My tire pressure monitor light came on, and I stopped by this location to have my tires checked and aired. The manager took his time to plug up a vehicle scanner and determined that one sensor was bad. He advised me to order the correct part. I ordered the replacement part and brought it back to this location. The manager and a technician named Mars both were extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. I really appreciate their wonderful service. I am definitely using their services again for all my vehicles.

I used a Groupon for my service and I was handled quickly and efficiently and with just as much care and curteousy as someone that didn't have a discounted service being provided. The technician was kind, efficient and did his job well. Thank you for helping me out.

I wouldn t advise anyone to get their car serviced here. I stopped to see about my wheel shaking when I braked and even shakes when driving all the time.The manager I believe there , tried to convince me that it was 100% my brakes and rotors; when I expressed too him that I had all four brakes and rotors put on car about a year and a half ago, he proceeded to convince me that it was my brakes and rotors. The price would be $350 to complete the front I believe. My gut told me to get a second opinion, so I left because I felt they just wanted to make money.I went and got a second opinion down the street from jiffy, this particular shop went to assess the car and realized it was my lower control arm, was completely broken off, not my breaks or rotors. I felt that if I would ve just got my hard done at jiffy, they never would ve truly found the source of the problem, which is scary.

I have a 2016 Honda Fit, it was in great running condition and took in for an oil change.They performed their routine inspection along with it as a way to upsell services and subsequently showed me my engine air filter And cabin air filter, which were quite dirty. I told them I didn t have enough money to pay for all of it, so I d have to wait. As soon as I drove away my car died in the middle of the road and It continues to shut off everytime I slow down to idle or have to stop .which makes driving in traffic a nightmare. Also it s misfiring so bad it s almost comical and at times can barely accelerate. I popped my hood to check out my engine and see they broke three out of four clips that hold down the casing for the air filter. Apparently the other problems can be from a bad air filter seal and possibly O2 sensor which was working just fine until they messed with it. Very upsetting. It s estimated to cost me ~ $1000 to get it all repaired.

I ve been to so many locations of Jiffy Lube over the years, this was the first time at NW 23rd /Meridian and my best experience. Trenton and Andrew handled my oil change. Trenton even cleaned my windows, that s never happened before despite it being part of the service. Fantastic crew at this location! A+++Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The receipt indicated that all the fluids were checked and full. I asked the employee if they added wiper fluid (I knew it was out). He said they didn t because they were out of wiper fluid. The receipt indicated that it was full when it wasn t. I felt deceived and made me question if they replaced the oil or not or checked anything on the car. I can get just an oil change somewhere else for less. I take my car to jiffy because I thought they were helping me maintain my car. I guess I was wrong

I always have the best experience here. I have gone to this location for years and would never choose to go anywhere else. They are quick and extremely helpful with any maintenance service you need done.

I don't think they checked the air pressure in my tires. My car will tell me what the air pressure is in each tire. All four tires were around 26 lb. I drove back and asked them to recheck and he explains sometimes the cold weather makes them drop but it was only around 50�. So he was so nice and gladly walked around and put all my tires pressure up to 34. He was very nice and polite. This was my second visit to that Jiffy Lube. I will go back.Service: Oil change

Very helpful service to help diagnose and trouble shoot. They do have inconsistencies in what they tell a customer on what needs to be repaired. I do not recommend getting any major repairs done. However, the staff is very helpful and continues to look at the issues. They help by giving free estimates. As with all cars and trucks, it's very essential to get multiple estimates. Any mechanical work that is done on my vehicles will be done by an ASE certified mechanic. They do handle the oil change very effectively and make sure the tires and fluids are up to par. The service is very helpful and beneficial. Their quote for the front end of my truck was over $1,200 more than what an ASE certified mechanic recommended to have done to my truck.Again, they are very helpful and have a fast service that I recommend for oil change and looking at the vehicle.

I recently visited this Jiffy Lube location, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the service I received. The employee who assisted me when I arrived was unwelcoming and rude in their communication. To make matters worse, I had a paper coupon from Groupon, which they strongly refused to accept and insisted I download the Groupon app to validate it. This experience left me with a bad impression.I will not be returning to this particular Jiffy Lube, primarily due to the initial encounter. I do want to note, though, that the employee at the cash register was more accommodating and courteous, which was a small consolation in an otherwise unpleasant visit. Customer service is a significant factor in choosing an auto service provider, and unfortunately, this location fell short of expectations.

Again, very nice people quick service very attentive. You can always count on jiffy lube They always get the job done in a quick manner with no hassles. If you want an oil change or some small automotive needs, jiffy lube is your place.

Was told I needed rear shocks ($499.) because they were leaking, told I needed a drive belt and was a quart low on coolant. Took the car to my mechanic and was told none of was needed. They had replaced the drive belt two months earlier and added coolant two weeks ago. Just trying to save a few bucks on an oil change, I won't try that again. Who knows whether they put full synthetic oil as requested or regular oil in the car.

My Jiffy experience, went in for an oil change. Molly got me squared away, broke all the different oil types down, I already knew this but having the clarification shows me their knowledge on the product. Triston personally went to go pick up my air filter down the street. Part was taking longer than usual to get in so he hoped in his whip to go get that for me, and the other guys got my car cleaned out and wiped down. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I was totally satisfied with the service rendered and the customer service was excellent in every way. They took the time to explain each issue found with my car besides servicing the oil change. Fantastic experience. In and out quickly, and had a couple of cars in front of me. Both lines had a few cars, and both lines went fast. Trip helped me check in and check out He was very knowledgeable. Great guy. All the techs were polite yet busy and focused on getting their jobs done. They did a great job on my old vehicle. Went in for an Oil Change. Sticker shock, but I'm out of state, and need it done... Thought "30" off of 100 sounded good, but when I returned to Indiana, I checked and we run closer to $50 for the same oil change (without the "discount"). I was then told I needed new air filters... I know better, but accepted the recommendation before doing 800 mile trip home... I did forget to ask price... More sticker shock that 2 air filters added another $100....Since I did not ask ahead I accepted the price given, but very valuable lesson to research ahead of time... even if I think I'm using a "reputable" company, whom I have used beforeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
