Great service! Christian was very helpful! He even gave me information to reach out to someone else for help regarding my issue even though he knew he wouldn't be the one making money from my repair. They are also open on Saturday, which was very helpful since I couldn't make it to them during the work week. Definitely would recommend these guys!

My a/c was intermittently working. I took it in and it worked perfectly for the technicians and it surprised me. The next time I drove the car it just blew hot air. I stopped by the shop so they coukd see what it was doing. They asked me to bring it back the next day. They checked it out and found a fuse was blown and it needed freon. I was very relieved. The staff there is so awesome!!! They are so kind and courteous!! The shop and offices are so clean you feel at home there. Thank you guys for taking care of N old woman!!

Innovative Auto Service took good care of me and my car. Actually what I thought the problem was turned out to not be the problem at all and therefore I didn't have to pay as much as I thought I would which was a huge relief. So far my car has been running just fine and I am very pleased with the results. I will most definitely come back if I need my car fixed again and I have already referred them to a few of my friends.

Mr. Gill and the rest of the team is Great. I can't remember the name of the person that is always at the front desk but he is amazing and always willing to answer any questions. He always smile when I walk in and gives me a enthusiastic greeting I really like this team.I am blessed to know them.

Great experience! Home boy behind the desk was a vet so we talked 11bravo stories and bikes, etc. He was very helpful and they got my oil change done in a timely manor! Thanks!

These guys are the best! I want to personally thank you for what you all did. Not only did you do a repair, you thoroughly checked the rest of the car and found another issue that would have caused major damage. Had I driven away, the cost would have certainly been more than a new vehicle. You saved my car. For this, you've become the only place I'll go for service. Thank you all for a job, well done. Great service, spent more time than minimally required to diagnose. I feel like they actually cared to solve my problem properly, rather than sell a "it's probably that part, let's swap it and see" service many places default to.

They charge way too much for repairs !!! Still don't fix everything for the prices they charge and didn't put everything back together under my dash they left it for me to put back together.Take your vehicles some where else that will get the job done completely and not rip you off !!!!!!!! They Price gouge !!!!!!! They did my water pump cost me over $1300 dollars for that and only 200.00 of that was diagnostics. I found a better more reasonable place to do my work , on Western. I still have a leak ! I have to keep putting antifreeze in it. There was no antifreeze in it when I got it back it was all water they charged me for antifreeze but none was in it.Service: Auto water leak repair

Awesome and amazing service. My vehicle was almost close to calling it a loss after my divorce. He vandalized my vehicle. I thought it wasn't gonna be able to be fixed. I went in for a quote at innovative and they said they would be able to help me. Awesome service and financing was quick and easy. Thank you all so much.

Quality work, great people, and excellent value! They will be my mechanic anytime I need work done! They don't try to tell you things need work when they actually done, even though, being a woman, I have found that some shops do. This one does NOT. Just excellent!

Customer service was great but I ended up paying 100 for a diagnosis that wasn t the right diagnosis I ended up going somewhere else and they made the right one I almost paid 1000 for a fix that wouldn t have helped

The service was great. I walked in, told them the issue and I left it there. I received an estimate via text and then a call. There was one small part I was not charged for as it was not included on the estimate. The one minor flaw, my car was ready the next day, I had to call and check on it. When I did late the next day, they let me know it was ready.

My truck messed up Saturday night I wasn t able to take it in until Monday morning I was there at 7:55am and they didn t open until 8:00am and he got me in without a appointment I sat there for maybe a hour and they fixed my truck plus more stuff they found wrong with it. I really appreciate Innovative awesome work will be going back. This was my second time there and it was great

Dropped the car off via tow truck. Wish there was an obvious key drop box. Regardless, after I called and told them where the key was and my info, they checked in the car quickly and sent me a text. The service was prompt and fairly priced. I really like their text messaging system to let you know status and allow you to pay online. I m a fan!Service: Carburetor cleaning

Ive been trying to sovle the same problem for 3 months. As soon as i brought it to innovative my car was good as in within 3 days.They fixed something other than what i brought it in for on top of what i originally requested but I ended up paying less than the original estimate.I'm using them for all my vehicles from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Oil change

If the computer want fix the problem the mechanic does not know how to trouble shoot the problem. My first time there and the last.The owner contacted me and refunded my money because they failed to fix my pickup.

I had some recent suspension work done at home on my car but after installing the shocks I started to hear a loud and audible clunking. I took it over to IAS and the guys got me in very quick to assess the noise and come to find out my shocks just needed to be tightened. The gentlemen here were very fair and honest with the assessment and price. That's in addition to them being friendly and personable. As a customer, I really appreciated the honesty and service. Very happy with the service. I made an appt for late afternoon on their website. But I called that morning to see if they could get me in earlier. Not only could they but they were done in 40 min! Great for a mama with an energetic toddler. Waiting room has water and other beverages and a tv. We will be back with our truck soon!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve been to this place once before. First visit was ok. This last time Smh! The good thing is they got me in quick with no appt. The bad thing is I payed $20 more for the same service. They scrapped my car somehow and tried to hide it by backing the car backwards so I wouldnt notice it. They didn t reset my oil change light. I didn t go back to complain. I m sure they will gaslight me and deny it. I pay attention to every detail of my car. I just won t be going back!Service: General repairs & maintenance
