Friendly professional service was greeted instantly by the workers. Everything was explained clearly, and I did have a stripped oil plug bolt that they took care of in about 20 minutes, which I really appreciated them doing. Fair prices, and great service for an oil change.

The staff was very friendly. My car drives and feels better than when I went in. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The other customers waiting with me were happy.

Guys where amazing rig is running great full transmission service filter and fluid.Left y all s parking lot in okc and drove straight back to Massachusetts 1,700 miles with no issues and my rig shifted better than ever:)

I needed an oil change so I pulled up here and parked in front of an empty bay. Someone greeted me immediately and took my keys and held the door for me as I walked inside. I sat for a couple of minutes until someone called me by name to ask what all services I would need and give me an estimate. I asked for an oil change and provided my coupon. I was done there in less than twenty minutes and it was painless.

It s probably been a year ago but a friend of mine just reminded me of it. Last time I had my oil changed at this location whoever changed my oil or vacuumed my vehicle not only stole all the change that I had in my car but they also stole my husband s brass pinch hitter! Now last I knew . Spare change & personal belongings were not part of the payment so that s why I will never use Jiffy Lube again! As much as I hate Walmart I d rather go THERE! Watch your stuff at Jiffy Lube! They keep what they want.

After my oil change they even cleaned the trash and vacuumed the front floors! That was so sweet of them to do. I will definitely be back!

I took both mine and my kids car in this week for oil changes. The staff is very fast, attentive and curious. A very polite young man was the 1st one to greet me both times. Literally took may 15 min for them to get done with the entire service of each vehicle. I highly recommend this location. I suspect this will be the only place I will take our vehicles for oil change maintenance. Absolutely loved the customer service of every employee.

These guys at THIS particular jiffy were Incredibly fast and their work was above par. All I got was an oil change however, I peek back in the back jus to check on things and these guys were vacuuming out my car!!! I have never gone to a shop where they did this. I think Ive found my car needs home. Amazing work fast and very friendly service. Just a great vibe and shop all around.Service: Oil change

The employees were very nice. However the cost was outrageous, I have never paid more than 80.00 for an oil change and filters. Looking at the paper work it totalled right at 280.00 the 5 quarts of oil was 118.00 and the interior filter was 83.00 and the air filter was 34.00. I was allowed 90.00 discount.so I ended up with 202.00 total. I was really disappointed and felt like I wS taken advantage of due to being a female with out of state plates. I won't be back.

The kindest most respectful techs! I ve never taken my car to get an oil change because I always do them myself. They were attentive to my concerns and explained everything fully. They never tried to upcharge me/ didn t try to confuse me just because I m a female! All techs took extra time and effort and gave great advice for auto questions I had outside of the oil change. I would definitely return here and feel comfortable knowing my car is in good hands. David also really went the extra mile and helped with an issue with my fan. The manager also went out of the way to give some tips for doing a job outside of the oil change. All around great techs and people. You can tell they love what they do and the main tech who did the job was so happy and in a great mood. 5 stars.

This was my first time visiting this location I found them through Groupon. They were friendly informative and helpful. Will definitely go back for the recommended repairs.

These guys are great, very helpful and friendly. In the last 3+ years I've bought tires from them, had my fuel system cleaned, and all oil changes done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

There was a young man there that was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I had called about which was an oil change that I had purchased from Groupon. His name was Tyreek Stoner! He explained the difference in the types of oil offered and what would be best for me. The price was well under regular, by $40. Mr. Stoner is a great asset to your company! I'd recommend a bonus or recommendation for his great customer service! He even supplied me with a few tips to make my experience even more inexpensive! Great phone voice as well! I didn't use this location because I got mixed up and went to the Meridian location instead. They were great there as well!

Wow! Is all I can say about this Jiffy Lube! Everyone was so nice, nobody was pushy to buy this or that! Nothing like hearing all the guy s laughing And enjoying what they was doing! You don t ever see that in a workplace! It s been a long long time since I ve been into a shop where I felt comfortable and not worried about get scammed because I m a female! Not trying to just say one guy did better then the other! But Mr. Tyree! You are truly humble! Thank you! Thank you to all! Definitely will be back!! They got me right in with no delays. I was definitely impressed!!! They topped off my fluids and went an extra mile in professionalism and service with no additional charge. They weren't high-pressure upselling. It was an all-around 10 star experience!

Despite their name and claim to fast service the cynic in me brought something to keep me busy anyway. I was happily surprised to not need it. I even received professional, friendly, and helpful service. Everything we want in customer service and have very low expectations of ever getting it. I have to add, this isn t a hidden gem tucked away in a privileged neighborhood you have to go out of you way to find. This is on I-240 & Penn, a busy area. Thank you guys for getting this task off my list as painlessly as possible. Well done!Service: Oil change

this is the worst JL in which I had to change the oil. The workers are sleepy and do not understand what they want from them, they just stand and smile. Changed the oil in 45 minutes. zero stars. The oil did not have time to drain, but they have already tightened the nut, as a result, you have more oil in your motor than it should be! inadequate character in the photo.

I asked to have my tires checked and techs advised me it was checked and once I start driving my tire light would disappear, nope the light is still on and my dash says to check my tires
