one, not a huge deal but still kinda frustrating.

Ken s is the only crew I ve ever let work on my Mustang. They are always quick to get er in, diagnose the problem and repair in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Eric takes the time to sit with you and explain all issues and options. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism stand out. I ve come to trust Ken s more and more with every service. Highly recommend.

So My friend took his to get an alignment for $98 but they said that they couldn t do it because the frame was bent and they still charged him $75 and for that information!!! Please explain why??? Is Business so Bad that You have to Price Gouge or is an alignment not Really $98 or Possibly $75 is your assessment fee???When My Friend was there he tried to talk but it made it Worse. Reviews are Deceiving he should ve did his homework!!!

Broke my door handle and didn't offer to repair it. Broke some parts during alignment, and charged me for them. Then 2 days later I found a broken brake pad and my rotor was damaged.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacementServices: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

My front fender tore away in the driver side after hitting a deep, water-filled pothole. Found great reviews of Ken s Auto online and called to schedule a consultation. Arrived for my appointment and the team was friendly. I was in an out in 40 minutes. The team addressed several issues that were quick fixes but said I would need to go to a body shop to get my fender fixed.Honest and efficient team. And they offered me a recommendation to a local body shop and provided a temporary fix for my fender until I can make it to a body shop. Great rates. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I had an issue with my vehicle and turned out to be a relatively easy fix, they called to let me know of anything they came across and we re not pushy when it came to other work that could be done in the process. Very knowledgeable and good at putting things in an understandable way. My car had a slight hiccup after the fix which they got to same day and I was able to have my car after work! I would recommend them to anyone! Don t forget to mention if you re a AAA member!

New Brakes. Coolant issues. Repaired and paid for. Still had coolant issues though so took back in to figure out the problem. Issue resolved on second trip and another few hundred dollars. I like Ken's and Eric. Satisfied but wish it was corrected 1st time cause I kinda felt like I was charged twice for same repair. Otherwise, no complaints and I feel I could drive cross country with no problems. It was a weird issue with coolant responding to the twin turbosI would and do recommend Ken's to friends and family.Service: Engine repair

I was so fortunate to find Ken's tire & auto for my oil change & tire rotation! Being new in town, I had to depend on others reviews- and after my experience, it was clear to see why so many folks love this place. It was an awesome experience from the initial call to schedule an appt, to the key hand off at the end. The team is super friendly and professional, the service was quick, the rates are affordable, and they even followed up a couple days later to ensure I was satisfied. Suffice to say, they exceeded my expectations. I am very happy and not only will I continue to use them for all of my future vehicle needs, but will highly recommend them to everyone I know.Services: Tires, Oil change

Outstanding people with top quality service. I live a little over 2 hours away and went to Ken's Tire and Auto. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, courteous. This shop & mechanics treated me like family. When I'm in that area and I need something mechanical done for any of my vehicles, this is the place to go hands down. They did an amazing job here , they checked with me prior to all repairs to let me know what they were doing and got my approval before just charging me extra !! I had a rattling going on after hitting a bad pot hole. I hit so hard I thought I broke something major. I took It to Ken's just to get an estimate on what it was making the noise. I figured it would be at least $1000 bucks. When Eric told me the total cost would be $283 for parts and labor I was in shock.plus they found all 4 of my tires were going in the wrong direction the rotated them and made sure they were going in the right direction. Ladies if you're worried about getting taken advantage of and being over charged because were women then take your car to Ken's Tire & Auto. These guys are the real deal. They could have hiked the price up and I would have never known it and would have paid it. I appreciate their honesty and am so pleased with their work. My car is fixed and it didn't cost me $1000. In and out in 1hr and 20 min. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend Ken's Tire and Auto for all car repairs. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.. They're honesty and integrity are rare in this business. Thank you Eric and Ben u guys are my heros.Service: Tire rotations

I have waited a year to review! Kens s owner Eric sat me down and really started with the work he felt needed to be done to bring my truck back. Now and I quote Drive it like you stole it. I was a little early so I was able to get my truck in early. The mechanic took a look, tweaked a few things and I walked out paying less than half to quote and a solid feeling engine. Thanks so much for honest interaction. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'll be back with my older truck.

Ken's shop continues to do good work on our car. They replaced the tie rods and ends. Now the steering wheel feels solid. We really appreciate their good work and quick service. And you will too.

if you are young and don t have much money don t go here. expect to be taken advantage of. they seem very nice, but they re not. It s been a year since and i ve made a career in mechanics just because they scammed me so hard. $322 for tires balance, run codes, and thermostat. now I know that s an hour of work and like $50 max of parts. a thermostat is literally $10 at the store. quoted me $800 to fix my window. pleaaaaaase do not go here if you don t know much about cars. you will get scammed. they stay responding they re sorry for my review too, but would never compensate anything that happened. least they could do was discount the service or even call me. it s all just how they look thoughServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
