I am incredibly blown away by this company! Not only did they do an amazing service, but they are all so hospitable! I came in with what seemed like a minor dent, but ended up being more. They took their time to explain about it to me. They were able to get to repaired in just a couple of hours, if not less. The time and expertise they put towards it is impressive! I definitely recommend this place!!!

I have never had the need for hail damage repair in my entire life but, I have to say, Integrity Auto Hail Repair undoubtedly provided me with the best quality of any service I ve ever experienced and further exceeded my expectations with detailed quality work. Stephen, Integrity s President, personally came to my home to assess the hail damage on my F-150, called my insurance company and began the claim process for me over the phone. He arranged for the insurance adjuster to come to his shop to make the estimate along with his team and then came once again and took my truck to his shop for the estimate and returned it back shortly after. Once claim was finalized, he scheduled me in and personally came and took my truck back to his shop a third time for repairs. His team totally removed all hail damage plus some questionable hail damage, did an excellent touch-up job on all visible rock pits and nicks without my request and delivered the truck back to me the next day looking immaculate once again at at no cost to me and I never had to leave home to get it done.Highly recommended as it doesn't get much better than that!!

Stephen and his team are awesome, They did excellent work on bringing my truck back to life and doing away with all the hail damage. My son was a US Marine and when Stephen says he takes care of his military brothers he really means what he says. He definitely got the job. Highly recommend

Steve and his staff were amazing. They handled everything with the insurance company. Picked up and delivered my truck. Finished the job in less than two days. My truck looks great. Can t tell it was ever in a hail storm. I couldn t be more pleased. I highly recommend them.

Thank you to Stephen and his team! They went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and simple! Stephen s customer service and communication during the process were incredible. They also took the time to facilitate insurance claims issues that arose during the repair. The repair work done to our vehicle was both flawless and efficient. Would recommend Integrity to everyone!

This place is one of the best auto hail repair in town. My wife called them at 11 am on Saturday to have a dent taken out of the hatchback of her car. They have her a 1:45 appt to have it looked at. We got there and met Steve, the owner. He looked at it, gave us a great repair price and we were out of the door at 3:15, SAME DAY,9 with a great repair. See the before and after pics.

From start to finish, they truly did everything and more to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. They answer all your questions, are very thorough, and truly care about your satisfaction instead of just your money. Ashley was phenomenal through the whole process. I really couldn t have asked or imagined a better experience!! HIGHLY recommend!!! My truck looks brand new thanks to them, and they don t hold your vehicle hostage for weeks. They picked it up, fixed it, and brought it back to me in the same day. Great people and fantastic company!

I got my hail damage fixed on my car a couple weeks ago and they were amazing to work with. I know it sounds weird, but with inflation and rent going up and just the cost of living being sky high, I think fate brought them to me! I had just received my check from my insurance company to get my hail damage fixed with another company. I ended up getting Covid and after my recovery I got in my car and saw a post it with their number. I gave them a call and they told me they were not only waving my deductible but also giving a $100. Well after they told me that and looking at their reviews I obviously switched and had my insurance company reissue my check. They picked my car up on a Monday and it was done by Thursday. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and that they do a good job. I will never go anywhere else and will tell everyone I know to go here if they get hail damage. And to the owner: thanks for being such a hard worker and for making sure your customers are taken care of. You made what would be a stressful situation a breeze.

I found out about Integrity Auto Hail repair from a note left on my side mirror in a Walmart parking lot. I called the number and found out about their service and approach. I liked their veteran owned and operated model, and I liked what I heard. Since I had hail damage on both my cars, I filed with my insurance (Allstate) and I found the experience overall to be fast and super easy. Integrity picked up my cars (one at a time) and repaired them within a day or two, and dropped them off. They did a fantastic job, the finish looks excellent. They even fixed dings in the chrome. This was one of the best service experiences I've had recently. It was really great that I didn't have to pay the deductible, due to my good insurance. Stephen and Layla were great to work with and I recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks!

By far the best experience I ve EVER had when it comes to things being fixed on my car. Customer service was superb! Very friendly, warm, and welcoming people. They came to pick up my car, and brought it back to me then next day once the repairs were completed. I couldn t ask for a better experience!

Exceptional!! From the first call to my truck completed this way the best experience! They picked up my truck to do the estimate, delt with insurance company, picked it up & dropped it off once it was fixed perfectly!! I never missed any time from work. 1000% would take a vehicle back to them again!

Integrity Auto Hail Repair did a great job fixing over 1,000 hail dents on my brand new 2023 Camry. I left my car at the airport for a short trip out of town, and when I got back, I was heartbroken when I saw extensive hail damage on every surface of my new car.Integrity made the entire process fast and easy, sending detailed info & high quality photos of the damage to my insurance company to get the repair estimate initiated and then revised to cover all the repair work needed.Steve was professional & responsive in all communications. His concierge service of meeting me at work for the initial inspection through picking up my car to be repaired & dropping it off again after repair was super convenient.The repair was perfect. Not even a single tiny hail dent was missed. Literally amazing I rarely leave reviews, but Steve & Integrity Auto Hail repair earned my trust & respect.Hopefully I won t need hail repair again, but if I do, I ll call Integrity.

Integrity auto and hail repair is a small family owned business. They do quality work and everyone in the office is extremely kind and welcoming. Working with them is super simple and easy, they will even pick up your car for the inspection so you don't have to do anything. I would highly recommend using them.

Amazing people who did an amazing job on repairing my Gladiator! From the first contact, when Steven and Layla showed up to do my estimate with a chocolate mouse from my favorite desert place, to the last, when they returned by Jeep, they were always very polite, funny, easy to work with. They make it easy by coming to you and working around your schedule as best they can, and even waived my deductible. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Techs did a great job at fixing hail damage. Vendor option for Windshield replacement was a frustrating process. New windshield was slightly damaged / not sufficiently sealed on drivers side where it leaks water in and is a nightmare trying to get answers to replace it (being under warranty )

I had a great experience with Integrity Auto Hail Repair! I never had to take my car anywhere. They picked up my car for the estimate and when it was scheduled to get fixed and dropped it off for me, I never had to drive anywhere! They also covered my deductible, so I didn t pay anything!

Integrity did an awesome job on my car. I had almost 4000 dollars hail damage and now my car looks brand new. They worked with my insurance company and repaired it in one day. I would recommend integrity for any body shop needs.

Stephen Brewster and his team of auto hail repairers sung, and cowboy are very professional an knowledgeable in there area of expertise. They give a great customer service experience and show the customer that they take pride in their work so thank you guys. Highly recommend this company for auto hail repair and it is also veteran owned.

These guys are the real deal. They check all the boxes. Great communication, great service, and quality work.I was very surprised that they offered to pick up car from house and dropped it off at my work when it was finished. All this allowed me to not even have to rent a car while or pay an Uber while they worked.I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Integrity Auto Hail Repair is TREMENDOUS. These folks do EVERYTHING they say they will do--AND MORE. They operate their business OLD SCHOOL, like every business should be managed: with honesty, integrity, competency, diligence, and professionalism! -- unlike so many other businesses, and the complete lack of all those qualities in the stooges living in the White House and their pals in Congress and in the DOJ.If you want REAL SERVICE, EXCELLENT WORK, and people you can count on to get it right first time, every time, for hail damage repair, look no further. Integrity Auto Hair Repair is SUPERB!p.s. Don't expect that from anyone else necessarily in the hair repair business, and absolutely do not expect any of that from Joey & Sons living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue! ...No joke!

They came to my house and picked up my truck and wife's van. replaced the windshield on both vehicles and took out the hail dents. When they got finished with it they brought them back. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. Took care of everything and I will always use them in the future and refer them to everyone I know that needs their services.
