Fast, efficient, friendly! Everything you could ask for and more. We were lucky enough to have two awesome salesmen that night. Jg and Steve were amazing. They were funny, knew their vehicles and provided us with the utmost respect and helped me find my favorite vehicle purchase ever. Jason was also super efficient and moved the process along quickly. I'm happy to say we had a pleasant experience yesterday when we purchased our truck. Tyler is the girl you should ask for! She was patient and kind making us feel welcome, she spent 7+ hours helping my very picky husband find the perfect truck for us. She was so patient and not once tried to sway us to buy something else that we weren't looking for. The finance department was very kind as well. Thank you Tyler you are awesome!!

Last night I had the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership and I ve been to 10+ of them. My salesman, Shanelle, was so helpful, nice, and didn t try to pressure me into a purchase that I wasn t comfortable with and I appreciated it very much. Customer service from her was TOP NOTCH. 10/10 recommended working with her if you get the chance.

Finding a car was the easy part with 3 dealerships as part of their resources. The staff are professional and kind. The buying process of the car a bit more painful. We felt pressured to finance rather than pay cash to get the best price. The endless paperwork that they could not seem to get together in one place. Salesman and Manager had to get finance people from a separate building to twice to help them complete the sale. It took 2 days and about 5 hours both days. We could not get the title to the car after several repeated phone calls and an additional day of going to the dealership twice again with still no success. The car was going out of state and getting the title was imperative for insurance. This dealership could be great if they could streamline the process and get their act together.

Experience 1: Brought my truck in before a road trip for alignment/oilchange/rotation. Pick It up, truck steers off into the ditch leaving. Go back and ask them if they aligned It and drove It. They said yes. Ask them to fix It. They recommend an aftermarket $550+ alignment bolt kit, which is not needed. Told me F150 s can t be aligned without the kit, although It was fine before. Declined after calling another dealer to confirm that wasn t true. Get the truck back, they wrote how they used tools to damage my truck and weren t liable.Experience 2: Recently serviced my truck, they left oil filter loose and drain pan full of oil. Causing me to clean up my driveway and refill oil I lost on the way home.Experience 3: Brought my wife s Explorer in for recalls, they didn t call when It was finished. Didn t inspect another issue we asked about, had to reschedule an appointment. Left bolts out of my dash. Said they would comp an inspection for the first issue we asked about, get It back, car shakes like crazy on the way home. Didn t shake on the way there. Asked them if they removed the wheels, they said no, but asked if we hit something. Really? Said as an apology they would do the repair needed at a discounted rate as an apology for all of our issues we haven t left reviews about. Drop It off, they don t call. We have to call several days in a row to find our cars been missing. We were told a new employee left abruptly and might have taken It. Days go by, they say they ll file a police report but they want to look for It first. Then come back to say they actually found It and accidentally gave It to another customer. That for four days had no idea It wasn t their car even though the stark differences in car and interior belongings. Appears someone smoked in the car, pillar trim was pulled off, rear seat headrest is broke and seats won t fold down, bolts in dash still missing. Had them deliver to another dealer for inspection that finds all this suspicious.Dealership offered me free oil changes for their mistake. When It was at the dealer for discounted service to make up for bad services we ve made them aware of but never reviewed and It goes missing. Service manager on the car was let go after this, coincidence?Absolutely, do not take your car here for service. And I m not a person that leaves bad reviews but I am a person that knows each and every issue my cars have and It seems like stuff is broken more after taken there than fixed.EDIT/UPDATE: Joe Cooper responded with a nice message to call the General Manager as seen below to handle the situation. I called him, he had zero idea who I was, why I was calling him and said he would get back to me and never did. Filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company.

The team at Joe Cooper Ford are exceptional. Sales Consultant Jeric Hudson was welcoming from the moment I stepped out of my truck but never pressured me at all. He was patient and respectful while I processed the deal.In financing, Bobby Sweeney walked me through every option and again never pressured me one bit.This is my second truck purchased from Joe Cooper Edmond and won t be my last.

The buying experience in general was satisfactory. I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price and the staff I worked with were friendly. The rating is based on the fact that I was advised everything was checked out and good to go but within a month of purchasing it, I am in need of front brake pads and rotor replacement, both sides. That cost will be upwards of $600 to replace. The power sunroof has also stopped working and will cost approximately $2500 to repair but I don't hold them responsible for that. I did send a message to the representative I worked with there 6 days ago requesting a response to see if any assistance would be provided for the brake job or if I could bring the vehicle there for them to inspect and repair. I have not received any reply whatsoever.

Abigail Butler did a great job helping us through the entire process. We walked in wanting to look at two vehicles, both of which were not on the lot. Abby was able to set clear expectations on when these would be available for us to look at and scheduled an appointment so she could have them both ready. She was so patient with our toddler and went out of her way to ensure that all the little things were done so we could leave quickly to get our son to bed. Everyone that we spoke to was so kind and made sure that we were taken care of. I ll always recommend Joe Cooper Ford

I have purchased several trucks from Cooper over the years and typically have had my vehicles serviced there.Never again.Took my 20 F150 KR in for synthetic works package in which I had purchased 3 prior in a package.I asked for them to look at my rear differential for seepage and they came back and said I needed a pinion seal replaced for 263.00. I also wanted a price on replacing the rear differential fluid and it took an entire day to get that price. When they did finally come up with a price, they wanted almost 800.00 for that.This is nearly triple what I have paid for that service prior.Also, they said I needed a new air filter that was replaced 4 months ago and they said I needed a new cabin filter that was also replaced 4 months ago. When told that those items were done at another dealership, the service writer said "Well that's probably why they quoted it, because they didn't see in the history where WE had done it" I asked "So they don't actually inspect the items???"I rejected all services and will have the truck serviced at Vance in Guthrie. It is a much longer drive, but they have always been fair,unlike what I experienced today.

When the car dealership that I bought my new car from failed miserably to offer quality service, I took my car to Joe Cooper, Ford in Edmond. They not only helped me straighten out the extended warranty debacle that the previous car dealership sold me but they serviced my car in record time and got it back to me so that I might be able to make my Thanksgiving destination timely. Their service manager is the best in the business. You can count on their service department 100%. Better than that, one of their salesman gave me a ride home so that I might be able to drop my car off without having to to wait on the shuttle. Nice people to deal with. My next new car will be purchased from Joe Cooper Ford.

I m not one that post nothing negative most the time I just let it go so I can contact Joe Cooper Ford Edmond, and a person named Tyler reached out to me. We made an appointment showed up from my appointment. Got there and asked for Tyler. The representative came back and said they are not here. They ve got home for the day. OK well I had an appointment at five with Tyler. I can just text them and let them know I can reschedule just thinking that, something came up with a family emergency no big deal. Go ahead and cancel your appointment today since you had to go ahead and leave. I m still here. I m at the car. I got a little confused. I left car dealership. I was contacted a little bit later by her assistant. I let her know why I didn t reschedule. I was told one thing so I don t really think that s kind of a great start reach back out to me. I ll give you a second chance she said I ll text you from my cell phone number. I was like OK. And she asked for some photos of my vehicle and what my monthly payment would be I sent her her rough estimate I didn t go, and that was Monday of this week Still, no response and messages are still unread. I hope the next customer has better luck

We purchased a 2021 Chevy 2500 in December of 2023. Jay the sales guys was great he sent photos and details on the truck before we flew to OK to pick up the vehicle. In the first month the front end in the truck started to shake going down the road. Hoping it was an easy alignment or balanced tire issue I took the truck to the shop to find out that the front end of the truck needed major repairs, tie rods, control arms, ball joints etc. These repairs are around $3000. We purchased from Joe Cooper because they offer a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. The auto reply to this negative review will ask me to call Blake the General Manager but I have called over 20 times in the past 6 weeks without a response. They have drug out this process out to almost our 3 month time period and we are right around 2700 miles. I wouldn't count on their mechanical inspections or them honoring their own warranty. We also had to call several times to get the title mailed out so that we could register our truck. It took almost 60 days to receive the paperwork needed to register our truck.

In a short amount of time we were presented with two trucks to choose from. We chose one and the paperwork began. We were informed of each and every step taken with our purchase. If I could give less then 1 star I would. We drove allThe way from Wichita, KS after being told they would hold a 2018 Toyota Camry for us to look at. We even had an appointment with Adam. They sold the car, and never sent us a courtesy text, or gave us a call to let us know. When you tell someone you re driving 3 hours to look at a car I would expect a lot better customer service. Worst customer service ever! I don t recommend.

I did buy a vehicle from this establishment and without going into details and also keeping this review to a paragraph or two instead of a book.. My experience Joe Cooper Ford was nothing short of irritating. The sales guy was good, finance personnel, not so much. After two visits to this establishment ( initial purchase, secondary visit to ask questions about what I was told during financing ) and multiple calls to my lender, whom told me what I was told incorrect information pertaining to what my interest rate would be. It seems the available facts lead to a determination that the financing department people are either incompetent through unawareness, or they are willingly twisting variables to sway the selling of vehicles in their favor.Would I purchase or recommend purchase from this dealer.. no I would not! And if any body who reads this and finds themselves in this dealership. Be very careful of the smoke and mirrors game or just have your financing prepared beforehand.Good luck
