If it's not a jeep they don't know what they're doing. And even if you do have a jeep i wouldnt trust them. They replace critical components with cheap Napa re-manufactured parts. Also they decided to pry open my glove box to find the lug key, snapped the latch left me with a glove box that will not close and has pry marks all over the top. They denied responsibility. I have spent almost 4k here and completely regret it. I went to them will full intentions to support a local small business in my community, I've never felt compelled to leave a review anywhere especially a negative one but maybe this could help save you guys money and a headache. I've got alot more on the event that occurred when I took my vehicle here but you get the gist.

They find the issue you brought the jeep in for and fix it. Then they find everything else that is wrong let you know if it's critical or not and give you the option to fix it or not and the cost. You think we'll all shops do that well not with honesty! How do I know? I do most of my repairs myself and know my jeep very well they did not recommend any unnecessary repairs what so ever! The prices of labor are cheap and the repairs are done with above and beyond care. The most impressive shop I have ever dealt with.

These guys are excellent! I've brought my truck there twice now, once for a light bar, rear light, and under carriage lights put on. They were fast, affordable, professional, and nice. The second time they changed my struts, oil pan and lowered my transmission fluid. Again, same excellent service! Highly recommend.

Okay this is a truly long horrible situation from a first time user(and only time). So, first i had electrical issue in steering column. Had no light switch, blinker, or horn that worked. Second issue was i thought was a rear axle shaft break. The vehicle had a powertrain and aftermarket warranty. I did ask if they did warranty work before setting up an appointment with the front desk. So i waited five days for my appt. Took it in on a tuesday evening so i hoped to get have a diagnoses by thursday on both issues. Here is where it starts..Front desk tells me shop is busy and let them have a few days so i wait until Friday to call about it. They tell me they are still working on it. Monday call again midafternoon and am told its the turn and wiper switches they got them approved by warranty. Which that was misdiagnosed by tech. So, I CALL wednesday they (finally a week later) find out warranty wont cover axle because of oversized tires and lift being on jeep and justifying not their fault on that one. So, back to misdiagnose though it was the clockspring but other warranty doesnt cover clock springs I did verify from warranty company a clockspring is not under coverage parts. Through this whole week i didnt receive one phone call from them about the jeep unless i called them about it until thursday. Where i was informed repairs were done and i owed 700$ to them for a clockspring that i didnt approve to have done because i didnt know about it or get a phone call about. Balldropping news, right? So, jeep isnt fixed but i knew they were open saturday so i made plans to get the jeep and pay my bill that day. Upon entering the storefront, owner chris warden greeted me we had a conversation about the bill to which he said he would talk with his shop and try to help or make this right about the situation and that my jeep wasnt put back together on axle yet. I was a little put off by this because i was told i could pick it up anytime. During the conversation, he explained he knew the warranty on axle would be declined because of named reasons above and how he dont work on jeeps for free. But again i asked beforehand if they did warranty work. I didnt know i would be declined and they did agree to look into my jeep as well. Its a sticky bad situation to us both. And i do feel bad for the time they wasted on it.Fast forward to monday.. i go in to store to pay thinking well chris and i talked maybe we are okay. I received a 10% discount for the miscommunication and situation 700.40$. So, i cashed out took the jeep home on a trailer.Tuesday evening i get under and start to disassembly rear axle because now i have to get my jeep fixed myself. After pulling axle shafts and draining the diff fluid i discover they just slapped me for another one. By not properly reassembling the elocker into place or even bother running the wires through pumpkin and hooking them up. It broke the electronic connection to my elocker inside. That part is 254$ to replace. So this is a long review, and not all of my problems are in this because it would be a novel but here is my review if you dont read anything else. So, real review summary, bad communication, poor work quality, and front desk is slightly rudeSo, save your hard earned money on any jeep related problems that arent tires and wheels.UPDATE..Today i was text by two different owners of iron goat and through the conversations there was clarity by both sides. Though, they were nice people to text. We know this was a bad issue and will not be seeing eye to eye on it. We did get to understand each others points of view kinda. i was offered a discount on parts to repair my jeep so i believe they are passionate and caring about their garage. Like i said it was just a bad situation and they are moving forward to improve their business in the near future. i truly believe that is awesome and i do appreciate their handling of this and time to talk with me about it.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Jeep or not if you have a 4x4 that needs an alignment, these are your guys. They told me what I needed to do in order to align my 15 Ram after I upgrade my upper control arms. My truck was in and out within the same day!

I called to get a quote 7 days ago barb said she would email and text me nothing. I called again today once again she would call right back, nothing this is a 10 thousand dollar job and no service. I never thought I would have to beg a business to take my money very disappointed. I called 3 other shops and got bids that day. Very disappointing. J Williams

AMAZING PEOPLE! They are well worth the 45 minutes I drove to their location.I had a bad alternator and got quoted $600 by a local dealership for parts/work.Iron Goat did it for less than half the price. Not only that, but they did it in 35 MINUTES!They were were so nice to explain everything to me, especially to someone who doesn t know much about automotive stuff. They were also very thorough and made sure no other issues were going on.They were such a big relief for me, considering I m a poor college kid.I can t recommend them enough!

"Fast"Great prices ! Got me and my girls going again . We had some issues with our Mustang on the way from Weatherford to Yukon . Car was sputtering and Exhaust was leaking plus two cylinders were miss firing ! After our initial appointment to the doctors we decided to have her car looked at by the iron goat garage great friendly service knowledgeable they diagnosed it in just a few hours and waved most of the fees knowing that we were out of town and stranded even gave us a ride to Enterprise Rent-A-Car which had unfortunately no rental cars we were stuck on foot walking around most of the day by four clock they gave use a call to inform us of their findings . I had at this time explained our dilemma , they are very courteous and polite they had our car up and running by 5:30 . I had figured the worst and was preparing to check in a hotel . But by 5:20 they had our car ready and helped us out with great price on repairs . They are just plain Great and I thank God for a garage to be that compassionate and price effective with good home feel and a knowledgeable speedy staff . Thanks Iron Goat Sincerely, Dale Shankles and Family for all you do for people like us . Truly Great Awesome even

I had my coil springs on my Tacoma changed to some longer/heavier ones because the stock ones were too light and I couldnt get the lift that I wanted out of them. When I first got it back the dust shield was rubbing and making a terrible noise and coilovers werent adjusted to my desired height. I dropped it back off and instead of having one of their technicians correct it, the owner Chris took time out of his busy schedule to make things correct! Their customer service is outstanding and they make sure you leave more than satisfied! I will be going back for future work!

Really impressed with the owner. He came through for me in a big way. Here is why:I purchased a delete kit w/ H&S Mini Maxx tuner for my 2014 F-350 & had it shipped to their shop. They got to work on it the very next day it was received. The delete portion went smooth & when it came time to TUNE the truck, it turned into a nightmare. One of the mechanics had tried everything he could do, but the tuner would not recognize the truck. The issue I was facing was I had to be in another town the next morning, so I was in a bind. The owner decided to drop the work he was doing on another vehicle & tackle my issue so I could have my truck back before I left town. He worked extra hours throughout the evening until he got my truck to accept the tuner! GREAT JOB! GREAT GUY!! Never complained! Super nice! Smile on his face the whole time! If I m ever around the Blanchard area again & ever need work done, I will 100% let this garage do the work. And to top it off, he showed me a few projects on some jeeps he has in his shop currently working on & I must say, I m now tempted to get a damn Jeep! Thanks Kyle & Chris for the hard work & getting my wife s blood pressure up because I brought up getting into a custom Jeep!

I'm very happy with my experience at Iron Goat! Chris came in on Labor Day and repaired my Jeep so it would be safe for me to drive. He quoted me a really good price. My JK Rubicon is now driving like a BOSS! Thank you so much Chris!!

6 LONG MONTHS-STILL NO RESOLVE FROM THIS COMPANY.. Went in for upgrade on clutch for my Jeep JK. Recommended Centerforse Clutch. They installed one month later for 1800.00. Rattled like hell, instead of warranting the clutch I paid for another throw out bearing..800 more...jeez...Wouldn't stop rattling. Owner said he'd would install a Mcload clutch (much lesser value) and STILL had to pay 300 more bucks for GOD knows what. When I left my jeep made it 2 miles before the clutch came apart. Called Shane and there "master-mechanic" told me HE MIGHT HAVE LEFT A COUPLE OF BOLTS LOOSE and for me to have it towed back up there...Shmesh..This company has not warranted the parts THEY recommended nor ANY of the work they did.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.Service: Transmission

I am posting this in the spirit of honor. Chris has been in contact with me and has promised to make this right. While a disappointing experience, I will honor a business that attempts to correct issues and take care of their customers. Thank you Chris for the effort.I am a 59 yr female US Air Force Vet, honored to serve my country. Iron Goat claims to support vets and offer a discount. Not true in my experience. A portion of my ordeal with them is below....I m glad to have my Jeep back, but this is really a PSA. To all of my peeps and all of your peeps. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take anything to Iron Goat Garage. I have never been thru such a harrowing experience. The so called president, Chris is the biggest Liar and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. My initial quote was as he said, on the highest end of the scale $3500 and 5 weeks to complete the motor rebuild. I took it in on March 29th. Never, not once did they call me with an update. However when he asked for a $2000 check on April 11th, I took it right to him. He cashed it the same day. The rebuild didn t even start until May. Here we are in July.... when I asked about these issues, Chris walked away and left me standing in the middle of the shop. When I attempted again with Josh, who is an I m not sure what in the business. He hung up on me. I know this is lengthy, but, buyer beware. They will screw you. Tomorrow, I have to take my Jeep elsewhere because it won t even idle...Update: not even 24 hours of having the Jeep back and it broke down on the side of the highway. Lost a day of work, now they say Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before I can get it back, supposedly for a part that is available right down the street for $6, because I have bought one before........MY FELLOW VETS AND WORKING PEOPLE BEWARE..........

I shopped around the OKC area to have my beloved 2015 Jeep Wrangler's axles regeared. I heard nothing but good things about Chris at the Iron Goat Garage. After talking to him, I knew this was the place to go. Instead of using a shop close to my house, I brought my Jeep all the way from Edmond to Blanchard to have Chris do it. His communication was excellent as well as professional and polite and he was on time with everything he promised.

I have been to this shop twice. Both times, I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work, even though I thought they would be ridiculously expensive repairs. The owner and the other man I talked to were both very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. I can tell you that I will not have any of my family's vehicles worked on anywhere else!
