We arrived at Rockwell RV Park in OKC and when backing into my spot I heard a loud bang. I looked around and didn t find anything obvious. Later on in the afternoon I crawled underneath the trailer and found one of the disk brake calipers hanging by the brake line. I started looking for RV mobile mechanics and I liked the reviews for J&B Mobile RV Repair, so I called them on an early Sunday evening. I expected no answer or maybe they would tell me tomorrow. But James answered after 3 rings and said he would stop by and see what he could do that night. He went and got the parts he needed and had the job finished in under an hour. In fact he noticed another problem that I was already going to try and fix and said he would be back in the morning to fix it right. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and easy going manner. I would highly recommend J&B Mobile RV Repair and not hesitate to call them for service if I m ever back in the area. Plus I felt that his prices were reasonable.

Our trailer wheel caught on fire while driving down I40. We called James and he was on site within 30 minutes. Our trailer had impossible parts to find, but James went all over town and back to find the pieces and literally custom built our wheel on the side of the interstate all while it was raining sideways. It was such a frustrating process and he remained polite and helpful the entire time. After 6 hours of bending over backwards for us, he had us pull off the interstate so he could look over the rest of the wheels. We are so grateful and lucky to have been in this area so that James could help us. Thanks so much!

The attached pictures are of my disaster when my 5rh wheel tire AND wheel fell off on I40 outside oklahoma city. James happened to be driving by and pulled over.. I called another company that wouldn't even come out to look but thanks to James, he took one look and said I can fix you up. In two hours or less, he had me back on the road. He saved the day on a special day when he helped me get on the road to my retirement party with three other recently retired Army vets! There are not enough words for his steadfast work, professionalism, and above all great and fair prices. Moat companies will charge you an arm and a leg for roadside assistance. Not James. He will forever be on speed dial when I'm in the OKC area!Service: Tires

We contacted James in the morning and by noon the job was completed. We are traveling cross country and every other location we stopped, we were told it would be days to weeks for the parts that he had already with him. Quick to answer and ready to get the job done. James fixed a trailer brake issue I ve been having for 10 months straight. Multiple dealerships couldn t diagnose it and I was going absolutely crazy, but it was no problem for James. He sourced the parts locally, fit me in super quickly, and explained the true underlying cause of my problem, not just you need this new part . Highly recommend!

James was awesome, helped me & my family move my Rv, installed a new vent, and winterize it. He went above and beyond with helping remove the vinyl skirting, porch, etc from the Rv site, before we moved it to storage. We are truly grateful and blessed to received his help with everything.

We were on our way home from vacationing and we discovered a problem with the roof on our Fifth Wheel. It was a weekend, and we were concerned that no one would be able to help us out. We called James as we were stopped in Oklahoma City, and he answered first thing on a Sunday morning. He met us, checked the roof, and was able to get it repaired within a few hours. We were able to get back on the road and get home to Ontario Canada with no more roof issues. James was very knowledgeable, and responsive, and we are so grateful for his help. He did a great job, and I would definitely recommend him. We will be keeping his contact information for any time we are traveling through his area again, and might need assistance.

We had a great experience with J&B Mobile RV Repair. I called 6 different mobile RV repair shops in the area and they actually called me back quickly, was straight forward on their schedule, communicated about arrival time and had it fixed quickly. Even checked on it again later in the day. I saved his business number for future issues we may come across and will use him again if needed. Good job, J&B! Thank you so much!

I did not know what to expect when I called J&B Mobile RV Repair. Our refrigerator was not getting cold as it should have been. James was great! He was easy to speak with over the phone, listened to my concerns, then asked great questions. He met me the next morning out at our RV Storage and performed a thorough assessment and diagnose with the refrigerator, and took care of our situation. Without asking he did a complete walk-around of our unit, looking at the generator, propane, water pump and electrical, including inspection of a potential wheel seal leak. He took care of a couple of ancillary concerns as well. James is proactive, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing some RV service or repair.Services: Tires, Electrical

James was recommended to me by a third party service who had great experience with him previously. He was able to diagnose an electrical issue with my trailer and help my renter make the most out of their weekend, and then ordered replacement parts and did the repair at my house.Overall quick and easy process, fair prices and went the extra mile to make sure the repair fixed my issue. Will be using him for any future work.

James was able to help me as I was on the road driving through Oklahoma City and needed a RV repair on my roof. He answered my phone call and thankfully had availability while I was driving through town in the next two hours. It was a repair that I needed to be able to stay safe driving on the road. He saved my day and I highly recommend him for his kindness to be available on a Sunday and with short notice due to my urgency. James answered his phone right of way. He came to where my RV was parked and was very helpful. He does great work, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was also very reasonably priced. James came out and replaced my AC unit on an extremely hot day. He treated me fair and followed up to make sure I was still trouble free. Definitely the type of people you would want working on your RV. Clean cut, and seems to really enjoy helping people.

RV ownership = RV repairs. It s never fun when something goes wrong while traveling. While retracting our slide out we had a serious problem we couldn t fix ourselves. By some luck we noticed James truck parked in the RV park and he was able to respond immediately. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it to the point we could get on the road and head home. James was very professional, I only wish we had time to stay longer and have him do the entire repair.

I was away from our rig, when our internal temps showed up around 130 inside from the remote thermostat we use. I cold called James on Sunday night around 6-7pm, and he went over to verify the breaker was tripping and the compressor on the AC was pulling too many amps.Literally the next day, he was able to replace the old unit with a brand new larger BTU unit. ( I m going to make sure you know that this will not always be the case). But the sheer fact that that he was able to give us service so quickly, and his knowledge of RV s is stellar, and his communication with us, as well the options given was just amazing to get us back up and rolling. It s one of those contacts you hope you never lose. Cannot thank sir James enough. There needs to be more James in the world!!!

If I could give more stars, I would. James is great. He is professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Additionally, he provides true customer service that is (unfortunately) rare in this day and age.If you need help with your RV without any games, CALL JAMES! You will be glad you did!

We had a blowout heading into OKC. Upon installing 2 new tires I found that a bearing seemed to be bad. We found James's site and called him. He was responsive and even worked around our schedule and came out that evening. It was a Sunday and the parts he needed were not available. This morning (Monday) he got the parts first thing, came out andgot us fixed up.I found James's to be honest, friendly, and will definitely call him first if I'm ever in need of service when coming back through town.Thank you James!

Experienced hail storm on July 8th, damaged skylight, I suffer with dizziness, so I was unable to climb on the trailer and repair. James Richardson came right over and repaired the cover so we could proceed with our trip home to MD. James friendly and thorough. I highly recommend his service.

I have had a number of things go wrong with my 5th wheel and James has always showed up quickly and able to fix my problem . From replacing rotten slides and flooring , inverter problem , ac problems , leaks and resealing my roof , changing out roof fans , jack problems and so on . He has a wealth of knowledge and I 100% recommend him !!!
