I came to italauto looking for a low mileage suv.They showed us a 2010 Chevrolet traverse with low miles, it's very clean on the inside.We purchased it with no issues.They are easy to work with and friendly.Please go by and buy a car from italauto.Thank you Italauto.

My sister went to this car lot yesterday and put 1500 down on a lemon vehicle, they tried her because she was a female with another female. She got the car around 4p.m. 4/2/24 to wake up to drive down the street for the car to stop in the middle of the street needing a jump and it hasn't been 24 hours. remind you she was across the street from AutoZone and she ask for a diagnostic after asking for a jump and they stated the car was no good because they couldn't even get a reading on why the car kept stopping better yet what any issue the car has. she went to another place to get a diagnostic and they also stated that they couldn't get a reading send the car back and get your money back..... you not only risking my sister life but she also have a 1month old baby and 3 younger kids that was also in that vehicle. Eric is a scammer and won't give her money back because when she brought up the dragging of car issue with him, he stated bring the car back Monday.... you know you doing bad business and that's not cool at all, you playing with people money and he now stating no refund and it hasn't been 24 hours of her having the car. she called the cops than he tries to tell them my sister hit something with the car but she been cool all day leaving the car on the lot. Eric you was there when she pulled you to speak about getting her money back but you tell her all it needed was a battery which if that was the case shouldn't that been fixed before leasing the car???? that wasn't the issue because the car was dragging and shaking which is on video so you can't lie about the conversations that was had and the condition the car was in. GIVE THAT GIRL HER MONEY BACK!!!!

DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. They are very dishonest. They took my car when I got it back.. they damaged it. Refused to fix it. Kicked me out of his office because I said spoke to a lawyer. I have filed this with my insurance and the oklahoma car commission. Next we outside letting people know what he do... he don't know me. #powertothepeople

I've been here before with family. This place has gone downhill so much. You can tell they buy the cars at salvage yards. Almost every single vehicle in the lot had some issue with it. Mainly being extremely overpriced for what you are getting. An example is a 2014 Chevy Impala they wanted $19,000 for a car covered head to toe with awful hail damage, and the windshield was cracked from one side all the way to the other, and The car smelt like cigarettes. If you're wondering about the mileage, it isn't good either with 150,000 miles. I wanted this place this place to be the first place I got my own car; however, after just the first look at the cars with the prices. I've changed my mind. They must think I'm some stupid kid. But Im not stupid enough to shop here. I know basic car things like the Honda civic he is selling should not have grainy oil and balding tires. Especially for $24,000. I checked 3 of the cars' dipsticks. 2 of the 3 had grainy oil. To leave on a good note, I found a Chevy tahoe from another dealership that is in better condition than any car Eric has.

Ital auto is the worse car lot I have EVER leased a car from. They are so rude and disrespectful to their customers. They gave me a contract I can barely read and when I call to ask questions the owner and the front desk lady are super rude. They hang up in my face. Call me a liar and I am a paying customer and no customer should be treated the way they have treated me. I strongly would Not Recommend buying a car from them. They sold me a car that s been in a few wrecks and the bumper was tied up with zip ties you could not see until it was too late. Windshield cracked that they have not fixed.

Don't Ever ever ever lease a car from here they have lemons for cars and they will tell u bring the car back n they will fix it n never will but be so quick to take money just got a car from them yesterday took it back today n they said I wrecked it when the car wouldn't even start this morning0 out of 10 but a 100 0ut of 10 for selling lemons ERIC is the biggest scam artist you will ever meet in person and or online or he'll even over the phone saying we wrecked a car they haven't moved since we bought it yesterday but that's okay ERIC get ready for court and I'm not everybody else talk smack and every thing on the lot will be ours after court and we will see who needs money then

My first car-buying experience with Ital Auto was delightful. Helpful, welcoming staff who gave me a great price for my vehicle without any hidden fees. They were very straightforward and honest with me and I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. 12/10 I would definitely recommend ital auto to anyone looking for a car as the kind-hearted arec and the rest of the staff will assist you in a purchase you won't regret.

It has been a very odd buying experience. We found the car on Facebook, fell in love with it and knew we wanted it without even going to the business to see it in person. I have been searching for the perfect minivan for about a year now, so I was super excited when they had the one I wanted for the right price. We did everything over the phone, purchasers agreement, loan draft from my bank, etc. when the day came for us to drive almost two hours to get it, they claimed the title was lost and it would take six weeks to come in. I was upset, but willing to wait. Then he said I needed to put down a payment for him to hold it for me. Everything seems very scratchy to be honest, they still have it posted for sale even though they don t have the title. I messaged a different worker and they claimed that they did have the title, but when they found out I was already working with Eric, the story changed. Very unprofessional if you ask me and they lie to get you to give them money down for something that s not even able to be sold yet. I have bought cars from some of the nicest dealerships in Tulsa and I am shocked that this little dealership is still open. It s really heartbreaking that this place is a scam, because I was really excited. I would just go somewhere else, there are sooo many dealerships out there.

I work for an insurance company and one of the workers with Ital Auto Sales called to report a claim. We have to have a date of accident and the lady with Ital couldn t give me one. When I explained why I needed it she said You guys are stupid and hung up. Not professional. Not how you should do business. If that s how they treat people they want something from, I can t imagine purchasing a car there.

I bought a 2006 used Mini Cooper from Eric this past week at a very good price. He has been a pleasure to deal with in every way. The car has a small leak in the A/C system which he has gone over and above to take care of and get fixed at his (the dealer's) expense. I would recommend Ital Auto and Eric to anyone looking for for a good deal, honest service and a hassle free used car buying experience.

Very rude and unwilling to work with you unless you had the entire cash amount. Not worth your time to check out!EDIT for Owner Response: It wasn't a "lower down payment situation" you refused to even discuss financing period. We had walked in, inquired about financing a vehicle, and you told us "cash only, no finance". You never even got our names or any information regarding what we were able to put down. We were barely inside the door to the office for 30 seconds. You refused to sell to us unless we had the entire cash amount to buy without financing. It's okay, we ended up at a much better lot with a much better vehicle than anything we saw on your lot anyways.

Ital auto got my paper work fast n quick n pick up my car the next day. They didn't pressure me of getting in the car right away I knew what I want but I had to make sure before I made my final decision. Got me a 2012 mini cooper coupe n I love it. Great people to be honest is better than some other lots. Auto Solution screw me over n lie to me bout the payment of the car I use to have from $225 one payment n next payment $325 as it increase. But ital auto they had my payment plan arrange every month I pay on 30th $380 a month. Thank you ital auto for my mini cooper and love y'all business.

This place is very unprofessional and cars are very over priced just to find out it s a Salvage Titled vehicle. Wasted my time and money. They want full coverage on Salvage Title cars that s yearsssss old and all. I ve called and asked to speak to the manager a few times but he never reached back out. I was having to replace parts on the car I had since I had first got it. Got two payments behind from trying to fix the car and they came and picked it up. Thank you for taking the headache away. I m now in a more nicer and reliable vehicle Safe for me and my kids

I'd call it a typical used car dealer. You should know that their ad prices are "cash" not "finance," and financing is about $2,000 higher for most of the cars. Expect to haggle on the price of your trade if you have one. Most of their vehicles are rebuilt titles, so be sure to really inspect the car so you get no surprises later. I got a great deal and the staff were friendly enough. I recommend getting pre-approved with a bank and taking advantage of their "cash" prices. I'm very pleased with my purchase so far.

Company lets people speed up and down the neighborhood streets to test drive cars. There is no regard for children and safety from this company. Company is capable of telling customers not to speed through neighborhood. Absolutely, no sense of morale obligation. Please, do not support this business till changes are made!

I am very pleased with my purchase from this used car dealership. 2015 Kia Sedona and it is awesome. Got the 6 month warranty for free. The guys that run this place are pretty cool. Especially Bobo. When I decide to buy another used vehicle I will definitely look here first. It's been about 7 months since our purchase and we haven't had a problem yet.

I have never gone thru such non sense buying a car. They say 700 a month then call and say 397 a month then i give them all the info they need and say that im approved and i still vouldnt get the car then all of the sudden they want more. I didnt get the vehicle. They committed fraud with the lending bank said i put 2000.00 down and I was putting 600 down. The truck has a huge hole in the console and no tail gate. The price was 14k and wound up being 24k in the end. Bs. Untrustworthy and not reliable

I bought a 2001 Ford Expedition for $1300 cash. Only had it 3 days and the transmission went on it. Contacted the owner several times and they wouldn't take the vehicle back or give me my money back. The owner doesn't really work with people. Tried getting an extended warranty and they talked me out of it. If you buy a car from this place beware that if anything goes wrong with your vehicle the owner could careless. He money hungry and greedy.

Saw a car online and fell in love. Call the guys and they had it ready to go the next day for me ! Customer service was on point.
