Bobby was awesome! We love Joe Cooper Lincoln. Their new facility is amazing. They are great to work with. Not pushy and truly listen. They will help you find the right car even if it s not a Lincoln. Customer Service is outstanding. I highly recommend Bobby as a salesman if you re looking for someone kind, helpful, genuine, attentive, but not pushy. We are a Lincoln family and truly believe the service sets them apart from other car brands.

From start to finish our experience with Joe Cooper Lincoln was amazing. We made an appointment and they had the vehicle pulled up and ready at the time of the appointment. Throughout the process Jordin was fantastic. She was patient, listened to what we were looking for, and went above and beyond. This was for our daughter s 16th birthday and Jordin made sure the car was washed, detailed and ready for the surprise we had planned. The purchase process was also laid back, no pressure and quick. I ll start with Jordin and Joe Coopers Lincoln when I make my next purchase.

She went the extra mile to deliver my Tahoe to me after services were completed, and quick to offer me a we owe for the cracked windshield we discovered at delivery. I am updating my rating. If I knew then what I know now, I would not buy a car from them. I should have read the reviews first. Then I would have thought twice before paying for a car through them. They are sneaky with their prices. Kevin was an excellent salesman and I enjoyed working with him, but after that, it went downhill.

I would like to give a shout out to my guy Scotty and my dude Rick for being super helpful, and going above and beyond with my experience at Joe Cooper. Even when things may seem scary or seem like you might have some challenges ahead in the car buying process, these guys will navigate it with you to their best ability and try to make sure you leave happy! If I'm Joe Cooper, I'm evaluating these guys when it comes time for a pay increase. What more can I say about these 2 legends? Amazing job boys!! Drinks on me!P.S. lovin the whip!

On March 13, 2024, we contacted the salesman at Joe Cooper Lincoln, in Edmond, and said we would be there the next morning at 10:00 to purchase the vehicle, we had been discussing with him. We let him know that we would have a $14,000 down payment. The next day, March 14, 2024, we were there at 10:00 to purchase the vehicle and it was a major disappointment, thereafter. We did not expect to fill out paperwork in a public area, on a coffee/snack table. We did not expect a $795.00 docking fee on a vehicle the dealership purchased new and owned for three years, with no negotiation or discussion. (Fowler Toyota waived the docking fee, one month prior, on a vehicle we purchased from them.) We did not expect to be excluded from the finance process, to sit in the finance manager s office as he made small talk for 20 minutes while he concentrated on his laptop and pulled out an electronic document for numerous signatures with an interest rate two points higher than Fowler Toyota one month prior. When we protested, he said this was it. We did not expect to receive one key fob and to be told we would have to purchase the second one ourselves. Overall, this was not a good experience, especially since we had such a stellar experience at Fowler Toyota and expected the same from Joe Cooper Lincoln.

Very welcoming environment when you go here, they don t have the stereotypical car dealership sales mentality that makes you dread buying a car. Definitely would recommend!

This was the customer service I expected to receive from a luxury dealer. They went above and beyond. I absolutely love my Corsair.

Jordan was friendly and helpful from the first call. Rick worked hard to get us the best deal for the car we wanted. They were patient and kind. We did not have the best credit, nor the most money to put down, but we were treated fairly and got our first luxury vehicle at an affordable monthly payment due to their diligence. We felt appreciated and the process was mostly done over phone so when we got to the dealership all we had to do was test drive and sign. Easy and stress free! Thank you Rick and Jordan.

If you need a new or used car, come find Bobby V. At Joe Cooper Lincoln. He was SSSOOO patient with me, took the time to let me look at all the cars I was interested in and knew about each car, the different features, etc, even the non-Lincoln cars!! He took care of us, never made us feel rushed or pushed in any direction, wanted honest feedback after every test drive, and allowed us to take cars on multiple test drives. We got everything on our wishlist at a much better price than I thought we were going to have to spend!! Thank you Bobby for all your hard work.

Your salesperson Kimberly was by far the best sales experience ever. She's extremely knowledgeable, shows incredible professionalism and fiiled with positive energy. Our Purchase of a New Lincoln Corsair almost 3 years ago was a wonderful experience. Problem: Service department has failed on their Cooper care contract. Two trips to Edmond, 1 hour 29 minute drive. Scheduled maintenance Lube Oil Tire rotation, both times the tires have not bee rotated. I did not check until I arrived home 79 miles away. We will take it to a local Ford dealer for rotation. For 40 years we have purchased 8 new Ford products. Only once did we have a negative experience. At this visit we were offered the opportunity to consider a New vehicle. The process went through 2 sales agents, and the sales manager. We are still waiting. Not good communication flow Joe...Yes we are disappointed, but we love the product.

Brooke Steely was extremely helpful.She was friendly, had the car ready for me to look at and drive. She was not pushy and gave me time to think through my decision. It was a pleasure doing business with her.The finance person was down to earth. He explain what each paper was for and gave me the opportunity to read each document and answered all my question.I am pleased with the pre-owned car I purchased!

Jayllen our salesperson didn't try to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want, and she kept us well informed throughout the process. We SCHEDULED an APPOINTMENT to get our car fixed as it clunks very hard going into reverse. We took it the evening prior to our appt. They checked it in, took mileage and pics etc. We left it there and heard NOTHING from them unless we called to find out what they are doing on our car. AFTER 6 DAYS and calling many times they contacted us the car was ready. We went to get it and they even washed it before giving to us. They informed us they did some stuff we think mostly software issues according to the work order we got. .. He also informed us that we need to get fuel.. ( we NEVER let our fuel gage get low).. We were so surprised by that we decided to look and see how many miles they drove our car!! 104 miles !!!!!!! Yes. 104 miles from when they got it to when we picked it up !! No wonder it took 6 WORKING days, where did whomever drive it?? This was just for a reverse issue.. When we called the tech wanting some answers who gave them the right to put over 100 miles on our car and leave it empty he offered to put fuel in. THAT IS TOTALLY NOT WHAT WE WANT TO KNOW. WHERE DID THEY DRIVE OUR CAR AND WHY??? YES, THEY SHOULD FILL OUR CAR BACK UP BUT IM JUST HERE TO TELL YOU OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. I JUST HOPE WHOMEVER DROVE OUR CAR DIDNT DO SOMETHING STUPID AND IT COME BACK ON US. WE HAVE ASKED SUPERVISOR TO RETURN OUR CALL BUT NOTHING AT THIS TIME..WE DONT SEE ANY DAMAGE TO THE CAR AND KINDA KNOW NOW WHY THEY WASHED IT AS IT WAS CLEAN WHEN WE TOOK IT TO THEM 6 WORKING.... DAYS AGO. SO WITH THIS ALL BEING SAID, BEWARE IF YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE. We are so disappointed you simply can't trust anyone anymore. I'm glad we took our personal items and garage opener etc. Out before leaving it with them and suggest you do the same if you going to use this particular dealership.. Just our experience.
