Your vehicle will sit in a parking lot for days even with an appointment. They like to blame volume of vehicles being brought in but that doesn't sound like my problem. If you have a high volume hire more techs to handle that volume or have better scheduling. I am fortunate enough to have multiple vehicles so the impact on me is minimal outside of being frustrated my brand new truck is sitting in a parking lot not being looked at. I've called three other local Ford dealers and none them operate this way. Save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else.Edit: adding a second star just for Dustin my technical advisor. He should be teaching classes on customer service.

I had scheduled an appointment to take my vehicle in because I was told that they needed to "run diagnostics" to pinpoint the source of a transmission fluid leak that was found during an oil change. I was told it would take a couple of days to run them. Dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday night so they could start on it first thing Wednesday morning. Long story short, by Friday afternoon, after being told several times that the technician was still running the diagnostics and I would know something soon, I went by there and discovered that it was sitting at the back of the parking lot and hadn't been touched so I took the vehicle back and told them to forget it.I had received 3 texts ahead of my appointment to remind me about it. I guess I should have been texting THEM to remind them about my appointment. If they had just called the day before and told me they couldn't get to it until Friday (or later) I would've understood and been able to keep my Bronco until they WERE ready to look at it. But instead they kept telling me that they were still working on it.About a week later I got a call to see if I was happy with my service appointment and I filled her in on what had happened. She apologized and said that someone would be contacting me. That didn't happen so I sent an email through the "Contact Us" on their website. Still no response.

My complaint is when I dropped my truck off, it was 6:57 am. They open at seven. I walked in and was told that I could use the night drop off or wait. Being that I was leaving town, I used to night drop off and while I was filming it the paperwork, they opened the bay doors.The quality of work and repair process was great. No complaints on that end, just the drop off experience.

Taylor I n the service dept made my stressful diagnosis on my truck much easier to tolerate with her kind smile and sweet words of encouragement. Thanks for getting my truck handled so quick and for Taylor being the sweetest, prettiest employee :) at Joe Cooper Ford . Thanks guys and gals

Salesmen like to shake your hand then the next day change the deal by $1,000. Also lied about the car having a multipoint inspection. They could never provide us a copy because it wasn t performed. Very dissatisfied.

I take my F150 Ford to them and have always gotten very good service, andTheir people are so nice.very happy with them

Their service department is good and fast
