I'm the field superintendent with Budget Flag Jose was awesome to deal with they got our skid steer up and running when we ran into an issue they took it back got us fixed up at no additional cost definitely recommend for anyone needing equipment worked on would definitely recommend to everyone!

Truly appreciate the superior customer service from both Janis & Ronnie. Ronnie's knowledge, experience, and attention to detail with our company's brand new GEHL forklift was greatly appreciated, and their down to earth, friendly personalities is a breath of fresh air! A great company! Good folks that do great work at fair prices. Tim & Gary are absolutely brilliant to work with and their shop staff is top notch. If you need it, they can probably find it. Clean shop and reliable, quick work!

First time we were at this company, we purchased a blower ($12,000) and when we picked our truck up it had air line issues so we took it to our local shop to get it checked out and turns out after J&R finished their installation the air lines were hooked up backwards. So after spending $12k we had to spend even more to get the truck operational because of their inability to put parts back properly.At 9 months this new blower had a seal go out and that cost us approximately $600. They kept the truck for 3 days and nothing was done until I went there and sat the entire afternoon waiting for the truck to get done.After 1 year of use, the blower somehow got out of time. Since we bought the blower from J&R, I took the truck back to J&R to get it transferred to my new truck and to get it back in time. Hosea is the guy over the service area and he assured us that they would get it timed and transferred would take about a week. It took 3 days but they removed the blower from the old truck and called us so I took the new truck in and left it for the blower to be installed.After about 12 days and installing the blower on the new truck Hosea called to inform me that the blower was locked up. Informed me that my options were either to take the blower off and send it in for repair or pay up to $2500 and trade it in for a rebuilt blower. First option would take the longest and second option I would have the truck back with the blower in 2 days. It took a week for the exchange to be made and Hosea called to let me know the truck was ready but they would not release it to me because they didn t know how much the trade was going to cost until the repair company tore the locked up blower down and checked to see what the repair would cost. So for another week they kept my truck even though it was ready to go to work, costing me $1000/day income. So much of this could have been handled differently and this review would not have been so low. But do my money, I will never go back to J&R Equipment for anything. If this blower goes down then I will go elsewhere for repairs. J&R Equipment Service department has lots of issues and I will not have work done there again. The people are very nice there but they do not return calls and they do not give you all the information needed to make decisions for yourself. So a total of 3 weeks, $4200 and $22000 in lost income later, I finally have a rebuilt blower and my truck back. Ridiculous!

I am filling in for someone while they are away and had to call them to get help. the gentleman that helped me was so friendly and was willing to send photos so I could verify before I sent someone out there to pick it up. I would definitely recommend this place and would use them again if need be. Keep up the good hard work.
