The seats in my Jeep were vandalized and I needed to get them fixed. I took it to these people who did such a wonderful job. They sat with me and configured a new seat on the computer, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about what was going to happen. I was still a little apprehensive that's just me. It turned out better then I could have imagined. I'm so grateful and thankful I found them. Thanks so much for all your help and the care you guys took throughout the process. I'm more than satisfied.

This is a review on the Tulsa location it is for where if you are just a couple minutes late then essentially they will treat you like you are less than them. I will also put out there when asking to have a vehicle done within a certain period of time that they tell you they will have a vehicle done it's not true. The gentleman that I worked with was Matt and I felt very untaken care of when it comes to the overall experience. I had to get an alarm system put in my house this morning that I communicated on this day and because I was a few minutes late they told me to deal with their tardiness and guys going to lunch as opposed to help and get the service work done. They told me to deal with it or they would pull the car outside and go from there I felt those gestures were not very professional at all

I had a spray in bedliner done that looks great. They also installed sidesteps on my truck that looks great. My experience is that they do very good quality work. Highly recommend!

Warning for anyone in the market for a spray in bed liner: DO NOT go to National Auto on NW 10th & Meridian (aka @integritycustoms ) I ve spent the past 4 days dealing with the problems that these unprofessional amateurs have caused me. Multiple spots on my paint that I have had to clean and tail lights had to be replaced. And they still won t give me a refund! The only thing they re good at is coming up with excuses. Buyer beware!

I want to thank Ron for going above and beyond what most people or companies would do. Not only did his team do the install professionally they ran across a situation that needed correcting and took care of it no ifs ands or buts, they just took fixed even better. There was some damage to a window, he brought it to my attention even before I could have seen it and said he would replace it. Integrity is in their name and integrity is what they showed me. You can be sure I will spread my great story to many who will listen and recommendations will be freely handed out. Thanks Ron if there is ever a need to use your company again I will not hesitate to come knocking on your door.

I brought my 2012 Kia Soul+ to Integrity Customs to have a kill switch installed due to all the Kia thefts, recently, and they did a fantastic job.The switch, itself, does what I need it to do and they hid it right where [REDACTED] so it s very unnoticeable.They walked me through how/where they install these, generally, by email (with pictures!) before I approved the work and set up the appointment through email as well.Everyone at the front counter area were very friendly, the techs that I spoke with also were very friendly and informative, and they had my car finished up in a few short hours.I d give them more than 5 stars if I could.Definitely would recommend this shop.

These guys are the best!I put a cruise control in myself. When it stopped working after about a year and a half I took it to them. They replaced the unit knowing I bought it from Amazon and put it in myself. I only pd for the installation. They worked on it two more times over the next year and half. No charge even though we eventually discovered the problems came from my not soldering the wires on my original installation.

Went in for a window tint on my new car today, was helped and talked to instantly, and was out a lot quicker than expected. Great prices, amazing quality, outstanding service. 10/10 would and will come again.

Carlos who does window tint in the back did a great job on a couple of my vehicles. Also the staff inside National Auto are professional and good at what they do, had them add an aftermarket amp to my 2014 Maxima and the workmanship was top of the line.

I called in yesterday to inquire about an auto-start problem in was having with a system put in by another company. It was very easy to make an appt, and when I arrived 20 minutes early, they went right to work on fixing it. I was done in 20!!!! I could not be happier with their service!!! This has been an issue for me over several months that the original company could not correct for me! I highly recommend National for your auto assessories!!! I will be back for any other auto needs!!

Car audio situation(purchased elsewhere); problems w/the unit in dash, long story short. Shawn listened and had one his tech's take a look at the situation. Boom,Done,Finished! Had the problem resolved quickly and professionally(plus resolved another issue)! These gentlemen are the best(certainly put Jackie Cooper Audio to shame). Very knowledgeable and courteous, highly recommend.

Had cab clearance lights installed, looked like it came from the factory. This was the best price for quality parts. Very well done. Family oriented business, treated with respect, and fast service. Highly recommended.

Great folks with friendly service. Would be a 5 star, but I had to tighten several bolts a day or two after getting my truck need bars put on.
